Why was everyone going all loopy? Weren't they going to help clean?

Thackery tried not to think about it too hard as he pushed the mop around in a slimy puddle, smearing it all over the floor. Maybe mops weren't really his thing. Maybe cleaning wasn't really his thing. Every time he'd been banished to that Other Bathroom to clean it up for detention, it hadn't gone very well.

He shuddered as his thoughts strayed to his first detention there. He'd brushed his teeth so many times after that day that he thought he might never get the taste of FEARmint out.

The mop did seem to be soaking up a bit of the muck, just not enough to make much of a difference. He wrung it out and set to work again, shaking his head when he thought he saw a fin of some sort of out the corner of his eye.

Cleanliness: 77

Maybe that fin hadn't been a trick of his vision after all. Thackery heard something that sounded like one large set of teeth clacking together, followed by a sharp pain in his leg. Something bit him?!

He whirled around, narrowly missing another of the shark's attacks, and smacked at it with his mop.

"Go away! Nobody even invited you!" he spat, poking its nose with the handle.

Whether it was the insult or the repeated stabbing, something seemed to work. The shark retreated, leaving Thackery to mourn the loss of one of his socks. He didn't know how to patch up a shark bite.

Victoria was usually very good with cleaning; thus, when she heard that the gym needed to be cleaned up, she pulled herself away from the House of Mirrors, and went to lend her fellow students a hand. Grabbing a bar of soap, she started to soap the floor, going on her knees and hands; she was actually floating an inch above the ground - high enough to keep her dress from getting dirty, but low enough for her to reach the floor.

Too bad the soap got her nowhere with getting the place cleaned up.

Absolutely, totally and wholly absent from what happened with the little group the witch had amassed, Belladonna was instead vastly distracted with the bowling ball newly named Watson. After it had crashed into the bucket of soapy water, the witch had decided it too needed a good cleaning. After all, who knew what gross gnome hands had touched all over it? This had occupied quite a lot of her time, of which she had contemplated helping to clean but instead just kind of... Didn't.
Because of reasons.
Watson reasons.
That and the fact that halfway through her cleaning of Watson, Belladonna noticed someone who looked just like Arel. Only he was kind of gross looking. So she pushed her bucket of water away. Watson did not need to hang out with that kind of person.

Still, once done with that, Belladonna straightened and trotted back over to her group, an absent smile on her face. The bowling ball was clutched in her arms still, only now it was very bright and shiny. You were welcome Watson.
"Du-ool-sii. What has happened to Freya? Is she alright?" The witch asked Kettil as she siddled up next to him, a pout on her face for the passed out ghoul. Also, why did everyone look so somber and sad and like something really, really bad had happened? This was a party! This was fun!
"I think I need some more punch. Any one want some too?" Punch made everything better. Punch had made the witch forget she was still covered in cake and slime and general grossness. Yay punch!

Freya popped up from resting her head on Kettil's shoulder, looking wide eyed and glassy. "WHAT I AM AWAKES WHAT - halloo.."

It hadn't taken long. Freya gave Bella a slow, curly, goofy smile, before reaching out to pull her into her arms.

"Mmm, hallo, friend." She purred into Bella's hair. "Yeh smell so nice."

Yosuke leaned down when the ghoul began describing the landshark, wishing he hadn't after she widened her arms to the apparent length of it's jaw. Yeesh. Yosuke gave a small grin, albeit nervously, before righting himself upwards again. "There's no way I'm going near that thing. Maybe there's some shark repellant around?" Of course, it seemed like a fat chance considering others had already been eaten.

Than's outburst caught him by surprise, though he reasoned that it shouldn't considering it was Than. Was he supposed to introduce himself? Softly, and to nobody in particular, Yosuke gestured to his chest. "Yosuke Mirakami." His tone suggested he added his surname as an afterthought, which was likely. He didn't use it too often anyway, and that was that.

As Than described what had befallen the cake Yosuke tried hard not to imagine it, though he was about to bite the bullet and mop after some cups of punch. Speaking of, it seemed Than was already insisting he have some, and if it was that good well.. Yosuke gave a crooked half smile before making his way to the punch bowl, filling a cup and tilting it to his lips before returning to the group.

"It's good." He said softly, before taking no less than three more sips. "It's really good."

"B-b-but Damien... Damien... Punch." That was all Belladonna needed to say to the boil before she returned to her attention to her Love Birds. In the most doting fashion she could muster, the witch brushed some of the Valkyrie's hair off her face just in time to watch her startle awake. This made Belladonna jump just enough that she could not stop herself from being pulled into a hug, which left her awkwardly close to both Freya and Kettil, her bowling ball wedged between them.
"You smell nice too!" The witch offered with a laugh as she tried to return the hug, but kind of ended up hugging both of them as well as knocked them both with Watson. Everything only smelled like fruitcake, but beneath that, Freya surely smelled delightful. Probably something dark and light, like animal fur and feathers, perhaps even something a bit floral thrown in too.

With a small start the witch realized she'd zoned out and took a dramatic step backwards, even going so far as to bounce to show she was still awake and alert and definitely not thinking about scents.
"UM. SO. AH. How long have you two been dating? You're really cute! Du-ool-sii are you a Reaper too? Do you have a weapon or a familiar? You too Freya! I bet you have a weapon I bet its really big!!" Because questions definitely solved any awkward social interaction. Definitely. Totally.

Freya blinked at Demi, staring at the paper. She picked up the pen in her mouth, tried to point it at number three.. and signed her name horribly on the line. With the pen. In her mouth.

Then she dropped the pen to the floor, and gave Demi a giant grin. "Yehr welcomes!"

Freya hardly noticed the giant bowling ball between them. It was hard to notice anything, really. She gave Bella a sweet smile, and then promptly dropped her head directly into the curves of her chest.

Luckily, the question of whether Freya had a weapon made her lift her head up and nod, holding her hand out behind them to summon it.
