Eiseijutsu (33) H e a l i n g Genshi [ Thread ] Rank: E Official Description: Threads and veins, connects severed flesh back, vein to vein. In doing so, less flesh is reduced to scarring, which allows for a shortened amount of healing time needed. Does not provide actual healing, aside from connecting the major veins, meaning that some bleeding still occurs and more acute healing techniques are needed. Guild Description: The E-rank version is good for little scratches and pokes, the B-rank version for a finger's length, and the S+rank version for a hand's length. Does not need concentrated focus to do, and so is good for emergencies.
Gien to Kairan [ Donation and Circulation ] Rank: E Official Description: A technique to attach one person to another, via chakra and stamina transfers. Akin to direct blood donations, this jutsu gifts an immobile, unconscious patient energy, and then circulates it to prevent chakra stagnation. Useful most often when one's entire Tenketsu have been shunted for a lengthy time, or the spirit has been ripped forcefully from the body, to prevent the physical body from dying. Guild Description: Each rank trained for provides half of its rank of chakra or stamina to the patient, with the other half used to circulate it in the body. The user is highly vulnerable during this time, with interruptions causing the target to be transferred from to possibly black out from pain. Can be used on self.
Kiyomaru [ Cleanse ] Rank: E Official Description: It is not always possible for a medical nin to practice basic hand washing and other procedures. This technique has the effect of instantly removing bacteria, dirt, blood, and other contaminants from the user’s hands, lower arms, and face. It also insures that any breath that comes from the user’s body will be free of any bacteria or infectious disease. This technique can also be used to clean the wounds of others in order to prevent infection from bacteria. In the event that the medical nin is using this technique to prevent infection of an injury that has been inflicted upon them, it is used in the same manner as if the shinobi were using it on somebody else. Shiatsu [ Massage ] Rank: E Official Description: For a variety of reasons, muscles, tendons, and ligaments can become overworked and painful. This may be because some type of injury occurred or it may simply be the result of too much work without enough rest. By applying the proper amount of pressure at the right pressure points, and using small amounts of chakra, a medical nin is able to relieve pain and help a patient's body recover more quickly. A strain or sprain can seriously hinder the effectiveness of a shinobi and as such this technique really can make a difference. Guild Description: See the official description. Tekishutsu [ Extraction ] Rank: E Official Description: When a patient's body has a foreign object in it, such as the point of a shuriken, a senbon needle, or an arrow, it is important to remove the object without further harming the patient. Using this technique the medical nin places their hands on either side of the injured area and uses chakra to very carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues in order to remove the object without causing any further damage. Depending on the severity of the wound and nature of the object, it can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes to remove it. Guild Description: See the official description. Stops secondary damage from occurring due to specific ammunition types that deal more damage upon removal.
Baikin Tekijo [ Bacteria Removal ] Rank: D Official Description: This technique does not cure a bacterial infection; it simply extracts a portion of the infection and prevents immediate death. This technique allows a med-nin enough time to prepare a counter agent to the infection. This technique can also be used to slow down the effects of a bacterial infection used against the medical nin so as to give them time to escape or prepare an antidote for themselves. A patient will still die from a lethal infection even if this technique is used if the infection is not treated. The only exception to this is if the person this is being used on was just infected within the last minute or so. Hai Fukuraseruno [ Lung Inflation ] Rank: D Official Description: When a patient's lungs collapse, it is often fatal even when a medical shinobi can reinflate them. This jutsu provides an instant prop up of lung tissue, to allow for other eiseijutsu to provide life saving care, such as oxygen circulation and Healing Hands operations. Guild Description: At D-rank, props up lungs for a single post, with each additional rank gaining another post. Lung Inflation also keeps the patient from breathing properly, which requires additional care.
Jokyo Dokubutsu [ Poison Removal ] Rank: D Official Description: This technique does not cure a poisoning; it simply extracts a portion of the poison and prevents immediate death. This technique allows a med-nin enough time to prepare an antidote for the poison. This technique can also be used to slow down the effects of a poison used against the medical nin so as to give them time to escape or prepare an antidote for themselves. A patient will still die from a lethal poison even if this technique is used if the poison is not treated. The only exception to this is if the person this is being used on was just poisoned within the last minute or so (one post). This technique is less effective against highly advanced poisons. Ketsuekijunkan [ Circulation of the Blood ] Rank: D Official Description: Used when the heart is undergoing irregularities or stillness, this jutsu is good for moving blood forcefully through the heart, to the rest of the body. Alternatively, this can cause open wounds to bleed even more, due to the advanced circulation. Guild Description: At D-rank, this jutsu can provide a slow, but steady flow. At B-rank, this jutsu acts like a normal but faux heart, with a rhythm. At S+rank, this jutsu overpowers the heart's remaining irregularities or stillness, but any open wounds will mean a quick death via bleed-out.
Sansokyoukyuu [ Oxygen Supply ] Rank: D Official Description: While it is possible for anyone to perform CPR without chakra, this technique is an improvement. By holding their hands over a patient’s chest, a shinobi is able to use chakra to very carefully massage the heart and lungs in to functioning. This technique is not effective if, for some reason, the air passage is blocked. It does not provide oxygen or blood, it only forces air in and out of the lungs and makes the heart continue to beat. A C - ranked character is able to perform this technique on two patients at once if the need should arise. This technique requires that patients be unconscious and still before it will work. Eiseijutsu: Shunshin no Jutsu [ Medical Release: Instant Movement Technique ] Rank: D Official Description: Nearly exactly like the Maruton version of Shunshin, when utilizing Shunshin, upon arrival, or before leaving (choose one), those withing arm's reach will find E - ranked damage healed from their body. Guild Description: See official description. Usable thrice per battle, including the other versions of Shunshin.
Chishio Tensou no Jutsu [ Blood Transfusion Skill ] Rank: C Official Description: Loss of blood is a serious condition, and not very uncommon one in the shinobi battlefield. When a person reaches such a dangerous state, a medical nin can ease their symptoms by using this jutsu. First, the medical nin places a surgically precise cut on the patient and then another cut on the donor. The donor and the recipient must have their respective cuts within six inches of each other; this is typically accomplished by cutting their opposing arms and having them lay beside each other. The medical nin then forms a sphere of chakra between the two cuts drawing out blood from both patients and altering it so that the blood type of the donor matches that of the recipient. It is important to remember that taking more than 1 pint of blood from a donor is extremely dangerous, even with the loss of only 1 pint of blood the donor may suffer from dizziness and fatigue. Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui [ Healing Hands Technique: Minor ] Rank: C Official Description: The user concentrates chakra into their hands creating a ball of healing chakra. This chakra when concentrated will repair physical damage to another person. This is the first stage of Chiyute taught to all Medical Nin, it is not possible to advance without this technique. The effects of this technique are limited to superficial cuts and injuries though it can reduce the severity of more serious injuries. Guild Description: See the official description. Eshi Tekijo [ Necrotic Flesh Removal ] Rank: C Official Description: Used to remove stagnated, non-living flesh, blood, bone, and other such components, without harming the living versions. Guild Description: At C-rank, this technique is good for less than a finger's width at the surface. At A-rank, this technique can penetrate the surface to remove dead components within the body, and is three finger widths large. At S+rank, the area widens to a palm's width, and can fully penetrate even the most inner sections of the torso.
Shinteki Ijutsu [ Mental Medicine ] Rank: C Official Description: Curing people of their mental problems is usually a long, drawn out process between the psychologist and their patient, through many sessions of inner reflection and medication usage. This jutsu provides the former, by allowing the psychologist to gently nudge or open a single memory harmlessly in a certain direction. It does not replace it or alter it in any way, but the patient usually will undergo an immediate relapse, allowing the doctor to use their other skills to continue the healing process. Guild Description: Is not retrainable.
Ondochousetsu [ Temperature Control ] Rank: C Official Description: Normal body temperature can be disrupted for one reason or another and this technique is used to restore it. It can be used to treat abnormally high or low body temperatures either by using chakra to infuse the patients body with heat or by using chakra to siphon off excess heat. It is not required for the medical nin to continue to use this technique in order for it to be effective but unless the cause of the abnormal body temperature is solved then it will occur again over time. Ajiwau [ Taste ] Rank: B Official Description: Increases one's sense of Taste by a full 50%, which helps with smelling to a slight degree, and includes all positive and negative consequences of this. For Genjutsu techniques that have the Scent Primary Sense, their effectiveness will be reduced by a Moderate amount. This technique may be applied to anyone, at any time, but requires Kurabou to be learned with the intended recipient for this technique specifically. Itami Yokusei [ Pain Suppression ] Rank: B Official Description: This technique shuts down the pain reception center in the brain, to all but the most insistent, life-threatening of pain. Guild Description: Clears the mind of having to deal with pain signals. At S+rank, the life-threatening signal is also shut down, clearing the mind to work without the distraction of already knowing that you're in the worst of the worst danger. Lasts until an equal rank Healing Hands Technique removes it.

Shiketsuzai [ Bleeding Suppression ] Rank: B Official Description: Used when normal jutsu and items are ineffective against stopping a rampant bleeding scenario. Casting this technique causes a great pressure to build up between the user's palm and the bleeding area in question. Although quite effective, it causes some bruising and lots of pooled, stagnant blood. Guild Description: At B-rank, this jutsu is good for a palm-sized area. At S+rank, this jutsu can potentially stop blood flow in an entire extremity, based solely on pressure. Is considered heart stopping at A-rank, if performed directly over top of it. To stop the heart of an opponent the user must restrain the opponent to ensure immobility to allow for enough precision for it to work.
Shokkan [ Touch ] Rank: B Official Description: Increases one's sense of touch by a full 50%, and includes all positive and negative consequences of this. For Genjutsu techniques that have the Touch Primary Sense, their effectiveness will be reduced by a Moderate amount. This technique may be applied to anyone, at any time, but requires Kurabou to be learned with the intended recipient for this technique specifically. Once placed upon an individual, a semi-permanent forty [40] Chakra, or Stamina. Chiyute No Jutsu: Ichidanto [ Healing Hands Technique: Major ] Rank: A Official Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of healing chakra. This chakra, when concentrated, can repair physical damage to another person. With this level of technique, a Jounin has reached the end of what can be accomplished without the aid of a hospital. All but the most critical injuries can be healed and in some cases even injuries that would otherwise lead to a swift death can be reduced just enough to transport the patient to a hospital. Denkaishitsu Heikin [ Electrolyte Balance ] Rank: A Official Description: Electrolyte imbalance usually occurs due to dehydration, kidney failure, severe diarrhea, or vomiting. Even curing these four symptoms does not cure the imbalance, and requires appropriate steps to keep from remittance. Continuing to be imbalanced leads to heart and neurological activity severely being diminished. For the shinobi out in the field, the only way to balance a patient is to physically share one's own electrolytes, passing them through the hands. Guild Description: At A-rank, this technique will lower the user's electrolytes to a still-safe level, while raising the patient's own to out of immediate danger. At S+rank, this full balances the electrolytes between the user and the patient, which may result in nausea, imbalance, and lightheaded effects in the donor.
Hone Chiyu no jutsu [ Bone Healer Skill ] Rank: A Official Description: A variation of Chiyute no jutsu. When an ally has broken or fractured a bone. The ideal way to use this technique is to prepare a concentrated calcium pill with medicine creation but in the absence of the pill it is possible to force the patient’s bones to release higher concentrations of calcium in to the body than normal. Using the extra calcium, Chiyute no Jutsu is activated, but uses less chakra since the user already has the calcium to work with, but will only work on bone tissue. It is important to remember that bones must be properly and often painfully set back in place before they are repaired. It is not possible to treat bones that have been shattered in to small pieces (comminuted fracture, or ‘What Gaara did to Lee’) with this technique. Guild Description: See the official description.
Ninja Kigusuri Souzou [ Ninja Medicine Creation ] Rank: A Official Description: Ever wonder who exactly makes something like a soldier pill or a blood replenishment pill? The answer is a medical nin with extremely advanced knowledge of how to make medicine. With this skill a medical nin is able to create beneficial tools for allies and team mates using naturally occurring substances. Most medicines are closely guarded secrets in villages and in some cases they are only passed down directly from master to student. Unlike normal medicine creation, this technique is not possible ‘in the field’ and requires a medical nin to at least set up a makeshift medicine lab in order to create the desired medicine. Saisei no Saibou [ Cell Regeneration ] Rank: A Official Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses all of their chakra into one part of their body just before an attack. The moment that attack connects, the chakra activates the natural regeneration of the body's cellular makeup, repairing the damage done by an attack the moment after it is done. Shousen Jutsu [ Mystical Hand Technique ] Rank: A Official Description: This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the ninja is highly skilled, they are able to heal more critical injuries. Highly skilled medical-Nins such as Tsunade can use their techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible. Guild Description: See the official description. Zenji [ Recovery ] Rank: A Official Description: Regeneration of chakra and stamina whilst relaxing or sleeping is vital to recovery efforts. When these are shunted, the body and mind go astray. This jutsu re-enables Relaxation and Sleep regeneration in a target if for any reason such ability has been removed from them. Guild Description: See official description. Causes no discernible, immediate effect during battle.
Arerugi Tekijo [ Allergen Removal ] Rank: S Official Description: Allergies can often be just as deadly as direct fighting. The user will place their hand on a target, enabling the jutsu. Any cause of hypersensitivity in the target will be completely removed. Guild Description: See official description.
Shinreitejutsu [ Psychic Surgery ] Rank: S Official Description: This skill is used to perform major surgical procedures. Unlike normal surgery this skill does not require instruments. The medical nin literally inserts their bare hands in to the patient and attempts repair. The difficulty of this procedure depends greatly on the exact kind of operation being performed. It is even possible to remove an organ with this procedure in the event that it has been too severely damaged to repair. Most surgery require hours of exhausting work by the medical nin and only when there is no other choice should such a procedure be attempted in the field. Saisei [ Regeneration ] Rank: S Official Description: A healing technique is useless when a portion of a patient’s body has been destroyed. Burns from fire or acid, nerve damage from toxin, lung damage from some diseases, all simply can’t be healed away because the body has literally no means to correct them. This technique remedies the problem. By using healthy skin, muscle and other tissues, portions of a patient’s body can be reconstructed. This technique can correct most forms of damage but requires great effort on the part of the medical nin and in the case of injuries that have gone unhealed for too long, the technique is only partially effective. Some portion of the damaged area must be remaining in order to reconstruct it so it is not possible to reconstruct missing limbs with this technique. Guild Description: See the official description. This cannot be used to recover blindness of Sharingan.
[ Circle of Enlightenment ] Rank: S Official Description: One of the most powerful Eiseijutsus ever known to shinobi, this jutsu requires at least 5 medical shinobi who are willing to lend their healing chakra to the user in order for the technique to succeed. First and foremost, this jutsu requires a preparation of one hour in which the user writes down intricate seals on the floor. These will be used as medium for healing chakra. Then, a severely wounded creature (can be an animal) will be placed in the center of the intricate drawing. Now comes the most important part: On each of the 4 corners of the complex drawing, a medical shinobi will sit, ready to push in chakra while the user of the jutsu will stand near its side. The fifth medical shinobi will sit at one of the drawing's sides and will have the key role in the jutsu, as he or she is responsible for harnessing the other medical nins' healing chakras and diverting it towards the accelerated healing. Then, it begins: Healing chakra is pushed forward in an amazing rate, with the seals acting as medium for the chakra to pass through to the patient's body. The mass amount of healing chakra combined with a sample of the patient's DNA has a stunning effect--even the most mortal of wounds are able to heal in a matter of minutes. The same goes for ailments, poisons and diseases; the jutsu also has a cleansing effect on the body. After the jutsu is done, most times users will require a great deal of rest after using so much chakra. Obviously, this jutsu is impossible to use during combat, and should only be preformed in a hospital, where other medical shinobi are present to oversee the procedure and to help out if things go wrong. Souzousaisei [ Genesis Rebirth ] Rank: S Official Description: A Ninjutsu technique that only those with the Souseki Fuuin (Genesis Seal) can perform. By gathering chakra into their seal over a period of time, they can then use that gathered chakra by releasing the seal. The chakra accelerates the production of various enzymes in their body, causing almost instant cellular reformation, healing absolutely any mortal wound, including extensive damage to internal organs. However, the number of times cells can multiply is limited, so using this technique takes away from the total life span of the ninja using it. Guild Description: See the official description. Not re-trainable. Every use will leach ten years off of the user's life. A natural human lifespan has 100 years within it. Subtract the user's age from this 100 to determine uses of technique.
Ishoku Doukishiki [ Implantation Synchronization ] Rank: S+ Official Description: Dealing with an implant is a harrowing and dangerous maneuver, as any slip in the delicate balance between the host and itself may cause complications. Aside from this, the burden placed upon the host is great, requiring not only a maximum chakra sacrifice, but active chakra levels just to simply use it. This jutsu shuffles around the numbers between chakra and stamina, to ease the burden. Guild Description: Shuffled numbers must in total remain the same, unless the implant is from the user's own body. (as in, granting a cloned, new arm from a severed one, etc) In such a case that the flesh is the user's own, this jutsu will perfectly sync up the two, dropping the sacrifice, the active chakra requirements, et cetera.

Intensifying it within an opponent will detract from their ability to deal with situations, leaving you with more opportunities~ Guild Description: At B-rank, all forms of pain become crippling. Lasts for several posts, the effects lessening as time goes on. At S+rank, no amount of non-chakra medication will detract from the effect.
Ketsueki Juutai [ Blood Stagnation ] Rank: E Official Description: Ketsueki Juutai causes varying amounts of internal damage in the form of bruising. At each rank before S+ (i.e. lethal), the structure, strength, and area size increase. Pain increases at each point, typically causing unconsciousness at S-rank. Suji dageki [ Muscle Shock ] Rank: E Official Description: An ability designed by medical ninja to perform attacks at a lower level so they would be able to defend themselves slightly. This attack simply provides a tazer like shock to an opponent that causes their muscles to tense all at once. This immobilizes them long enough for the medical nin to retreat or launch an attack of their own. Note that the medical shinobi must be touching their target for this to take effect. Kinniku Saichousei [ Muscle Realignment ]* Rank: B Official Description: Muscles, core to all movement and control in the body, can be repaired or sent to disarray with great ease. A leg treated with this technique can either restore the ability to walk, or completely obliterate its ability to do so. As the area of effect is small, touching is almost considered vital. Guild Description: Affects muscles within one hand's grasp. At S-rank, the volume of effect increases to two. Is permanent.
Hekirekite no Jutsu [ Thunder Hands Technique ]* Rank: A Official Description: A ninjutsu in which the user focuses the chakra in his hands so that they can create an electric shock able to give a sufficient enough to make the heart start beating again in the event it has stopped. To use this technique, a medical nin places one hand on the patient’s upper right chest, just below the shoulder and the other hand on the left side of the patients chest, several inches below the arm and to the left of the chest. It is important that the patient be dry as possible when this technique is used and that no other person is touching. Guild Description: See official description. Retraining to the max of +2 allows for up to 4 posts to pass inbetween a stopped heartbeat & the restarting thereof.
Satsugaite no Jutsu [ Killing Hands Technique ] Rank: A Official Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of killing chakra, which is the complete opposite of the Chiyute no Jutsu [ Healing Hands Technique ]. Through concentrating their chakra in a manner opposing the Chiyute, instead of rebuilding and restoring another person's cells, this jutsu intends to destroy and unravel another person's cells. Guild Description: See official description. Retraining to the max of +2 allows for areas struck to be given necrosis.

Ishoku Funkyuu [ Implantation Complication ] Rank: S+ Official Description: Dealing with an implant is a harrowing and dangerous maneuver, as any slip in the delicate balance between the host and itself may cause complications. Aside from this, the burden placed upon the host is great, requiring not only a maximum chakra sacrifice, but active chakra levels just to simply use it. In addition, various effects--both positive and negative--from the implant intermingle with its host at certain stages. This jutsu allows for complications such as making the implant's weaknesses carry over to the non-active state, or even decreasing the effectiveness of any part of it at any active or non-active state. Reimyo Honnui [ Delicate Stitching ] Rank: E Official Description: The user will place their hands against an open wound, releasing chakra from their pores in order to "sew" the injury. The threads formed are more like thin chakra staples than anything else, and can be broken if upset. When the afflicted area is fully healed, the stitches will merely disolve. This technique can also be performed offensively, the user simply hitting the target with a chakra infused hand, creating the threads which can then be tugged and so on. Guild Description: The user creates chakra stitches to either seal wounds or wrap opponents. For each additional rank of chakra the user pays while performing this technique offensively, the number of threads created and their durability increases accordingly. Each Body Rank allows for five [5] "stitchtes" to be made per utilization of this technique.
Setsugozai [ Adhesives ] Rank: E Official Description: Biological adhesives are often used in surgical applications, such as skin grafting and for suturing wounds. The composition of these adhesives includes variations of proteins. Fibrin is a commonly used natural “clotting” protein material that is used to help mend damaged vessels and for wound applications. Guild Description: Does not immediately stop bleeding or begin healing, as this is a mid- to long-term medical jutsu, meant to keep stitches, emergency measures, and other such techniques from failing. Healing Hands applied after this, and during the same operation, will reduce its chakra cost by a single rank. Used offensively, can glue living tissue to other living tissue. Retraining only increases the restraint's rank.

This technique is preformed by kneeling over a patient and slowly running both hands over their body, looking for signs of injury that may not be visible to the naked eye. It can detect things such as internal injury, improper heart rate, non-apparent bone fractures, poisoning, and disease. A ninja of higher body rank has learned to use this technique to perform a rudimentary examination of a body to determine cause and time of death. A D - rank (Genin) using this skill takes several minutes of work to determine the nature of a problem, a C - ranked (Chuunin) takes less than a minute and a B - ranked (Jounin) requires only a few seconds. Teikouryoku [ Power of Resistance ] Rank: E Official Description: A medical nin must always be aware of possibly becoming a victim of whatever their patient is suffering from. With this technique a medical shinobi temporarily increases their resistance to diseases and poisons. It has no effect on diseases or poisons already effecting the medical shinobi, however. This technique improves as the medical nin grows in power and affords greater resistance to a wider range of diseases and poisons. Guild Description: See the official description. It is not practical to carry around mortar, pestle, and other tools but a scroll that can be used to summon these and other similar objects is both practical and convenient. A higher ranking nin can use this technique to summon more specialized and advanced tools for poison creation and ninja medicine creation but at this level it is only good for medicine creation. The ninja concentrates a powerful aura of chakra around their hand, creating a blade capable of tearing through muscles and arteries, or breaking bone, without actually breaking the skin of the person they're using it on. This technique can also be used to repair the chakra system in a patient if for some reason it has been damaged. When used offensively, in combat, it is difficult to concentrate on the length and power of the scalpel, making it harder to successfully hit an enemy's arteries, ensuring a kill. Oiroke no Jutsu: Onna no Ko Doushi & Otoko no Ko Doushi [ Sexy Technique: Girl Companions & Guy Companions ] Rank: Augment [learned as D] Official Description: Oiroke no Jutsu • Onna no Ko Doushi no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Konohamaru. After learning Kage Bunshin, Konohamaru further refined his Oiroke no Jutsu. Konohamaru will first create a Kage Bunshin, and then each will transform into a voluptuous young woman who will press their bodies together seductively. Konohamaru claims the jutsu is used to distract his target, giving it a worthwhile purpose. Sakura claimed that only perverts like Konohamaru and Naruto would fall for the jutsu. Sanzengarasu no Jutsu [ Scattering One Thousand Crows Technique ] Rank: C Official Description: The user will call upon a murder of crows, these crows will fly around the target, causing confusion with their dark forms and quick movement. A comrade can move within the flock wearing dark clothes and wielding a dark weapon almost undetected. With the target distracted by the crows, the Shinobi can strike more easily. Hari Jizou [ Underworld Guardian Spikes ] Rank: B Official Description: Ninpou - Hari Jizou is a Ninjutsu technique used by Jiraiya. After forming the needed hand seals, Jiraiya's hair will grow in length to surround and protect his body. In this form it also becomes ridged and spiked, forming a layer of protection from direct strikes and blows. Guild Description: See official description. Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [ Shadow Clone Technique ] Rank: B Official Description: This technique creates a solid clone of the user, unlike the empty ones formed from the traditional Bunshin no Jutsu. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two decent blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created to appear in the same condition as the original did when he/she performed the technique itself. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original even by the Byakugan- because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance. Guild Description: Creates a solid clone which is able to interact with the environment, and perform any technique that the user knows. The strength of each clone is dependent on the actual number of clones formed. If two clones are made, they each possess one half (1/2) the strength of the original, four clones- one forth (1/4), etc. For simplicity reasons, rather than having to split the chakra pool evenly amongst user and clones, whenever a technique is performed by a clone, the allotted chakra cost is taken from the original, overall pool. ( If the original has 100 available chakra, and a clone performs a technique that costs 10, the available amount of chakra becomes 90. ) Shadow clones cannot be told apart by doujutsu. When a clone is dispersed, any knowledge it gained while active is transferred to the original only, no other clones. Clones can only be sent as far away as the immediate area, defined as the sub-forum in which the user currently resides.
Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [ Multiple Shadow Clone Technique ] Rank: Augment [learned as A] Official Description: This jutsu is essentially a massive version of the Shadow Clone Technique. Instead of a few clones, it creates a few hundred. This is considered a forbidden jutsu, because it can potentially be dangerous to the person performing it, seeing as how all of the clones are given an equal amount of chakra directly from the user. Naruto learned the technique from the scroll of forbidden seals written by the First Hokage. Few people are able to use this technique effectively, due to the large amount of chakra it consumes. However, this weakness is not an issue to Naruto, due to his massive chakra reserves. Having such reserves allows him to create hundreds of clones while maintaining a decent supply of chakra in each one. This technique is also used by Naruto to train quickly, since all the clones share their experiences with Naruto, but it causes extreme fatigue with repeated use. Some times in the anime or manga, Naruto does not appear to distinguish between the Multiple and regular variations of the technique, and often simply says "Shadow Clone Technique" regardless of how many clones he uses. Guild Description: Requires knowing Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]. This is an upgrade of Kage Bunshin no Jutsu and takes the same slot as the B-rank version once learned. Either version can be used for the appropriate version's cost. Unlike the normal Kage Bunshin, the user's chakra and stamina is divided equally among every clone, including the original. This technique start off at a minimum of one hundred [100] clones produced, and they can be produced until each has only one [1] chakra/stamina. The user must retain at least [1] of each pool or they will lose consciousness. Shadow clones cannot be told apart by doujutsu. The clone disperses if it receives a solid hit (C-rank or higher), or runs out of chakra or stamina. When a clone is dispersed, any knowledge it gained while active is transferred to the original only, no other clones, and any remaining chakra and stamina is returned to the user. Shadow clones may not leave the immediate area [same thread] that the user is in. The only exception is that a village leader may use shadow clones to aid them in managing the village, although the clones cannot leave the village.
Meisai Gakure no Jutsu [ Camouflage Concealment Technique ] Rank: A Official Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the Shinobi can grant them self invisibility. So far only the Sharingan eye and its revelation abilities have been shown to pierce the veil and see the hidden Shinobi. Kin will hurl senbon which have bells attached with string. This string will also run from the senbon itself to her hand. After she hurls the senbon at her opponent, the dangling bells can be moved by Kin to emit a ring at a special frequency. This frequency reaches directly into her opponent’s brain and shows them the desired illusions. Unfortunately simple ear plugging will not prevent the illusions. One way this can be utilized is to confuse her opponent. By making her opponent see multiple copies of herself, she can confuse them as to her actual location. This is especially deadly when senbon or kunai are thrown, making it difficult to tell which weapon to avoid. Guild Description: See official description. Chishiki Raijo no Jutsu [ Knowledge Removal Technique ] Rank: B, X Official Description: This just can be used on anybody so long as contact to the head is made, in which once it is done, it wipes knowledge selected by the user from the targets memory. Zetsu's Sensory Range Technique [ Unnamed ] Rank: X Official Description: This unnamed Ninjutsu technique allows Zetsu to spy on an enemy from afar. It is unclear if Zetsu uses his corporeal body or some plant created extension to spy on his targets. Either way, the Zetsu can emerge himself from plant life and extend some form of sensory perception over great distances to gain heightened sight and auditory powers. Using his greatest range he spied upon Team Guy from approximately 100 meters away. Even at this distance he could gather information as if he was right by them. Fukumen no Jutsu [ Veil Technique ] Rank: E Official Description: A stall technique which really only helps Genin in this stage of learning accustom themselves to the less subtle methods of Katon. Performing the necessary seals, the user claps their hand in front of them and a hot white flash erupts from their hands that blind people in the closest vicinity. With this opening, the user is able to make a hasty escape or even move in for a killing blow. Shuriken no Jutsu [ Shuriken Technique ] Rank: D Official Description: This technique uses Chakra to coat a metal shuriken or a kunai with fire. It is done so that the user first throws the shuriken, then exhales from his or her mouth a small flame that ignites the chakra-coated projectile. Housenka Tsumabeni no Jutsu [ Mythical Fire Phoenix Nails Red Technique ] Rank: Augment [learned as B] Official Description: Katon • Housenka Tsumabeni no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seal and then breathes fire onto his shuriken, infusing them with the chakra. Unlike Housenka no Jutsu which simply hides the shuriken within flames, these shuriken are imbued with fire and will continue to burn until the Katon chakra is used up. Their nature also ensure that any living thing which comes into contact with the fire will be burned. Guild Description: Maximum of ten [10] projectiles per use. Every two projectiles decreases individual strength by one [1] rank. Flames decrease in strength by one [1] rank per post until they vanish altogether. Nenshou Ha: Ichi [ Burning Cinder: One ] Rank: D Official Description: After learning to control the basic aspects of Fire the shinobi can create a small amount of burning cinders in their mouth before spitting them out at an opponent. Gōkakyū no Jutsu [ Great Fireball Technique ] Rank: C Official Description: Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The Shinobi does the necessary hand seals, draws Chakra from their mouth into their chest and then immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the Shinobi will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. Guild Description: See official description. Gōka Hitoame no Jutsu [ Great Fireball Shower Technique ] Rank: S Official Description: Kneading his chakra and then converting it to fire, the user creates a multitude of fireballs at the same time which then rain down on the target causing severe, widespread damage around the field. Taika no Jutsu [ Fireproof Technique ] Rank: C Official Description: At this point in time, the user has developed a natural resilience to flame and has come to know the pros and cons of their own techniques. With this knowledge in hand, they are able to not only guard themselves against fire and high temperatures but also anything around them. Expelling Chakra at a constant rate, it acts as a shield or buffer against all forms of heat, completely preventing them from harm. But by freely imparting this Chakra onto a person or thing, they are able to pass on that very same shield. Requires an upkeep of half the original cost to continue after the first post. Benjigumo [ Crimson Earth Spider ] Rank: B Official Description: The user spews out fire that both surrounds the enemy and then transforms into a spider that attacks the enemy. This technique effectively traps and attacks an opponent at the same time, and can be used to force them into another attack. Guild Description: See official description.
Gōryūka no Jutsu [ Great Dragon Fire Technique ] Rank: B Official Description: Katon • Gouryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the Shinobi will expel dragon head fireballs at their opponent. These powerful fireballs can punch through concrete. Guild Description: See official description. Ryūen Hōka no Jutsu [ Dragon Flame Release Song Technique ] Rank: Augment [learned as A] Official Description: As with its individual version (see Gōryūka no Jutsu), the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates the great fire, and attacks their opponent. Guild Description: See official description. Produces up to three [ 3 ] dragon heads at the A-rank value. Creating more than three [ 3 ] will drop strength down to B-rank for those created after the third dragon head. Requires knowing Gōryūka no Jutsu [Great Dragon Fire Technique]. Myaku Hitofuki no Jutsu [ Pulse Blast Technique ] Rank: B Official Description: An extremely useful Jutsu, this one has the effect of flushing out or separating multiple opponents. Hurling a fireball about the size of a basketball, it is meant to be dodged in order to be effective. For at center of this fireball is a gaseous core which, when the spherical attack finally makes contact with something, will explode and this gas will expand rapidly in a loud bang. The bang is simply a precursor though, as instantly afterwards a sharp concussive force will issue out all around the center of the blast. Though the explosion of the attack itself is not very strong, the force it sends out is enough to knock anyone who is within a certain radius of it flying. Guild Description: See official description. Concussive radius of fifteen [15] feet, and almost guaranteed to knock anyone within off their feet, including the user. Kudakasei no Jutsu [ Shatter Force Technique ] Rank: Augment [learned as A] Official Description: Built upon the principles of Katon: Myaku Hitofuki no Jutsu, this technique instead acts as a much more powerful, centralized version. Gathering heat in between both hands the user focuses it until it cannot be condensed further. Manifested as a sphere of raw, glowing energy it is at first held at bay as if only for show. Then, given any cue, the user slams the sphere into the ground, causing it to explode with the power of pure heat behind it. The user is unaffected by this burst of power, but anyone within the radius of the blast suffers some unsettling consequences alongside the devastating concussive force it sends forth. This technique, by sheer strength alone, has even been known to crack boulders. The base radius of this attack is five [5] meters. Separate effects of the Jutsu are that the intense heat dehydrates any opponents caught within the radius of the blast, drawing them closer to fatigue, blurring their vision and causing mild headaches all the while. Gouka Hataka no Jutsu [ Hellfire Clap ] Rank: A Official Description: A Jutsu of catastrophic might, it draws upon the unwieldiness that is flame. Calling forth Chakra from their deepest reserves, the user will perform the trademark hand signs that signal the beginning of a Katon. Yet rather than ending in the Tora seal, as most would, it instead ends in the Ram seal as the user’s hands clap together loudly. At that moment a wave of destructive fire flies forth around the user, engulfing all around them. Spread about in a circle, this technique also has the nasty side-effect of searing through anything it comes into contact with. The diameter of this wave is 15 meters. Defensive Jutsu of this rank or any lower are instantly nullified by this technique, though the attack itself does not carry through the defense and to the opponent. Kaseiken [ Flame Fist ] Rank: A Official Description: Kaiseken is a technique that coats the user's fist in intense flames. Upon contact with an object, the flames erupted forward in a powerful explosion that can cause severe damage, if the target survives. It is capable of shattering boulders, but the user is at risk of breaking their hand upon contact with such a hard object. Guild Description: See official description.
Moushou Kaseiken [ Fierce Flame Fist ] Rank: S Official Description: A fabled level of mastery, this version of the Kaseiken almost completely revolutionizes the previous. Rather than flames wrapping around the user’s fist, the fire instead engulfs the user completely and generally makes the user look imposing, even demonic. But these flames are much more than show. Now that the flame that was previously surrounding only the fist is available in such large amounts through the entire body, the destruction of the attack is also multiplied five-fold. However, this is a make or break technique. At this stage of mastery, the explosion itself can be controlled enough so that the user is not harmed, but the amount of Chakra it takes to both control and create such force immediately user to fight at his limits. Katon: Onidōrō [ Fire Release: Demon Lantern ] Rank: S Official Description: This technique releases many floating fireballs around the user, which take the shape of ghosts at the final stage of the technique. After performing the required hand seal, they attack the opponent in swarms. Each fireball creates a huge flame at the moment of impact. Guild Description: See official description. Creates ten [10] fireballs per use of the technique. Fireballs will continue chasing the target until otherwise stopped or they hit their mark.
Oorashi no Ryuu [ Dragon of the Raging Storm ] Rank: S Official Description: An extremely powerful technique that tests the physical limits of the user, it is the mark of a true Katon Master. Using all methods of heat creation and transferal, the user channels Chakra all over their body and dramatically bends forward, their back hunched and aimed upward. Then, slamming their crossed arms onto the ground in front of them, firmly planting both palms on the ground, the user erupts in a blazing column of impenetrable flame. What the result is what can only be described as a funnel of pure fire. Designed to be used defensively over all else, the fire as well takes different form as floods of Chakra meant to reinforce the technique discolor it. Purple, blue and red all at once, this funnel surrounds the user completely and has obvious effects: anything that makes contact with the user during this technique becomes instantly inflamed, and such force by the Chakra launches it back. Daikonran [ Pandemonium ] Rank: S+ Official Description: Very few people have seen this technique in action and even less have ever spoken of it. And yet as cliché as that sounds, it is most definitely a truth that cannot be denied. During the course of a battle, the user carefully sets different parts of the battlefield on fire and then sets this very special technique to use. Drawing upon the heat energy from all the surrounding flames, the user transforms them into spheres of purely charged heat through the use of very particular seals. Then, as the seals are completed, the balls begin to surround the opponent. Finally, they close in on the enemy at incredible speeds and the heat is completely absorbed into their bodies… causing them to explode from all the internal pressures and other biological processes which have failed due to the intense rise in temperature. The user can, also, delay this process by mentally dragging each sphere through the air and disabling an opponent’s appendages one by one before finishing them off. Fires must be within 100 feet to be usable in this technique.
• Kumo Monokage no Jutsu [ Cloud Cover Technique ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Sight // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 6 Posts // 5 Chakra →→Source: Phantasm →→Description: This Jutsu involves the simple creation of a small illusionary cloud, about 1 post-foot in diameter, that has to stay on the ground. Its true purpose is to conceal something that might be hidden in a particular spot, such as a sharp rock, or a small hole.
• Etainoshirenai no Fugou [ Mark of the Unfamiliar ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Sight // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Until Physical Contact is Made // 5 Chakra →→Source: Hologram →→Description: Another fundamental Jutsu, this one changes a person’s writing, mark, or even an inscription to that of another. By doing this, simple directions can be misread or pathways can be changed. It is all up to the discretion of the person reading the sign, though, since merely touching the word or mark in question can easily break the spell.
• Dokuji no Kaori [ Scent of Peculiar ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Scent // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 6 Posts // 5 Chakra →→Source: Scent-based Phantasm →→Description: This Jutsu makes use of the sense of smell. It has been known for ages past that there are certain scents that excite different emotions. Scents in the area can make something as simple as dust smell endearing, or make crushed leaves give off a toxic aroma. By this, both traps and warnings can be made of simple objects, not to mention the handy note of covering up one's tracks.
• Nirami no Kage [ Shadow Glare ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Sight // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 6 Posts // 5 Chakra →→Source: Visual Phantasm →→Description: Manipulating what a shadow looks like is no large feat for the Shinobi of the Leaf. But at this most basic level, they are only able to increase the depth by which a person might perceive a shadow. For example, a shadow can either be lengthened or shortened, giving off the impression that a person is closer or father. When used in large expanses with abundant shade, this Jutsu can prove quite worrisome.
• Hada no Kamereon [ Chameleon Skin ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Sight // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 6 Posts // 5 Chakra →→Source: Visual Phantasm →→Description: Forming Chakra in the area around them, the user creates a basic Genjutsu whose purpose is to help blend their body in with whatever surroundings are available. The illusion is not perfect however and higher ranked Shinobi are far more adept in seeing through the Genjutsu.

Requires an instrument, and does not differentiate between friend and foe.
• Kowaikao no Jutsu [ Scary Face Technique ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Sight // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 6 Posts // 5 Chakra →→Source: Visual Phantasm →→Description: The user covers their face by some means for a few moments, and when they reveal themselves their face turns into a grotesque being.
• Saikederikku [ Psychedelic ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Sight // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 6 Posts // 5 Chakra →→Source: Visual Phantasm →→Description: The colors of the world around the opponent appear to change randomly. Patterns and pallet are decided by the user at time of casting.
• Aki no Hibiki [ Echo of Autumn ] →→Rank: C →→P/S. Sense: Sight // Touch, Sound →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 4 Posts // 10 Chakra →→Source: Phantasm →→Description: Yet another Jutsu that makes use of imagery, this one takes into account both plants and wind. By making eye contact with the opponent, they are able to rearrange the scenery around them to their needs. They cannot create an entirely new environment, but merely shape the existing one in any way they see fit. This allows for a multitude of options in tactics and serves to easily confuse even the most perceptive of opponents. The wind aspect here is a secondary option for most users, since they can simulate the sensation of wind in an opponent’s mind as well. The use of this ability can be very misleading.
• Narisumashi no Hotaru [ Firefly Masquerade ] →→Rank: A →→P/S. Sense: Sight // →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 2 Posts // 40 Chakra →→Source: Illusion →→Description: Drawing upon the somewhat slender mysticism that surrounds the firefly, this technique pushes for emotional reactions to the extent in which almost any victim can be affected. Holding a seal in place and hopefully within sight of the opponent (note that this isn’t eye contact), the opponent immediately begins to see one or two fireflies enter the field as the environment begins to suddenly darken. Next, the technique subtly reaches its crux by the addition of more fireflies entering the dimmed field. They begin to surround both user and the victim and provide nothing more than a lightshow at this stage. The last act of the technique forces the opponent to realize hidden fears when the fireflies suddenly converge upon the user and takes the shape of whichever person or thing the opponent fears most. Swiftly, the scene around them becomes blurred as hundreds more fireflies spin around the two and seemingly lock them within a chamber of light, the target's fears immeasurably brought to life. At this point the user can ‘travel’ between all the light around them and speaks instances which would provoke the user’s mental stability. These illusions are most obviously self-induced, but the user simply manifests them through this technique. This technique affects all of those within the area, as it is a large scale phantasmal effect.
Enchantment Genjutsu Ensnare, Manipulate, Deceive
• Etainoshirenai no Oto [ Sounding the Unfamiliar ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Sound // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: // →→Source: Audio Phantasm →→Description: Another harmless Genjutsu, this one simply makes an opponent imagine that, in dark places, different animals begin to call out from all around them. This can range from a cat’s meow just behind them to an owl’s hoot above. The user’s own voice is what makes these sounds and then he/she manipulates them with Chakra. Therefore, it goes without saying that this Genjutsu affects one's sense of sound.
• Hekireki Koe no Jutsu [ Thunder Voice Technique ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Hearing // - →→S. Sense: N // A →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 2 // 5 Chakra →→Source: Vocals →→Description: This Genjutsu is very simple. Upon its execution, the target is made to hear the user's voice at an astoundingly amplified level. This is a Genjutsu often used by academy teachers to awaken students that fall asleep in class.
• Hibanahouden no Jutsu [ Discharge Technique ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Touch // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 3 Posts // 5 Chakra →→Description: The target of this technique feels a tingle all over their body; their hair even seems to stand on end. Whenever they try to touch an object they receive a painful jolt of what seems to be high-end static electricity. The pain is not so severe that they cannot function but it is distracting to say the least. The key to realizing that this effect is an illusion comes in knowing the nature of static electricity.
• Tsutaurushi no Jutsu [ Poison Ivy Technique ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Touch // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 2 Posts // 5 Chakra →→Description: A Genjutsu inspired by the poison ivy and oak plentiful in the forests of the Earth Country, it causes the victim to feel as if they were slathered in poison ivy. The user feels an irritating itching, pain on/under their skin, and begins to scratch away.
• Kuuden [ Static ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Sound // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 2 Posts // 10 Chakra →→Source: Area of Effect → All within 30 feet +10 ft/rank of chakra used →→Description: This Jutsu targets the sense of hearing of a foe. While under the effect of this skill, the victim constantly hears the sound of static in his ears, making it difficult for one suffering from this affliction to hear sounds over the annoying noise. Often used to hamper communication between foes, as well as a distraction. The effect is increased by one rank iif the target is wearing/using a communication device.
• Okuyuki Katawa [ Depth Distortion ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Sight // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 1 Post// 5 Chakra →→Source: Must gaze into the eyes of the subject to be affected, though a connection need not be established →→Description: This Jutsu adversely affects the depth perception of a target, making them unable to accurately judge the distance between themselves and an object. For example, an opponent under the influence of this technique would have trouble determining the speed of an incoming projectile, or may misjudge a quarry’s position as being further away.
• Shihouhapou [ All Directions ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Sound // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 3 Posts // 5 chakra →→Description: This Jutsu distorts the hearing of the opponent, causing the sounds of the user to appear to be coming from every direction. Commonly used to confuse the target concerning his foe’s location, or used to intimidate the one’s adversary by convincing him that he is surrounded. Is able to be reduced to particular directions, 1 specified direction per post if so chosen.
• Shimaru Shikaku [ Closed Sight ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Sight // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 1 post // 10 Chakra →→Source: Gesturing with hand by opening hand, rotating as if catching something, and closing hand into a fist →→Description: This Jutsu targets the peripheral vision of the target. While under the effects of this Jutsu, the victim's range of vision will be reduced from roughly 180 to 60 degrees; essentially causing them to see only what is directly in front of their eyes. Due to this, the afflicted will find themselves unable to register attacks coming from either flank, and will in turn also find targeting foes for attack more difficult than normal.
• Konoha-Ryū Yanagi [ Tree Leaf-Style Willow ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Sight // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 1 // 5 Chakra →→Source: ”Weapon” Movement →→Description: The user waves their weapon or arms back and forth, which when seen by the target locks them in a genjutsu which causes them to hallucinate multiple waving arms. The movement resembles that of a willow tree blowing in the wind. With the enemy off guard, the user is free to cut them down. Can be activated via weapon alone. A simple Genjutsu, one merely only needs to wave their weapon or arms in a willow's fashion to produce the visual trickery.
• Magen: Jigoku Kōka no Jutsu [ Demonic Illusion: Descending Hell Technique ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Sight // Touch →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 1 Post// 10 Chakra →→Description: Demonic Illusion: Jigoku Gouka no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a vision of fire. After the user forms the needed hand seals, a huge ball of fire will descend from the sky to envelope his target. The victims of the Genjutsu will believe they are being engulfed by a torrent of fire and flee their location for safety. Effects include the feeling of intense heat bearing down upon them, but does not include physical damage or pain.
• Kiri no Jutsu [ Mist Technique ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Sight // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 2 // - →→Source: Phantasm →→Description: An illusionary clone that charges towards the enemy, jumps, then explodes in a fog of mist, flower petals, leaves, or anything the caster can think of to confuse their opponent. Note, this is not an actual clone, but is perceivable by all who can see it.
• Kiga no Jutsu [ Hunger Technique ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Taste // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 2 Posts // 5 Chakra →→Description: The opponent is overcome by a sudden hunger and will be unable to concentrate fully because of this urge to find food; those who are weak against Genjutsu may even find themselves in a condition where they feel like they are lethargic.
• Nodono Kawaki no Jutsu [ Thirst Technique ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Taste // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 2 Posts // 5 Chakra →→Description: The opponent is overcome by a sudden thirst and will be unable to concentrate fully because of this urge to find water; those who are weak against Genjutsu may even find themselves in a condition where they feel like they are lethargic.
• Dokuji no Onsei [ Voice of the Peculiar ] →→Rank: D →→P/S. Sense: Sound // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 4 Posts // 5 Chakra →→Source: Audial Phantasm →→Description: This is a wonderful technique, comparable to the Chouba no Kage. A verbal aid, it manipulates a person’s voice and makes them seem either more or less imposing. When coupled before or after the Chouba no Kage, it can make the user seem possessed: changing both their voice and their shadow to those more intimidating. By itself, it can be used as a very noteworthy distraction and can also deter opponents from engaging the user right away. Skilled Shinobi can make their voice sound like that of other people they have encountered rather than just changing pitch and tone. →→Synchronization: If using Chouba no Kage and Dokuji no Onsei together, one upkeep activation will count for both techniques.
• Jouho no Koe [ Voice of Compromise ] →→Rank: C →→P/S. Sense: Chakra // Sound →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 3 Posts // 10 Chakra →→Source: Auditory Alteration →→Description: The user focuses a small amount of Chakra into his vocal chords as he speaks, allowing it to escape with his voice. This technique does not affect the sound of the user’s voice directly, but rather affects how any listeners hear the message. While using this technique, anything the user says will be perceived by listeners as a positive message. It can have numerous effects, such as endearing the speaker to his audience. The power of this Jutsu is quite limited, however. It tends to have very little effect on established enemies, or people in a high state of emotion, although it has been known to calm down agitated people.
• Yukashii no Jutsu [ Charming Technique ] →→Rank: C →→P/S. Sense: Chakra // Sight →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // 10 Chakra →→Source: Auditory Instrument →→Description: The user plays notes on an instrument, lulling animals in the area into a state of mild hypnosis. This causes the animals to think that the user's foes are their foes and that the user is an ally. This can even turn pets against their owners for a time. However, this does not work on summons.
• Tokitsukeru no Koe [ Voice of Persuasion ] →→Rank: B →→P/S. Sense: Chakra // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 2 Posts // 20 Chakra →→Source: Auditory →→Description: Requires Jouho first be known. This Jutsu applies all the effects of Jouho at a heightened level. In addition, the user can now make requests of his listeners and, assuming they are not too unreasonable, they will be favorably considered. However, this technique is still limited in its level of influence. For example, someone using this technique may be able to convince an enemy to retreat, but probably not to surrender. Also, the Jutsu remains much less effective against impassioned people, especially if the anger is directed at the user. Requires the previous version to be known first.
• Sōsai no Ne [ Offsetting Sound ] →→Rank: B →→P/S. Sense: Sound // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // 20 Chakra →→Source: Auditory →→Description: Playing a melody on his ocarina, Menma is able to release powerful genjutsu, such as the ones used by members of his own clan like Shiin. Requires an ocarina to play & start the Genjutsu. Acts as an area of effect Kai, though always of B - rank in strength. Sound Genjutsu (i.e. techniques with the Primary Sense of Sound) of A - rank rank will absorb this Genjutsu & have their Primary Senses’s rank reduced by one [1] while it is in effect.

Using his clan's well known musical abilities, Shiin will play a tune on his flute which will bind in place anyone he targets. Must be played continually to have an effect, and can only affect one [1] target. Once the music halts, the effects immediately disappear.
• Kenbou [ Forgetfulness ] →→Rank: B →→P/S. Sense: // →→Base Duration // Upkeep: - // - →→Source: Physical Contact →→Description: A somewhat whimsical and fanciful technique, this one is most often familiarized with mind control but is very much different. Using only a pre-designated seal as the focal point, the user is able to alter their Chakra to affect memories to a very basic extent by creating new ones which replace or block out anything current. For example, an enemy might come up to the user and try to interrogate their purpose. With this technique, the user will ‘suggest’ that the victim has mistaken him as somebody else and should carry on with his duties. Another way to use this technique is by making a victim suddenly remember that they have something to do. Another example would be like making a guard recall that they have to check the keys in at the barracks and must return to do so. The limits of this technique are obvious. Actual memories cannot be recreated, only suggestions which would allude to real memories. Also, these memories can be so false that a victim will realize immediately that there is something the matter and will see this as a sign of provocation. Not for combat use, but you can try!

Acting as a mental form of Kai, it also sets a lingering defense which aids in blocking opposing Genjutsu from affecting one out of five of the person’s senses. However, if the user is currently under the effect of an opposing Genjutsu, then they cannot use this technique. Sense: Sight // Touch →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 1 Post // 15 Chakra →→Source: Vague Handseals // Does not need to match any particular jutsu // If using Bukijutsu or Taijutsu no handseals are required as long as another action for combat is used in its place →→Description: This technique is often used subsequent to repeated uses of the false strike technique. Once the user believes their opponent is prepared to counter their false strike technique, this technique is often employed. Requiring only a single seal to begin, the user creates the impression that they have dodged the attack again. Instead, the user has actually remained in place, and has used the time to prepare to either defend themselves or counter-attack. The Jutsu, due to its simplicity [ even simpler in some ways than the false strike technique ], can be used in tandem with another one-handed technique, allowing the user to do things such as create a wall of sand to defend themselves, for example. • Itai Kanetsuki no Jutsu [ Painful Ringing Technique ] →→Rank: B →→P/S. Sense: Touch // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 5 Posts // 35 Chakra →→Source: Requires use of Suzu Senbon no Genkaku’s senbon →→Description: Requires [ Suzu Senbon no Genkaku ] to first be known. This Genjutsu is performed in exactly the same way as the Suzu Senbon no Genkaku. However, instead of causing nausea and vertigo, it progressively causes more pain as long as the target listens to the sounds of the bells. On the first post, the pain is nothing more than an annoying headache; the second post is on par with a serious migraine; the third post is incredibly, throbbingly painful; and the fourth is nigh-unbearable. On the fifth post and up the target is usually unconscious. To stop this Genjutsu the target must either disrupt the use's concentration or destroy the bells - their choice.

Sense: Sound // Chakra →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 3 Posts // 20 Chakra →→Source: Musical Instrument being played, an object belonging to the target or an image of them with distinguishing features →→Description: With the steady sound of music played by the user, the target goes deaf from the noise. Or the caster can play a very loud note causing the target to suffer. The louder the caster plays the more the target suffers as their ears will feel immense pain causing possible loss of consciousness. The quieter the caster plays, the more the target tries their hardest to hear the notes, sometimes being lead around an area looking for the source for a good long while.

This technique is pre-empted by a light scattering of feathers, snow, leaves, etc. from the sky for one post [1]. Upon the second post beginning, if others have not attempted a Kai, the technique’s effect becomes active, beginning the Base Duration.
• Eikyou no Koe [ Voice of Influence ] →→Rank: A →→P/S. Sense: Chakra // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 2 // 50 Chakra →→Source: Auditory →→Description: By now, the user has gone far beyond the limits of normal persuasive speech. The scope of commands or requests that the user can make has broadened considerably. For example, team members that have not worked together for long could easily be made to fight each other. It takes quite a high amount of resistance on the part of the victim to overcome the effects of the Jutsu. Requires previous versions to be learned first.
• Sakkaku no Meiun [ Vision of Doom ] →→Rank: A →→P/S. Sense: Sight // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 1 Post // 60 Chakra →→Source: Eye Contact →→Description: A Genjutsu that requires the user to lock eyes with the target, in which the effects will not be immediate. However when the opponent attempts take some sort of offensive action against the opponent, they will get a strong impression that their attack will be anticipated and expected by the enemy (the user), leading them to believe that the user is in fact prepared to counter their action. While the Genjutsu has no other effects, the feeling of doom that accompanies it can be more than enough to force the user to pause or rethink their actions, giving the user an opportunity to escape or counterattack while the opponent hesitates. This Jutsu cannot be kai’d.
• Fuyasu [ Amplify ] →→Rank: A →→P/S. Sense: Sound // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 3 Posts // - →→Source: Requires one to produce a sound after hand seals are completed →→Description: This rather insidious Genjutsu greatly distorts the hearing of the target, causing them to hear all noises to be roughly 20 decibels louder than they are normally. When under the effects of this technique, even the most simple of sounds, such as the scrapping of your finger against a Kunai, can become unbearably painful. The effects of this technique last for three posts, and the victim is then left disoriented and hard of hearing for an additional three posts.
• Kodou Dousa [ Beat Motion ] →→Rank: A →→P/S. Sense: Sound // Touch →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 2 // 60 Chakra →→Source: Producing a sound of some sort upon the final seal →→Description: By subtly altering the way the target's brain interprets sound, a Shinobi who uses this technique can cause their opponents to twitch or convulse at every sound they hear. Most sound at normal volume levels - footsteps, someone coughing - will cause slight and nearly unnoticeable twitches in the target. Louder sounds like clashing steel or someone shouting will cause a momentary spasm in usually the arm or leg muscles. Extremely loud sounds like an explosion or someone scratching their nails down a chalkboard will cause the target to collapse and shudder momentarily. Anything in the upper echelons of human hearing - say 110 decibels - would cause violent and nearly bone breaking convulsions and if anything this loud was maintained for more than two posts the target would surely break their own back.
• Reikoku no Fukumen [ Mask of Cruelty ] →→Rank: S →→P/S. Sense: Chakra // Sight, Touch →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 1 Post // 100 Chakra →→Source: Phantasm →→Description: This is a unique and powerful Jutsu which is supremely hard to master. Much unlike other Genjutsu, this one affects an opponent’s mind very differently in that it causes hallucinations based on situation. Quite unique in this respect, it makes it so that every time the afflicted were to cause harm to another person, they would envision themselves being harmed instead. For example, an opponent making a lunge at the user would cause the afflicted to envision themselves in their place; visions of masochism, as it were. There have been stories of people too afraid to make any offensive attempts after being placed under this Genjutsu, unable to either defend or attack their opponents out of utter fear. As far as explaining the actual Genjutsu, it’s quite simple. In the above example, the person under the effect of this Genjutsu will always picture and ‘feel’ that they are dealing themselves some sort of pain. So when they try to stab an opponent with a Kunai, they will instead feel as if they are being stabbed with a Kunai, regardless of the outcome of their attack. The same goes for Ninjutsu or even other Genjutsu.
• Shibari Seppun [ Binding Kiss ] →→Rank: S →→P/S. Sense: Touch // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: // →→Source: Kiss with intended victim →→Description: Gamariki kisses the opponent, placing them in a genjutsu world that he can manipulate freely. Can be applied by a long stretch of tongue, instead. In all seriousness though, the real problem is getting a kiss planted. The limitations of this genjutsu is that the target cannot be directly harmed, and the images may be used to give an emotional atmosphere as desired.
• Kyoufu no Koe [ Voice of Terror ] →→Rank: S →→P/S. Sense: Chakra // Sound →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 1 Post // 150 Chakra →→Source: Auditory →→Description: The user begins to take their vocalization skills down a different path to use this Jutsu. The Jutsu employs a combination of the concepts of Kamei no Koe and many other visual and auditory Genjutsu. The user begins to tell a story, while keeping eye contact with the target, and the victim will see // experience that story. This Jutsu may also be used on someone who is asleep, not requiring eye contact in this case, but touch. While asleep, the victim begins to dream the scenario that the user plays out. This technique may also be used so that while speaking every word causes intimidation in the people spoken to, causing intense terror and paranoia to build within listeners.
• Kamei no Koe [ Voice of Command ] →→Rank: S →→P/S. Sense: Chakra // Sound →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 1 Post // 150 Chakra →→Source: Auditory →→Description: Users of this Jutsu are, by now, quite skilled at manipulation. Using the same process as in lower levels, they may make requests, or even give orders to their listeners. These listeners hear the user’s voice as a pleasant, well-spoken voice. Any that speak against the user sound harsh and crude. The listeners may even begin to feel hostility toward such people. Requires knowing the previous techniques to be learned first.
• Kotoba no Omomi [ Weighted Words ] →→Rank: S+ →→P/S. Sense: Chakra // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 1 Post // 250 Chakra →→Source: Speaking // Must speak orders for them to follow at least once every two [2] posts to maintain the effect →→Description: At this level, the user is undeniably skilled in the art of vocal manipulation. Anyone listening to them while they are using this technique will instantly do the first task assigned to them, short of suicide, if the action can immediately be done. Being told to drop to one's knees will cause one to do so, being told to bark will make the target bark, etc. Does not work absolutely on foes of equal rank, but they will feel a strong compulsion to do the assigned task.
• Seiha no Koe [ Voice of Domination ] →→Rank: S+ →→P/S. Sense: Chakra // Sound →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 1 Post // 250 Chakra →→Source: Auditory →→Description: At this level, the user is incredibly skilled in the art of vocal manipulation, as well as persuasive speech. Anyone listening to them while using this technique would instantly feel that whatever the user says is true, and that they absolutely agree with them. A charging enemy will stop dead in their tracks, just to listen to the wonderful sound of the speaker’s voice. Oddly enough, it is more difficult to make an enemy retreat than to make him join your cause. Enemies ordered to retreat will often begin to weep and beg the user to let them stay. However, a listener will carry out nearly any request short of killing his or herself.

• Raimei Wana Fuu [ Thunder Trap Seal ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Touch // Sound →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // 10 Chakra →→Source: Triggered Trap →→Description: A basic Genjutsu in the sense that what it does is very simple, however it is an illusion that is set up for the target, but also an illusion that the user himself notices. Flashing a series of signs the user "primes" an area or object with a conditional Genjutsu. Whenever someone crosses the said area or tampers with said object loud thunder is sounded and can be heard well from everywhere. While partially unsettling for most people who were just walking around or touching something the Genjutsu does nothing more then alert the setter of this Genjutsu that someone set off one of his signals. Guild Description: See official description. In essence, this jutsu affects all living beings in the area. This jutsu is stackable with more instance genjutsus. Other Instance Genjutsu may be primed, to a maximum of one [1] additional Instance per rank of the Genjutsu user.
• Suna Arashi no Odokemono [ Trickster’s Sand Storm ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Touch // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // 10 Chakra →→Source: →→Description: This Jutsu causes the opponent to believe that a sandstorm is kicking up, blinding his vision, irritating his eyes, getting into his nose and mouth. Simply rubbing their eyes will usually end the Genjutsu, though it is still quite useful if one can take use of the temporary blindness the target may suffer.
• Etainoshirenai no Tsuujite [ Through the Unfamiliar ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Chakra // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // 10 Chakra →→Source: Original →→Description: Strange in its uses, this Genjutsu is fairly harmless. What it does is it makes any opponent who falls into its area of effect imagine that they have just undergone a certain sense of déjà vu. That is to say, they begin to question whether they are following the right path or direction since the one in front of them seems too familiar to be the right way. Area of effect includes all within ten [10] yards per rank.
• Doro Shissaku no Jutsu [ Mud Slip Technique ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Touch // Sight →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // 10 Chakra →→Source: Triggered Trap →→Description: A Genjutsu in which the victim feels slippery “mud” right beneath his or her feet, causing them to slip and fall. Can only be placed within an environment as a seal, and activates when anyone nears it.
• Okkuu Chiri no Jutsu [ Annoying Dust Technique ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Touch // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // 10 Chakra →→Source: Original →→Description: This simple Genjutsu makes a person feel as if there was a speck of dust in their eye, irritating it. Although not damaging, it can cause the victim to lose concentration and also make them continually rub their eyes in an attempt to get the nonexistent dust speck out.
• Shonben no Jutsu [ Urine Technique ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Touch // →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // 10 Chakra →→Source: Original →→Description: A Genjutsu which makes the opponent feel the urge to urinate badly, even if they just went. Upkeep requires concentration up to three people, and max duration is set to four [4] posts.
• Iwa no Jutsu [ Rock Technique ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Instant // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // 10 Chakra →→Source: Triggered Trap →→Description: A simple Genjutsu that makes the victim see a very sharp rock protruding out of the ground, causing the victim to trip over the “rock” and fall in avoidance. This effect requires a set location, and triggers by someone stepping on it. The next step taken will have the rock.
• Etainoshirenai no Tacchi [ Touch of the Unfamiliar ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Touch // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // 10 Chakra →→Source: Triggered Object →→Description: This Jutsu, by its name alone, obviously takes into account a person’s sense of touch. Much unlike the rest of these Jutsu, this one is activated once a person touches a particular object that the user has placed the seal upon. It can be as obvious as a Kunai being sent at an opponent from any distance, or even the leaves of a tree. In short, what it does is it makes the user question whether or not the particular item existed or not. So if a person were to be stabbed with a Kunai, they would seem to not feel the pain of the Kunai, but would realize it much later since the effect of the Jutsu is quite short. In the example of leaves, a person could pass through a veil of leaves and only have their other four senses to rely on as to whether or not those leaves even truly existed, causing a very distinct sense of confusion. Applies only to the object that is sealed, & sets off when anyone touches it.
• Onkyou no Jutsu [ Sound Technique ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Sound // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // 10 Chakra →→Source: Original →→Description: A distraction Genjutsu that causes the target to hear random sounds of the user's discretion. Can be instanced. This jutsu is stackable with more instance genjutsus.
• Aitou no Hibiki [ Echo of Lament ] →→Rank: C →→P/S. Sense: Any // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // 40 Chakra →→Source: Original →→Description: A technique fashioned for defense, this one takes a rather different approach. It is, in fact, fashioned for reversal and is quite dangerous in effect. Preparing the Jutsu ahead of an opponent's attack, it is passive until activated with precise Chakra control. Through any of the senses, the Genjutsu is passed on and it quickly alters the image an opponent sees. What appears to the opponent is a direct hit on their target. Whether it be as simple as a Kunai plunging into their thigh or a Genjutsu immobilizing them with fear, an opponent will see this outcome played out as exactly as if it would have really happened. Yet, it is the ability of this technique to make one think that and thus leave a very critical opening in any person’s defense.
• Kurenai's Flower Petal Dissolve [ Unnamed ] →→Rank: A →→P/S. Sense: Chakra // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // - →→Source: Illusion →→Description: ”This unnamed flower petal technique is a Genjutsu utilized by the Leaf Jounin Yuuhi Kurenai. If Kurenai becomes trapped in a Genjutsu or wants to appear to be trapped she can disperse into a shower of flower petals. With this technique these petals will fly around and consume her targets, dissolving their bodies away.“ The actual cost for doing this Jutsu is relative to the Genjutsu that is active. This is a form of “Kai”, but with an added bite: when breaking the genjutsu, by paying an appropriate cost and without costing one of the three activations each character receives, the user may ensnare the would-be attackers in a genjutsu of the user’s own list. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ Uchiha Kagerou was born and raised in a family of ninjas. Her father was an Uchiha. Her mother did not come from any sort of bloodline or clan that possessed a list of secret jutsus, but was still a powerful kunoichi in her own right and had come from a long line of musically inclined kunoichis. Following in her parent's footstep's, Kagerou did well in the academy, learning her lessons and passing her tests with the ease of the typical Uchiha prodigy. She was an exemplary student in academics, and a predisposition for calm kindness made her a natural choice among classmates to ask for help with anything they were having trouble with in school.
As her academy years drew to a close, Kagerou and the rest of her classmates naturally began selecting the paths they would take as genin. Kagerou, with a natural talent for chakra control and studying that had carried her through her academy years, easily chose to pursue a career as a medical ninja. It matched her preference to help rather than harm, too. In addition, thanks to her mother's side of the family, she had grown up well-versed in the art of entertainment. Like her mother and her mother's mother, Kagerou chose to weave music into her fighting style. Thus, her path was set: a medical performer.
It wasn't long after Kagerou's academy graduation that she experienced the destruction of her entire village. Before even receiving a squad, the sky grew dark. She was luck that she wasn't caught in the middle of the devastation. There were others who had to suffer the horrors that took place in the center of the terror. Kagerou barely handled even the monsters on the outer ring of the darkness. She didn't know how the nightmare began, and when the nightmare ended, she wasn't sure about the details even then.
Like so many others, she wanted answers, but she didn't let the curiosity eat at her. When everything was over, she focused on mattered. The past could always be discovered later if she really needed to know. The present and future of the village mattered more. Kagerou couldn't do much, but she did everything she could. She willed herself to smile when no one else could, just to show it was possible and to help those who had suffered so much more than her to slowly recover their old smiles. She cried and mourned for the fallen like the rest, but she also knew that memories could only be honored with such intensity for so long. Fortunate enough to have both of her parents, her entire immediate family, survive the incident, Kagerou did not need to experience the torment that clouded the judges of so many others and had fewer shackles keeping her from moving forward and onwards towards helping the village.
She spent most of her time, during the beginning of reconstruction, in the make-shift hospitals that tended to the many injured in the fighting and the growing number of people falling ill because of the poor living conditions immediately following the crisis. Serving as an assistant with her mediocre medical abilities, she learned plenty by working alongside much more experienced doctors and nurses. This wasn't the type of structured learning experience Kagerou had expected to advance her medical skills in, but she took what she could get. Because of the sheer number of patients and the sheer lack of personnel, Kagerou actually didn't get a lot of chances to learn any ninja medical techniques. In light of such numbers and no imminent threat, the medical staff had to conserve the energy of everyone working. Chakra was used sparingly, and as a result, while Kagerou's knowledge of standard medical practices increased, her skills as a medical shinobi stagnated. Every now and then, she had to bring out her rudimentary medical jutsus. However, she was given no chances to learn any new ninja techniques.
Even after the initial rush of medical attention ended as combat patients were discharged and the living conditions of the village reached a point where people could leave cleanly and safely, there was still so much more work for Kagerou to attend to. As she knew so much less about everything than anyone, she didn't find a place working in fields that would allow her to practice the ninja arts. Again, while she could have learned jutsus and reached a level where she was helpful with ninja techniques, learning cost time and energy that could be much better towards other uses.
Eventually, Kagerou settled into the simple task of transporting supplies. It was a task anyone could do. Therefore, perfect to give to someone that didn't have special skills in any field. Working around her small frame, Kagerou was tasked with transporting shipments, alone, in a small boat that she rowed while standing at the back. The size of her long, narrow boat also made it a good fit for transporting people. Thus, she ended up ferrying people and objects across Kirigakure's vast lake for the rest of the reconstruction.
When the reconstruction completed and Kirigakure could fully function once more, Kagerou received an announcement and notice from the Mizukage, one that was distributed to all shinobi in the villages. Taking this as a signal that it was time, she finished her last jobs as a gondolier and readied for her return to her initial job: kunoichi. She sort of wanted to keep the gondolier oar and gondola for old time's sake, but figured that as she wouldn't have much use for it anymore, it would be better if she just left it for someone who would be using it more regularly.
Hoping that her skills hadn't grown too rusty, Kagerou returned to the ninja scene. Not in a showy shower of sparks, but in her usual calm, happily smiling manner.
