General Jet - Eating the starseed Aqua gave him and attacking Ganymede.
Seeing Aquamarine, exhausted or not, was a huge relief. As was the sprinkling of other auras of Negaverse officers that had been asked to help when the time came. And while they were not done with the mission yet, he was still grateful that they would show up.
Jet took the starseed from Aquamarine, wishing he could convey his gratitude more, but Aquamarine was already directing the others, and Ganymede was already on the stairs.
He knew she could see him as he placed the starseed in his mouth and bit down on it, letting it crack and break apart between his teeth. The boost of energy was very much needed, and wasn't a moment too soon.
As much as he wanted to place a hand against his ribs to try and uselessly numb the pain, he called his weapon instead.
Thanks. I'll draw her attention, he said into the connected earring with Aquamarine. After Cymophane used it days ago, Jet didn't know how much time they had left with the earring before its energy ran out, but they would obviously make use of it as best they could.
He didn't hesitate as Ganymede rushed them. Jet swung his bladed weapon at her, hoping to impair her enough to bring down. They would worry about keeping her alive later. If that was the Queen's choice.

Sessrumnir, Knight of Jupiter - Helping Valhalla by trying to punch Prehnite.
Anger churned inside him, like the makings of a violent storm. His cape was left with his father and he made his way towards the stairs in Ganymede and Valhalla's wake.
By the time he reached the mezzanine, Ganymede was already gliding towards Jet, and Valhalla was fending off a Lieutenant and General. Others were scattered about, either already engaged or standing around and waiting.
He wasted no time in helping Valhalla, and he threw his fist at the floral decorated General. He saw the knives, of course, but if he could knock him out before the General could attack, that would work out best for them.
* Not even so much as a 'Hello' or a '******** you?' *
The nerve of some Knights these days. All fists, no flair. Not even a little love for all the dramatics and pageantry that used to come along with trying to kill someone. Prehnite missed it sometimes. The snark of old with enemies he knew.
Wouldn't miss this one. Prehnite staggered when he felt the graze of flesh and wind catch where Sess struck out. Saw a bevy of stars and tasted where blood welled between the catch of teeth against his inner cheek.
Smiled for it. Spit the utterance of "Taxanes Fire" over a split lip. While his blades seared and caught aflame. Sudden shriek of metal as he crossed them before his body in a makeshift slash, only for them to fire off a single volley at close range.
Prehnite wondered where the Knights weapon would be. When he'd pull it? In which hand would he hold it? Where that damned wolf would summon up from. The irony that he attacked them at all. As if they hadn't time to study him. As if Aqua hadn't been one of his victims before.
* How rude *.
Forgotten Spell:"Taxane's Fire" - An eerie chartreuse green fireball leaps from Prehnties dagger in a radius of up to 20 feet; when it hits the target it feels like being hit with a baseball and contact is caustic enough that it can cause skin agitation or acidic burns. Lasting damage is up to the player, but the blast can also briefly poison a target; symptoms of poisoning can include a fast heart rate, muscle spasms and labored breathing for as long as the player likes. He can repeat this action 3 times.
Though he stood between Jet and the Princess as she made her hasty descent down the stairs, Aquamarine teleported out of the way and let her pass, reappearing behind her.
Other auras nudged at his awareness. Valhalla up on the mezzanine, and Sessrumnir with him. Good. If they remained occupied up there, that was two less to worry about interfering with the Princess — the ones who’d fight the hardest for her, too; her husband and… whatever Sessrumnir was to both of them.
A part of him wished he could take on Sessrumnir himself, repay him for the damage he caused a month and a half ago, but Jet was more important, and Jet wanted the Princess.
He would have to trust Faustite and Lopezite to handle Sessrumnir.
Ganymede almost faltered, almost gave into grief as soon as she saw the starseed in Jet’s mouth, almost dropped to her knees as she watched him eat it. The crack of it seemed loud in the old, decrepit lobby, even beneath the sounds of magic and other weaponry.
Anguish and rage burst from her throat. Sorrow burned in his eyes. She ran at Jet and lifted the wooden rung from the staircase, blocking his blade from striking her.
He was weak and injured. Even if he hadn’t been, she was stronger than a General. She would strike him down, let him live long enough to watch Sessrumnir kill Aquamarine, then she would make the killing blow and sit back to watch the light leave his eyes.
Maybe it wouldn’t lessen the pain, but it might offer a different kind of relief.
-
Aquamarine closed in behind her just as they’d practiced. He struck with his blade, let it pierce her side to stain her dress red. Nothing too deep, nothing too severe. He might take some satisfaction in poking her full of holes, but Jet promised the Queen he’d bring her in alive.
The cry he drew from her was satisfying in its own right.
Valhalla was tall and athletic, with a strong, bright aura, but Carnallite was not intimidate. The other Knight, the one who must be Sessrumnir, presented more of a problem, but Prehnite should be able to handle him until Faustite and Lopezite took over. It would be seconds at most. Less than that, even. The time it took to teleport.
Carnallite snorted at Valhalla’s request and dodged the staff. She moved, quick and efficient, down onto a hand and knee. As she turned, she used her free leg to sweep his out from beneath him. All that protective armor had to be heavy; it might benefit him against a bladed weapon, but he risked being slowed down by it.
Kamacite appeared in front of her first, his hair cropped and his clothes arranged like he'd had time to prepare for battle. He looked at her now the way he'd looked at the people they'd killed last time they'd seen each other, back when they'd been fighting side by side.
An ambush, then. Another ambush. Cybele hissed.
A youma appeared next, and she did not have much time to think about the strangeness of its auras. She did not have time to think before a bond snapped around her wrist, and she pulled back a bit, annoyed.
Hunting youma might have been her job five minutes ago, but right now she wanted to rip Jet's head from his shoulders and be with her family.
Since she couldn't reach anything else, she punched at the youma's tentacled arm, hoping that would get it to release her.

General Bloodstone - Kicking at Michel and calling for Kamacite to use an attack.
Bloodstone didn’t care that the Saturn Knight didn’t care about him. He didn’t care if he would rather fight Faustite or Kamacite or anyone else. The fact that he was basically trying to push past him really pissed him off, though.
With years of experience in the ring, it was relatively easy to sidestep the weapon simply being jabbed at him. Bloodstone returned the gesture with a side kick, with an attempt at dislodging the strange weapon away from the Knight’s hand as the youmafied version of Cymophane tried to punch the Knight.
There was no point in wasting their resources if they could overpower their enemies early. Which meant that using a third agent on the Saturn Knight would only delay him further from reaching his target.
“Rose!” Bloodstone called, knowing the others would know to at the very least close their eyes.
Quote:
Eternal Super Kamacite - Using his secondary Super Senshi Attack on Michel. Should affect surrounding characters as well, although not as severely.
Kamacite remembered Cybele, of course. She was one of the reasons he had a panic attack in Axinite’s office, swearing to him over and over that he wasn’t a traitor, that he wouldn’t be like the other Eternal Senshi in the Negaverse who decided to turn traitor. Eternal Senshi seemed to be cursed, and if others were paying any kind of attention, they would also be looking at each Eternal Senshi and wonder who would be next to defect?
He was grateful for Albite’s terrifying youma form, and the way he rushed forward to attack Cybele and distract her.
Before he could jump forward to attack her again, he heard Bloodstone call out. Part of him thought it was sweet that he would use part of his friend’s name. Another part thought it was really creepy, and he wished Roselite would stay away from him. But Rosie was stubborn and insisted that Bloodstone just looked scary.
And liked to take easy starseeds.
Kamacite didn’t say anything in return. He didn’t even look in Bloodstone’s direction. He didn’t want to make it obvious that he was responding to his shout, but he cupped his hands and pulled the light around them.
It was an illusion, of course, but all the dim light from the lobby was absorbed into an orb in his hands, until that was the only lightsource left. He threw it in the direction of the Saturn Knight, expecting both Bloodstone and Cymophane to get away before the orb burst.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Solar Minimum All light, natural and artificial, is disrupted and temporarily absorbed into a single orb over five seconds until complete darkness. Devices with an electrical or magnetized charge (street lights, phones, cameras, etc) in the immediate area are also disrupted and the energy absorbed into the orb. Upon releasing the built up energy at an opponent, the orb explodes in a flash of light and electrical discharge that could cause heat and/or electrical burns (can be just the sensation or actual/lasting damage up to player discretion) in addition to temporary blindness and disorientation, which can last upwards of thirty seconds. Light and electrical in the area is immediately restored upon the orb exploding. It does not have to make contact with something to explode. It can be dispelled by Kamacite without exploding if necessary. Has an effect radius of 10 feet (although the flash can be seen as one would see any flash), and can be used twice.
Engraved Medallion - An antique medallion with some strange, foreign symbols scrawled on the back. The magic can only be activated and used on the owner of the medallion. The medallion allows the wearer to suppress their own energy signature by one level for up to three hours a day. First stage characters will feel like civilians; while this item has little effect on Mauvians in their cat form, it will suppress their energy signature as if they were a human civilian if activated while they are in their humanoid form. Youma will have the energy signature of a human civilian.
Sprawl of sting that spread along the flesh and bone of his forearm from where her fist collided; and he felt it. How she wanted him off. The anger that fed power into her swing. The pain of impact was washed into numbness by the adrenaline that sung through his veins. His own glee for the encounter as a whole, fueled by Cybeles dissatisfied hiss.
Like she was pissed. Beyond pissed.
Ohman, if he could've smiled any wider, whatever features he tried to make with the monsters face was suddenly obscured by the sucking dimness. What little light there was had gone dark, been dragged into a point, and sent sailing across the distance like a shotput.
He took advantage in the seconds between. Yanked on the fleshy tether that bound her to him instead of worrying about closing his eyes. Tried to drag her in while he made himself an utter, ******** nuisance. Threw a knee and dared her to dance back - to really fight for it.
He wanted a better excuse to break something. To pull, until all the pretty pieces popped loose. Cybele was supposed to be a killer, wasn't she? If he pressed enough, would she bare her teeth?
He could only wonder. What would it take.

Passive Enhancement:Radons Echo When Albite wills it, he is accompanied by the distant and unnerving sounds of a metal tipped skitter-screech. It sounds like an army of rusty blades being improperly unsheathed. It can sound like a buildup of icepick insect tipped feet careening along a cliff-side. It can be unnerving and unfamiliar, and create a sense of uncertainty and dread. This effect is particularly prominent when Albite is using the Rugose Pendant.
Rugose Pendant: A blackened, wrinkled rock set into a silver pendant with an indigo glow trapped inside. It can be found discarded in Negaspace or the Rift. To use the item, an agent or Negaverse senshi must energy drain the rock. Once drained, the rock will crack and disintegrate. The rock's violet light will then envelop the user, cloaking them in the appearance of a youma. A youma aura will overwhelm the user's natural aura, though it will not disguise their aura. Their youma appearance must adhere to youma guidelines for personal or player youma. The user does not gain any special abilities while under the effects of the item, and their current abilities are not typically hampered by the item. The Rugose Pendant's effects last until the character powers down or until 3 hours have passed, whichever is sooner. The Pendant may be used once a day.

Jet's Personal Youma, Arles - Biting at Lucasta
Arles sneered and twisted his head in a way that shouldn’t have been natural as he inspected the snarling Mauvian.
I enjoyed watching you struggle trying to find me. Almost did on a few occasions, he admitted, since there was no point in trying to hide that they’d been planning this all along. No one will come help you.
The fight above them must have been in full swing by now. Arles almost wished he was up there-- but he didn’t want to end up like General Faustite’s other youma. The one he had now was smart enough to stay out of the Princess’s line of sight. And out of range of her magic.
As Lucasta lunged at his side to swipe at him, he snapped at her with his teeth. But in doing so he had to move out of the way of the device itself.
Quote:
Eternal Oberon - Desperately trying to put the device back together.
As soon as the youma was out of the way, thanks to Lucasta and Perdita distracting the youma, Oberon dropped to his knees to try and figure out how to put it back together. He remembered the blueprints, had studied them with Lucasta once he’d been tasked to keep an eye on it.
He knew it wasn’t his fault that the youma was able to sneak in and sabotage it, but what if they’d taken better care to look after it? If someone sat with it the whole time, would it have been safe?
One of the stones had been knocked loose, so he grabbed it and tried to return it to where it belonged.
Valhalla let out a yelp in surprise as the Lieutenant ducked down, only to swipe her leg to take his legs out from under him. He hit the ground hard, the weight of the armor taking the wind out of his lungs. Sessrumnir was beside him, fighting the General, so that was a relief. But he was horrified to see Jet and Aquamarine both attacking Ganymede.
“Ganymede!” he shouted as he saw her get stabbed. He swung his staff to try and hit the Lieutenant again as he made his way back to his feet, hoping he would have enough time to get to his wife. He didn’t know if his heart could handle losing her, too.
The room was already relatively dark, but the sudden loss of all light was startling. He didn’t hear any called magic attack, but saw where the orb of light was being collected, only to suddenly burst and blind. Valhalla hissed as he squinted through the bright light, but they seemed to be far enough away not to take any direct damage. What the heck was that?

Mont Saint Michel, Knight of Saturn - Blinded by Kamacite, kidney punched by Cymophane, Bloodstone knocked his weapon from his hand; called his Summon to guard him while he tries to regain vision. Summon is trying to eat Bloodstone's face and is thrashing his tail behind Michel to try and guard him
The only good part about being ******** blinded was that Michel didn’t have to look at that grotesque youma thing that got a cheap shot in. And, he did. And, it hurt. Better than being stabbed or bitten, but he wasn’t happy about it. Bloodstone’s kick knocked his weapon from his hand and it clattered on the ground but he didn’t care about that.
It was too big, too slow, too useless.
He should have reacted quicker. He should have moved. Should have closed his eyes, but he knew this was Kamacite’s fault, and he was going to skin him alive.
The General who was in his way moved, but it didn’t make it any easier for him to get to any of his targets when he couldn’t see them. There were too many energy signatures for him to tell who was where, and his mind was spinning.
He couldn’t see anything--maybe brief flashes of movement, but not enough to tell who he was looking at. He couldn’t hear well enough to pick out who was where, but he was pretty sure the General was in front of him still. Just a few feet ******** it, he didn’t know where his weapon was, but he knew where his summon was, and he hadn’t had the opportunity to use the thing much but he wasn’t going to be a sitting duck. One hand went to the splintered bone shard he’d found at his Wonder, and that thing manifested while he scrubbed at his eyes with his other hand.
It manifested next to him and he could feel that. It was large, horse-sized, and a grotesque amalgamation of beasts. The head of a wolf, the body of the bat, and a long, whip-like tail that thrashed behind it without any concern or care. Its talons dug into the floorboards and it shuddered and screeched--an eerie noise, unpleasant.
Its body was covered in black fur that seemed tinted purple in the light, and it kept its dark, leathery purple wings folded close to its body.
It didn’t thrive on land, it was obviously a creature that would have been more graceful in the sky, but it was here, now, and it was just as bloodthirsty as the Knight bound to it.
Michel didn’t command it, but it knew. It looked at Kamacite, for just a second.
Small, tender. Practically bite size. But Cymophane was the more immediate concern, so it whipped its tail again as it to create some sort of threatening barrier to protect Michel’s back.
Bloodstone was the greater threat, obviously. He was the one with a real weapon. Michel knew he didn’t have long with this monster, but he was going to make the best of it while he did.
He scrubbed at his eyes to try and dismiss the darkness; he’d deal with the stinging, burning sensation rippling over his skin later; while he tried to recuperate, the beast bared its fangs at Bloodstone and scurried closer–awkwardly, but effectively enough.
Michel was just going to try and beat his face in; the beast just tried to bite his face off.

General Lopezite - Teleporting behind Sessrumnir to elbow him in the back
The dimness of the room might have been a problem, however briefly it was in effect, but Lopezite knew very well to avoid watching whatever Kamacite was doing. He wasn’t near enough to be within range, but he wasn’t going to be effective if he accidentally blinded himself. He turned away, just to be on the safe side, but after a few seconds he looked back to survey the room and–
There were two Jupiter Knights, neither with a wolf trailing behind them. One on the ground fighting a Lieutenant–but very distracted. Possibly not his priority, though he intended to keep an eye on him just in case.
Prehnite and Carnallite were a team, but divided with separate targets. It made it easy for Lopezite to decide who he was going to attack–obviously the sour looking one who wasn’t struggling to stay on his feet.
The lobby probably would have given him the space he needed to wield his sword, but he didn’t want to risk injuring any of his allies by being reckless before he’d settled into his space.
He looked at Faustite, for just a second, and then teleported behind Sessrumnir. He bent his arm and attempted to elbow him, as hard as he could, in the back.
The youma that was Cymophane jumped out of range as soon as Bloodstone called out his code word. He knew Kamacite’s magic, knew what it could do, knew when to close his eyes or look away, knew how far back to stand to be at a safe distance.
The Knight wasn’t so fortunate. Cymophane gave a little cheer, because Kamacite did a good job and he deserved to be celebrated.
Then, there was a hideous beast of the non-youma variety.
“Woah, that thing’s even uglier than I am,” Cymophane muttered to no one in particular, voice lower and more guttural than usual, like a growl.
The beast probably would have looked even uglier with adequate lighting, but it might’ve also only been the normal level of scary instead of the stuck-in-the-dark-with-a-monster sort of scary. Cymophane had enough experience around youma that he wasn’t as concerned as he would have been if he’d seen this thing as a new senshi.
This was a summon, which meant the Knight only had a certain period of time in which to use it before the magic ran out.
Since the beast was going for Bloodstone, Cymophane took advantage of the Knight’s continued disorientation and put himself back in range to throw some of his own magic at him.
Kyuseisha no Hikari
Leopard’s Strike Three long, black claws of energy grow between Cymophane’s fingers. Though he does not have to make contact with an enemy to cause damage, a swipe directed at them will result in torn clothing and the sensation of lacerations to skin. The sensation of pain will last for 30 seconds and has a range of 8 feet. At player discretion, the character can take lasting damage such as mild injuries that are deep enough to scar if desired, but not so much as to be immediately life threatening. The magic can be used three times.
Carnallite was back on her feet almost before Valhalla hit the ground. She jumped to avoid his staff, frowning as his attention turned to the Princess. (Predictable, but Carnallite hated to be overlooked by an adversary.)
“An ah ah, loverboy. You’re with me,” she said, putting herself in his way again.
She kept her back to what was happening below as much as possible, thus avoiding any distant effects of Kamacite’s magic. The darkness was only temporary. Valhalla winced away from the bright light, and Carnallite used that momentary distraction to her advantage. She lashed out with a hard kick to Valhalla’s side.
Her punch collided, and Cybele tried to pull away afterwards, to leave the stupid youma behind and to get over to where she could see Ganymede out of the corner of her eye, tangling with two Generals.
Only, the stupid youma wasn't letting go, and Cybele couldn't see how, exactly, it was keeping a tightening hold on her with the way that the room was going dim, and then dark.
The moment that the light came back, too much and all at once, the thing yanked as she continued to pull away, her heels digging into the old floor as much as they could.
Something was going to have to give, and that turned out to be her shoulder.
She heard the pop first. She felt it, through her entire body. It was half a second later, when she was blinking against the stars in her eyes, that the pain caught up.
Cybele's scream ripped through the air.
Some part of her, mentally, screamed out for her magic, too, for that focus that always gave her the push to keep cool, to keep pushing. In a sense it worked. The ethereal bow formed in her good hand. It was useless, though, when her arm flared and burned and her fingers refused to twitch the smallest bit to pull at the bowstring.
Instead, her scream lessened to a growl and she lashed out like a wild animal. She punched, she kicked, anything, wildly and badly, but with a desperation behind it.
Before, the youma had been an annoyance. Now she wanted it dead.
