Growth Blurb: Lyco is learning that teenagerdom is nothing to sneeze at. He is working on controlling his emotions and training to be able to work with some of the janarim that his parents recently brought. He is enjoying his bond with his radaku and looking forward to practicing the lightning type magic that he has chosen as his profession. He has also learned that not everyone in the world is good and to guard his heart and his friends when needed.

Mental Health Walk
It was properly spring and all of Jauhar's flowers were waking up and putting out buds and flowers in a great rush to reinvigorate their species while the pollinators were out and about doing their duty. Some plants bloomed all year round because of the climate while others paid attention still to the movements of the earth and the differing light and dark patterns that occurred during the orbit of the sun.
Lyco was happy to see things in bloom once again, winter was pretty bland and drab. Dep was healing well. He had been working hard to be able to work with one of the janarim as his father said he could. Janarim were bigger than radaku and stronger so he was working out and becoming strong himself.
He was also reading as much material as he could about them and making sure to spend time with them when he was allowed. He did suppose that Dep was in fact a janarim but Dep was family and these other janarim were different, plus up until now he had been more of a radaku specialist only.
Time would tell. He would continue to work toward the goal. Today though he didn't want to loiter at home he felt like going for a long walk. He wasn't sure where but that was what his heart wanted at this moment in time. So he would follow it and trust the process.
He set out on his adventure and made sure to admire every flower he came across. After the long walk he felt better over all, more balanced, more calm and definitely more relaxed and happier. Walks were great for that, which was what Da had always told him. Papa was more of a home body but Dad dragged him out of the house when he could.

Night Wolf
Lightning flashed and thunder rolled around the house like it had a vendetta against the elements. It was hunting him whatever it was and it was powerful. Lyco twitched in his sleep, wishing to avoid the thunder monster that wanted something nefarious with him. He wasn't sure if it wanted to eat him or just to capture him but he didn't want to find out.
He hid and warned Lura (who was also in his dream to hide), he spared a moment to thank Serin that the girls were not here. It was there house and he crawled on the floor under the dinning room table. You couldn't see underneath it from the window. And there he cowered. It went on like this for a while, he saw his brother scramble to another room as the front door creaked and then flew open.
A spectral four legged beast made of smoke lightning and evil he was pretty sure walked through the door on ivory clawed feet. It was sort of shaped like a radaku. Dep came bursting out of his parents bedroom to save Lyco and charged the beast. Dep was sure of himself and Lyco had no idea what would happen should Dep touch it. "Dep no!" He yelled but too late, Dep had sunk his long canine fangs into the creatures neck and Lyco was surprised to see that it actually did something the beast looked scared and Dep was defending his family something he always did. Lyco was in awe watching the two massive titans battle, it destroyed the interior of the house and he scrambled away when they hit the table he was under. He moved off into a different room, saw that his brother was here also and he cowered with him, listening to the thumps of the battle. Until the battle rolled in there. Dep looking like he had had the upper hand, a huge crash and the storm beast was thrown outside.
Lyco jerked awake, sweating. He crawled through the house and right into his parents bed. He was pretty old for it now, but nightmares were NOT COOL. He fell asleep to Vallen's light snores.
