Aburame Clan
Deadly, Mysterious, Resourceful

___Background:
___The Aburame clan is perhaps the most mysterious clan of Konoha. Not much is known about this clan, except that they use insects as weapons. One defining trait of the Aburame clan is that all of its (known) members wear dark sunglasses that hide their eyes. This also keeps the factor about them being a mysterious clan, all too real. The insects live in symbiosis within the body of the ninja. The bugs reside just under their host's skin and can leave and enter through various pores, apparently by eating their way through the skin. The insects are called "kikaichu" or "kikai mushi", meaning "destruction bugs." In the American dub they are called "parasitic beetles." They feed on chakra as a food source. The relationship between the shinobi and the insects is mutually beneficial. The host grants the bugs shelter and allows them to feed off their chakra, their body becoming a living hive, and in return the bugs do the user's bidding, allowing the shinobi to perform ninjutsu-like techniques without the use of hand seals or chakra conversion. A female bug can be left on a target and then they can be tracked by smell, or scout bugs can be sent out and return to tell the host information about the area. For this reason, Aburame clan members are experts in espionage (they can communicate with the insects) and stealth (because they make no noise or motion during combat)

___Traits: Members must establish bonds and breed new insects to counter weaknesses.
It takes Chakra and available insects to do Clan Jutsu.
The Aburame typically have dark colored hair, always wear shades and generally clothing that hides their true appearance.
They do not need to form hand signs to perform the lower level techniques or supplementary ones due to connecting to their insects easier. (C rank maximum)
The Aburame have an affinity for bugs and various insects, thus knowing and gaining a rare knowledge of insect antidotes and poisons. (+1 to resistance rates, -1 post to insect Hazards creations)
Due to the two different chakra sources, Genjutsu that is recognized as such can be Kai-ed out of with the insect's assistance. (assistance Kai, not self-Kai) Busies 500 insects for use, for an entire post.
Aburame techniques that mention chakra draining/absorption restore 1/2 of the potentially destroyed insects used for the technique, upon success. Also upon success, 1/2 of the chakra from a defeated technique is absorbed back into the regenerated insects.
Kikaichu have an average life expectancy of 3-4 hours. Thus hoarding them all in a gourd and keeping them there overnight will not prove beneficial. This rapid death and birth rate is justifiably what gives the Kikaichu the potential to evolve at a rapidly increased pace.
Kikaichu Clarifications: Kikaichu are re-usable so long as they are still alive to continue their crusade. However, what kills Kikaichu?
► 1/4th of the insects used in a technique are lost if colliding with a technique of equal rank.
► 1/2 of the insects used in a technique are lost if colliding with a technique one rank higher.
► 3/4ths of the insects used in a technique are lost if colliding with a technique two ranks higher.
► All insects are lost when faced with an overwhelmingly powerful technique.
► Insects dispersed will die after 5 posts outside of the body. (This does not apply to gourds, where the life expectancy will remain 3-4 hours.)
Kikaichū are able to be naturally dispersed, without chakra usage, into one's environs. Without a viable hive of some sort, however, Kikaichū will perish after five [5] complete and total posts outside of it.

___Special Abilities:
Kikaichū no Jutsu [ Destruction Bug Host Technique ]
Description: The Destruction Bug Host Technique is a practice exclusive to the Aburame clan. When children are born into the clan, their bodies are offered to insects to be used as a nest. Over the years, as the child grows up, they are instructed in the hiden jutsu of the clan, and learn how the insects may serve them in combat. The jutsu is fairly basic and grows with the user; as they rank up, so does this jutsu.
This jutsu never needs to be 'used' after learning, as the regeneration of insects is caused through natural healing (using the chakra regeneration guideline stats) or through chakra absorption. At Genin, this provides 2,000 insects, and gains again for every major body rank thereafter. (Chuunin = 4k, Jounin = 8k, Konin = 12k, Sannin = 16k, S+ = 20k) Taking a special title and/or [Job]--Botany, Hazards, Medical Field--provides an additional 2k insects each for a maximum production rate of another 6k.
•Note: There is no limit to how many insects can be produced and controlled only how many can be contained at one time in either a gourd or body. (i.e A Genin can only hold 2000 insects but can release as many as he or she wants to be used seeing as the regeneration rate allows this to be possible, since regeneration is natural and does not consume chakra this allegedly allows an Aburame to patiently keep producing insects for their arsenal.)

Kikaichū Breeds
Breeds are associated with a direct Body Rank, reflected by the corresponding letter rank. These Breeds 'Unlock' upon achieving said body rank and are learned inherently, with the exceptions of Kidaichu and Rinkaichu.

Kikaichū
Rank: E
Standard Aburame clan insect. Are able to have their functions adjusted due to absurdly quick breeding cycles. Please refer to the DNA Guide for further instructions.

Shōkaichū
Rank: E
Description: Shōkaichū are underdeveloped Kikaichu typically with the appearance of maggots. Shōkaichū can bury below the earth and because they are not as complex as their adult counterparts can be communed with easily to send back signals of movement and chakra signatures back to their host. Shōkaichū cannot be used with other Aburame insect techniques aside from sensory and supplementary techniques. Since they are less developed than adults they die at a much faster pace. Dispatched Shōkaichū die after [3] posts. Prerequisites: Shōkaichū are not necessary for any Aburame techniques.

Bakuretsuchū

Description: Bakuretsuchū are Kikaichu that are fed unstable amounts of chakra. A Kikaichu becomes a Bakuretsuchū when it's born for the sole purpose of invading a target to inevitably explode. An Aburame that houses Bakuretsuchū are to be extremely careful if their chakra falls below 1/10th it's maximum amount any currently stored Bakuretsuchū will explode inside of them. It's because of this most Aburame choose to store only a few Bakuretsuchū at any given time. They are treated as Kikaichu for the purpose and use of Insect techniques.
Requisites: Bakuretsuchū are required for the Aburame technique Bakuretsuchū [ Exploding Insect Technique ]

Kidaichū
Rank: A
Description: Kidaichū are a special breed of Kikaichu that are made from the host continuously force feeding chakra to their Kikaichu until they've grown used to this amount. A Kikaichu is classified as a Kidaichū when it grows in size. In Canon Shino expresses how dangerous it is to harbor Kidaichū as in an instant if given the chance they would devour him flesh and all. Kidaichū are an optional breed of Kikaichu. They're so overpowering they will take over the host's entire populace of Kikaichu. In their diminutive state Kidaichū are treated as Kikaichu for the use of insect techniques. However, if a hosts Chakra ever reaches below 1/10ths they will be devoured in whole. There is no going back if you Breed Kidaichū in exchange for this power the host gains access to one of the Aburame's most powerful techniques. The host can send out Kidaichū to function as allies but their size and having to control their bloodthirsty tendencies only allows up to a maximum of three at one time to be active.
Requisites: Kidaichū are required for the technique [Kidaichū Mushikui [ Parasitic Giant Insect Bug Bite ]

Rinkaichū
Rank: S
Description: Rinkaichū are a forbidden insect among the Aburame. They are nano-sized poisonous insects almost comparative to a flesh eating virus. Rinkaichū cannot be bred normally one must first consult the head of the Aburame clan and after being given the trust of the head, the head will perform the [Destruction Bug Host] technique once more. Replacing all of the hosts insects with Rinkaichū. These members then carry the microscopic size poisonous bugs through their body which they can pass on to others through skin contact. Upon infecting their target, the cells attacked by the bugs in that area will be destroyed and cause great pain to the victim. The clan members who use the breed also possess the necessary antibodies to heal their victims. Should a comrade become infected, they can touch the damaged area and remove the poisonous bugs. Because the bugs spread through skin contact, the Clan members can remove clothing and disperse the bugs throughout their body, greatly increasing the surface area for possible infection. Rinkaichū for the purpose of using any insect techniques that don't directly reference them take -1 rank penalty. Since Rinkaichū are not in truth real Kikaichu they cannot evolve and be classified as Bakuretsuchū or Kidaichū for the use of their corresponding techniques. Possibility of infection stays active until the end of the fight and is signaled through the skin becoming purple. Prerequisites: Kodoku no Jutsu [ Jar of Poison Technique ], Dokujin no Jutsu [ Poison Cloud Technique ]


Kikaichū Fūin [ Destruction Bug Host Contract Seal ]

Description: The Kikaichū, like other non-tamed species, will defend its territory without question. Without making a contract, an Aburame is usually subject utterly to the whims and wills of its insects. In order to facilitate good relations, the Aburame had to both create its Host technique, and an applicable Contract Seal. In exchange for a permanently lowered chakra or stamina cap, the Aburame is able to utilize its specific insect's techniques for free (i.e. no chakra/stamina usage) up to the amount lowered by, relying solely upon the insects to do the work. If all of one's specific species of insects are destroyed, the contract is considered nulled, and must be resigned. (lowered caps are not raised in this case) If the contract is nulled willfully by the signer while the insects still live, the cap may be raised accordingly. Contracted insects of said species must live within the host's body, as opposed to an external hive.
Contract Example: In exchange to the Kikaichū for a permanently lowered stamina cap of 1 D-rank's worth, a shinobi is able to send out maximally D-rank insect techniques without paying for them.

___Techniques:
Human Cocoon Technique

Insects: 50
Description: The user creates a cocoon around themselves most likely to spy or hide from the enemy. The user can also use the cocoon as a "sleeping bag". The cocoon is waterproof.
Useful within forests, this jutsu provides the user with everything they need bodily-wise for extended surveillance. Is usable as a containment cell for prisoners.

Mushi Sekkou no Jutsu [ Insect Spying Technique ]

Insects: 1
Description: By linking themselves to an insect, they are able to see and hear what it experiences, providing a long-range and relatively safe and inconspicuous way to gather intel. The user is also able to tell when the bug had been killed. Range of 10 kilometers, and increasing in 10km for each following rank thereafter. Be aware of the time limits, though!

Hijutsu: Mushiyose [ Secret Technique: Insect Gathering ]

Insects: 0
Description: The user proceeds to unleash a web of their chakra. This particular chakra draws insects towards their location, making it great for gathering information from them or adding new scouts to your army. Very good for calling the "Destruction Bugs" to come back from an attack too.

Mushi Bunshin no Jutsu [ Insect Clone Technique ]
Rank: D :: Spiritual
Insects: 100
Description: Mushi Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Aburame clan of Leaf village. Using the destruction bugs living in their body, the clan host uses the bugs to form a Bunshin copy of themselves to trick their opponent. Once damaged by an attack, the technique ends and the clone disperses back into the bugs which formed it. By continually sustaining another D-ranks worth of chakra, the clone can re-form itself again and again, so long as there are sufficient insects available. The clone is considered a tangible clone and being made of insects. If the clone-insects return to the host, it can share all it has learned. Be aware of the time limits, though! Is compatible with Mushiyose.

Mushi Jamingu no Jutsu [ Insect Jamming Technique ]
Rank: X :: Spiritual [ Trained as D ]
Insects: 500, doubling for each rank above D.
Description: The user has a large amount of their kikaichū and has them spread out over a wide area around themselves. The insects then emit a small amount of the their host's respective chakra that they usually feed on. This confuses sensor-type shinobi's chakra-sensing ability, as the insects' irregular distribution and grouping together result in the creation of numerous false 'images' or chakra signals, making it more difficult to distinguish the user's actual location. This technique 'blocks' sensory techniques of the listed rank causing false chakra signatures and sending back the sounds of insects buzzing. Is compatible with Mushiyose.

Mushi Kabe no Jutsu [ Insect Wall Technique ]
Rank: E-C :: Spiritual [ Trained as D ]
Insects: 250, doubling for each rank above E; see description.
Description: Mushi Kabe no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Aburame clan. Using the destruction bugs living in their body, the clan host calls forth a reasonable amount of the bugs to form a thick wall. The size of this wall is only limited to the number of insects the user chooses to carry and call forth at that time. This is a very useful and powerful defensive jutsu. The amount of chakra used for the technique does not change past C. From there, the strength of the wall is determined by number of insects used. The wall is treated as 1 Rank weaker against piercing type attacks. (i.e Sword Thrusts, Senbon, Narrow Sharp Penetration).

Hijutsu: Mushimayu [ Secret Technique: Insect Cocoon ]
Rank: C :: Spiritual
Insects: 0
Description: This unique jutsu is a secret technique that allows the user to increase the speed of insects' development. As the user's body is already a hive of sorts for the insects, the user will encase himself in an actual cocoon to further aid the insects. This is an extremely useful move for Aburame clan members, since their attacks mainly focus on the usage of bugs. However, using this in the midst of a battle can be potentially dangerous as it leaves the user static and vulnerable. With this jutsu the user can replenish their little army in almost no time. Doubles the Aburame's Regeneration Rate and produces new insects per post of usage, up to the user's maximum. No other Jutsu may be allowed during this regeneration post. Blocks all sight. This technique only regenerates the host’s number of insects capable of being stored in their body. Insects produced in this manner cannot be dispersed until the cocoon is released.

Mushi Kame no Jutsu [ Insect Jar Technique ]
Rank: C :: Spiritual

Description: This jutsu uses the Kikaichū bugs living in the user's body as a shield by having them fly in a dome shape at high speed, similar to the Hyūga clan's Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin. The dome is strong enough to destroy incoming attacks, but can be disrupted with sufficient explosive force. B-ranked and under blocking only.

Bōsui no Jin [ Spindle Formation ]
Rank: C :: Spiritual
Insects: 1000
Description: The user has their bugs attack the target in a spiralling motion in order to stop the enemy from retaliating. This technique creates a funnel shaped vortex shooting out forward, the insects will continue to harass the opponent until something causes them to disperse. This technique absorbs the chakra of the opponent continuously as long as it is sustained. This technique cannot be contracted. Only two instances of spindle formation can be used at the same time. (One directed with the left hand for a clockwise vortex, one directed with the right hand for a counter-clockwise vortex). If using both hands no Insect techniques above Rank C-can be used. Is compatible with Mushiyose.

Kikaichū Drill (Destruction Bug Drill)
Rank: B :: Spiritual
Insects: 2000
Description: The Aburame Clan member summons forth thousands of destruction bugs to combine into two spear-like forms that spiral towards the enemy and carry them into the air, where they brutally feast upon their chakra, before dropping them into the ground. Is compatible with Mushiyose. 1 spear usage is allowable for half chakra cost. This technique requires quite bit of focus, disabling other non-Aburame Clan jutsu usage during the post used.

Hijutsu: Mushidama (Secret Technique: Insect Sphere)
Rank: A :: Spiritual

Description: By using the destruction bugs, members of the Aburame clan surround their opponent with thousands of bugs, making a globe of bugs around the opponent beforehand to completely trap them. Once trapped, the bugs would normally drain the chakra and swallow their victim in a torrent of pain. The bugs covering the victim's body prevent movement, but if they escape, the bugs will follow them. Instead drains the full rank’s worth of chakra upon success. Is compatible with Mushiyose.

Hijutsu: Mushitatsumaki [ Secret Technique: Insect Tornado ]
Rank: A :: Spiritual
Insects: 5000
Description: This technique covers the enemy's entire body with the kikaichū living inside the Aburame clan member's body. The chakra-sensing kikaichū spread over a wide range, and the moment they locate the enemy, the insects, following the user's orders, gather at once completely surrounding the target creating a fast-moving tornado that will seemingly disintegrate the target. Is compatible with Mushiyose. Speed is comparable to a Jounin. Don't forget about the external time limits!

Bakuretsuchū [ Exploding Insect Technique ]
Rank: S :: Spiritual
Insects: 9000
Description: The user blinds the enemy with a smokescreen to scatter larvae that if inhaled, will grow inside their bodies into a spider-like parasite that explodes, killing their host. The insect's growth depends on how much chakra the host is using and a massive amount of chakra can speed up the growth process. The insect can however be removed by the means of eiseijutsu surgery. Use of up to a B-ranked amount of chakra or higher will produce a [Critical Warning]. Where the body is wracked with pain and the flesh looks ready to burst. Any chakra technique used thereafter (or 2 days without medical treatment) will result in death by explosion.

Kidaichū Mushikui [ Parasitic Giant Insect Bug Bite ]
Rank: S :: Spiritual
Insects: 10000
Description: Following an Aburame clan member placing a number of insects onto the skin of an enemy, these insects immediately burrow into the victim's body and begin to devour its flesh and chakra. This process causes the insects to grow rapidly in size, until the host body is completely eaten away from the inside out. Unlike a 1 use strike, these bugs slowly deposit over a number of hits, making multiple foes subdued a possible actuality. Lasts 10 posts or 10 strikes, whichever occurs first. (1,000 bugs per strike) Requires a physical strike to transfer. Unused bugs will automatically return to the owner. Successful strikes not only cause nearly instant death, but the bugs will become big enough to become mobile attack forces for a single post afterwards. They eat away at the target, consuming 160 potential chakra per post. When the potential reaches the actual, the target dies.

Dokujin no Jutsu [ Poison Cloud Technique ]
Rank: S+ :: Spiritual
Insects: 2000
Description: The user puts their hands together, forming a small poisonous smokescreen sphere from their nano-sized venomous insects between their hands. The user can then blow the smokescreen outward, the poisonous smokescreen rapidly expanding to fill the area. If touched or inhaled, it is practically a guaranteed fatality. Requires an active 'Aburame Clan Nano-Scale Poisonous Insects.' The insects cannot last beyond 1 post outside of the body, so this is a one use jutsu until the insects regenerate... make it count! Cloud size can reach 100 square feet in volume.

Kodoku no Jutsu [ Jar of Poison Technique ]
Rank: S+
Insects: 0
Description: Using venomous insects, the user gathers multiple infected victims and contains them within a barrier where the decaying flesh will release a gas that in time will ignite an explosion and release the venomous insects in a huge swarm that could cover the surrounding landscape. Requires an active 'Aburame Clan Nano-Scale Poisonous Insects' on infected targets. (targets may be fuuin sealed for easier body gathering) Requires 50+ bodies, and 5 posts of charging time to prep the explosion. Explosion covers 100 square kilometers in insects.

___Background:
___The Nara clan (奈良一族, Nara Ichizoku) or Nara family (奈良家, Nara-ke) is known for their manipulation of shadows and tending of deer, which graze in a large area of Nara clan forest. They have kept a book with medicine preparations and effects for generations which imply they are skilled in the area of medicine. Among the medicine described in this book are the secret pills used by the Akimichi clan.
___Despite being considered geniuses, the men from this family are prone to being lazy and hard to motivate, but once the situation calls for it, they are very determined and loyal. Ironically, they tend to be attracted to stern, overbearing women. However, there appear to be other factors as well. The Nara men seem to hold women in high esteem, and as a result, willingly defer to their female partners. A common familial adage is: "Without women, men can't be born. Without women, men go to ruin. Even the hardest of women will show a sweet side to the man she loves and respects."
___The Nara clan seems to have a special relationship with the Akimichi clan and Yamanaka clan. For at least two generations, members of these three families have formed an "Ino-Shika-Chō trio", named after the first part of the names of the members. The Nara members are the "Shika" in the trio. "Ino", "Shika" and "Chō" are the names of three cards needed for a highly prized trick of "Inoshikachō" in the Hanafuda.

The Nara learn ninjutsu one [1] post faster.
When dealing with typical life tasks, the Nara show little passion.
Conversely, in serious situations, the Nara can show extreme dedication.
Some Nara abilities are referred to as Kageton, or Shadow Release.
Used within the Ino-Shika-Cho formation, Nara Clan jutsu abilities are considered higher by 2 ranks. If used within Ino-Shika or Shika-Cho formations, Nara Clan jutsu abilities are considered higher by 1 rank.
Can stop the Akimichi Clan's Three Colored Pills' poison without Eiseijutsu assistance.
Shadows are required to use most Nara abilities.
Nearly any form of light will dispel Nara shadow imitation abilities. (not physicals)

___Special Abilities:
Kage Benkyou Shiru [ Shadow Studying ]
Description: Through intense scholarly studying, many jutsu that rely upon shadows are easily decrypted, granting a bonus on chakra reduction to non-Nara Clan shadow jutsu. [ 1 rank ] Learning them as such allows them to be placed under the Nara Clan Jutsu list rather than their original header. Ninjutsu lifted require Ninjutsu Class, Bukijutsu lifted require Bukijutsu Class, & Genjutsu lifted require Genjutsu Class. Any non-clan, non-bloodline Jutsu with “Shadow” in its name can be learned, even if it doesn’t directly have anything to do with shadows.

Kageton: Endai Yami [ Shadow Release: Far Reaching Darkness ]
Rank: D :: Spiritual
Description: The user gathers their shadow onto their arms, generating a pair of long black gloves. Once formed, the focused shadow can be extended or retracted depending on the amount of available darkness. These shadow gloves can then be manipulated as extra-malleable limbs. After the initial hand casting, a simple chakra upkeep will allow these to stay.

Kuro Higanbana [ Black Spider Lily ]
Rank: D :: Spiritual
Description: After trapping the enemy with the Shadow Sewing Technique, the user can then manipulate the shadow to bring them closer to themselves. Requires a connected Kage Nui no Jutsu to apply the shortening/extending of the shadows. Is allowed to be added on to Nami no Gengetsu to transform it into an impact & pushing/pulling type.

Kageton: Kage Kibou [ Shadow Release: Shadow Trick ]
Rank: D :: Spiritual
Description: The user will manipulate a shadow in such a way as to hide the true appearance of an obstacle or person. This is done by forming patches over holes, or masks over faces. With additional manipulation, the shadow can be made ever more deceptive. This is considered an imitation technique, and as such cannot do physical actions. Despite this, the deception can be considered a much higher form of Henge no Jutsu.

Kageton: Kage no Yaiba [ Shadow Release: Shadow Blade ]
Rank: C :: Spiritual
Description: The user will gather their own shadow into their hand in order to create a false blade. Whence formed, the focused shadow can be extended or retracted depending on the amount of available darkness. Unfortunately, the blade formed this way has very minimal cutting abilities, and is often compared to a generic thug's sword. Is not usable for high end Bukijutsu due to its fragility, but is highly usable in conjunction with other Clan jutsu. (like Endai Yami or Kage Kibou)

Kageton: Nami no Gengetsu [ Shadow Release: Wave of the Crescent Moon ]
Rank: C :: Spiritual
Description: The user presses their hand against a shadow, not necessarily their own, and then pushes it forward. The shadow will rise up roughly six feet, making it appear to be a tall, thin black ocean wave, and swiftly travel across whatever surface it originated from, until the shadow's maximum area is met. Rather than possessing impact and pushing power, the black wave has an incredible amount of cutting potential, slicing through trees like butter. Can be combo'd with Kuro Higanbana to change this jutsu to an impact & pushing/pulling jutsu.

Kage–Kubishibari no Jutsu [ Shadow Neck Binding Technique ]
Rank: C :: Spiritual
Description: A technique developed from the Nara clan's hiden Shadow Imitation Technique with combat in mind. It is possible to inflict direct damage to the enemy by transforming and moving shadows endowed with physical power. It is possible to attack body parts like fingers and such by turning the shadow slender and to bind the opponent's body in order to restrain them. It was given its name because, above all else, strangulation is the most efficient method. The smaller the distance to the target, the greater the power of the shadow. This technique cannot be used for an extended period of time, as it weakens with each passing minute. Kagemane no Jutsu [ Shadow Imitation Technique ]

Description: The Shadow Imitation Technique allows the user to extend their shadow on any surface (even water) and as far as they want as long as there is a sufficient area. Once it comes into contact with a target's shadow, the two merge and the target is forced to imitate the user's movements. If the target is out of range, the user can produce a better light source to increase their shadow's size or rely on preexisting shadows for their shadow to freely travel through. It's also possible to split one's shadow, either to trap more opponents at once, or to create a distraction. Insufficient lighting will make the technique less effective. Easily broken if used on the same opponent more than two [2] times in a fight, requiring only a C-rank amount of chakra to break free. For the first two times, it requires an A-rank to break out from, which can only happen after the first complete post of being trapped.

Kagemane Shuriken no Jutsu [ Shadow Imitation Shuriken Technique ]

Description: By infusing the blades with chakra beforehand, they are given the effect of the user’s shadow techniques. By using these weapons to pierce the enemies' shadows, they are paralyzed in place. This jutsu can be disrupted via the removal of the blade or by the disappearance of the opponent's shadow. Easily broken if used on the same opponent more than two [2] times in a fight, requiring only a B-rank amount of chakra to break free. For the first two times it requires an S-rank to break out from, which can only happen after the first complete post of being trapped.

Kage Nui no Jutsu [ Shadow Sewing Technique ]

Description: The user changes the shape of their shadow into several sharp needles and controls each separately. They can then attack, like rising spikes, several targets simultaneously and at the same time snatch away their ability to move by sewing them stuck with the shadow threads. Because it is a physical attack, it is impossible to capture someone without harming them, but on the other hand, since the speed of invocation and the time of duration are excellent, it can be used when urgent restraint is required. This technique is usually used to go through the target and capture them, but depending on the opponent, it can also be used as an attack to bring them down. This special characteristic finds its greatest effect when used as logistical support. After this technique hits someone, it can then be directly transformed back into the Shadow Imitation Technique. Retains its Kage Nui no Jutsu abilities if transformed back into the Shadow Imitation Technique, with a simple E-rank cost.

Kageton: Kage no Gugen [ Shadow Release: Embodiment of Shadow ]

Description: The user draws up their entire shadow around their body, channeling chakra through it in order to mold it into some form of beast ( user's choice. ) This shadow shell operates as both a defense and an offense, as it grants the wearer improved physical strength and defense, while weighing literally nothing. Additionally, because the Nara are capable of controlling shadows, the shell can be manipulated to perform other techniques, or as simple limb transformations. Unfortunately, this also means that light sources (flashes, sunlight, etc) can dispel the shell, but within dark areas, this jutsu is to be feared. Lasts [10] posts. B-ranked and lower Clan jutsus are allowed take 1 less rank of chakra to perform during this. Offensive/defensive capabilities are on par with most mid-range Tai/Bukijutsu.

Kageyose no Jutsu [ Shadow Gathering Technique ]
Rank: A :: Spiritual
Description: This technique places emphasis on the minute control of the shadow's movements. It is even accurate enough to make the tentacles it forms go through tiny holes. Basically, this technique takes the user's own shadow and transforms and stretches it into countless thin tentacles, which are then used to grab objects and pull them in. Also, one can skillfully make use of the tentacle-shaped shadow tendrils by using them to lift up and throw weapons like kunai and so forth. There are no hand seals used for this technique. After the initial A-rank casting, this jutsu only takes a B-rank of chakra per post. Ends if the user forms other handsigns.

Kage Tsukami no Jutsu [ Shadow Clutch Technique ]

Description: The user materializes and extends their shadow along a surface, before merging it with that of the intended target, allowing them to grab hold of and manipulate the object in question. This technique can even be used to lift heavy objects into the air. Unlike with the Shadow Imitation Technique, though the two shadows are connected, the user is not forced to imitate the target's movements. Is able to lift up to 2 tons worth of material, and throw it like it weighs nothing.

Kage no Gengetsu Mori [ Shadow of Crescent Moon Forest ]

Description: The user forces their shadow to expand in all directions, covering an radius of up to 30 meters. The shadow formed this way is extremely durable, dispelled only by direct contact with a light source, and atop that, if the light source fades from an area that was previously dispelled, it will regenerate. From the field of shadow, the user is able to call up hundreds of stretching, pure black hands and claws. Similar to the [ Shadow Neck Bind Technique ], these hands are strong enough to strangle or simply snap the neck of those within their grasp. Because of its method, the user must remain stationary at the shadow's center in order to maintain the technique.

Kage no Mai [ Shadow Dancing ]

Description: This jutsu allows all shadows (currently or further on) under the influence of a Nara Clan jutsu to be used as portals for movement. As such, all shadows affected become physical rather than imitation, & cannot be dispelled via light. Cannot perform other actions while any part of the body is still traveling within the shadows. (i.e. be fully out before doing anything) Ninjutsu learned under the influence of Kage Benkyou Shiru [ Shadow Studying ] are included for movement capabilities. Lasts 3 posts.

Yamanaka Clan

___Background:
___The Yamanaka clan (山中一族, Yamanaka Ichizoku) is a family of ninja found in Konohagakure. They specialize in mind related techniques, and they own and run a flower shop in the village. The members of this clan specialize in mind-centered techniques which makes them experts at intelligence gathering and espionage. They have also displayed sensory abilities and their techniques include transferring consciousness, reading minds and communicating telepathically. The flower symbol of this clan is the bush clover which symbolizes a "positive love". Most members of the Yamanaka clan wear their hair in a long ponytail, which appears to be traditional. The Yamanaka clan has a special relationship with the Akimichi and Nara clan. For generations, members of these three families have formed an "Ino–Shika–Chō Trio", named after the first part of the names of the members. The Yamanaka members are the "Ino" in the trio. To strengthen the unity between the three clans, a member of the Sarutobi clan will give them special earrings to present to each generation head when they are promoted to chūnin after which they will swear their oaths. The earrings also symbolize that they are considered adults by their respective clans.

Requires an additional usage whenever someone is added to the communication network. The technique ends when the user so decides, or the targets voluntarily leave. Can only be used on friendly targets, and the distance does not matter. Must be reapplied every day, as deep sleep causes a disconnection.

Description: By making physical contact with another individual, the user is able to transmit what they are currently sensing directly into the other person's mind, even if that other person isn't actually a sensor type.

Chakra Hair Trap Technique

Description: After cutting their hair, the user infuses the hair strands with chakra to trap anyone that steps on them. Once immobilized, they are an easy target for another attack. Works akin to the Nara Clan's jutsu, but uses hair instead of shadows. Automatically applies the Mind Body Switch Technique and its cost once tripped, if so desired. Flower petals may also be used instead of hair.

Description: The user looks upon a target and weaves a sign with their eye, gathering information without the target noticing. The user is even able to perform this on themselves to restore or remove information in their own mind. This can also be used on a target that is currently reading the user's mind. The Mind Reading Technique must be known prior to using this technique. Not usable within combat, as this leaves the body open for attack.

Description: The user enters the target's subconscious by placing a hand on the target's head and extracts any information needed, even if the target has forgotten it or has had it blocked. A special device can be used to decrease the time it takes to read the target's mind and allows other ninja to assist. Memories that have mental blocks on them will require longer periods of time to probe through and obtain however. Depending on the skill of the user and their level of experience, they will be able to go through days’ worth of the target's memories in a matter of moments and sift through until they find what they want while other may have to go through each memory in its entirety. Not usable within combat, as this leaves the body open for attack.

Kanchi Shisutemu Jutsu [ Sensing System Technique ]

Description: This is a detection type barrier that can be used to surround an area in a dome, and allows them to monitor said area remotely. The barrier itself is twofold in nature: first it create a giant, dome-shaped barrier which surrounds a designated area including the sky above it, as well as below the earth. The sphere has several circles which have the kanji for boundary (界), and "barrier" (結界, kekkai) inscribed in them. The barrier is connected to a second, smaller barrier called a Sensing Water Ball (感知水球, Kanchi Suikyū) at its centre, which the technique's user uses to detect entrants into the barrier as well as maintain the size, and the shape of the barrier. When someone passes through the barrier, the sphere ripples at the point of entry. This sphere is made from water, and persons, or chakra is represented as varying-sized blips. Not entirely usable within combat, as this leaves the body open for attack, but if within a team & water is nearby, this is a highly valuable tool due to its malleability. The user is able to hand out a Sensing System Pass Technique to others in order to prevent misfires. (usually to A.N.B.U. or Oinin)

Shintenshin no Jutsu [ Mind Body Switch Technique ]

Description: The signature ability of the Yamanaka clan. With it, the user sends their mind into a target's body, supplanting the target's mind. While in control of the body, the user is able to communicate with the target. As the user propels all of their mental energy, the shooting range and number of targets are considerably limited. They may also make use of the user's abilities as well as their own while in control. Normally, their original body is left defenseless while this technique is active, leaving it susceptible to attack until they return. The mind transfer moves in a straight line and takes some time to return to the user's body if it misses. Because of these reasons, it should only be used on immobilized targets. Similarly, if the opponent's will is strong enough, they can force the user from their body. Lastly, should any physical injury befall the victim's body while the mind-link is active, it would cause the user's body to also receive those same injuries. This can be rectified if user cancels the technique before the victim's body receives the damage. After missing the target, the user's consciousness will take 1 complete post to return to the body. (no other actions can be taken) Keeping control of another requires a push-pull of chakras: In addition to the chakra to activate this jutsu, the user will spend as much additional chakra as they desire. The target will have to expend more chakra than the user's initial amount--cumulative for each post--until the amount is overcome. This technique is at the same speed as Shunshin no Jutsu, so opponents standing flat-footed have nearly no chance to escape.

Shingyakushin no Jutsu [ Mind Reverse Body Technique ]

Description: Switches the minds of two separate targets. The parent technique is 'Shintenshin no Jutsu [ Mind Body Switch Technique ]', and must be learned prior to usage. This technique is at the same speed as Shunshin no Jutsu, so that opponents standing flat footed will have nearly no chance to escape.

Shinranshin no Jutsu [ Mind Body Disturbance Technique ]

Description: A ninjutsu where one sends their chakra into the subject's nervous system, thus gaining complete control of the target's body. The enemies this technique is cast upon are completely under the users' control, as their bodies become disconnected from their will. The difference between this, and the Mind Body Switch Technique is, the caster doesn't project their consciousness into the enemy’s body. Situations of numerical superiority for the adversary are precisely where this technique, which freely manipulates human beings, will display its efficiency, by getting the enemies to turn on one another. Control can be exerted even from long distances. Release methods are exactly the same as Genjutsu. Self-Kai is still usable, internally. This technique is at the same speed as Shunshin no Jutsu, so that opponents standing flat footed will have nearly no chance to escape.

Shinten Bunshin no Jutsu [ Mind Clone Switch Technique ]

Description: This technique allows the user to transfer their consciousness into more than one target, giving them complete control of the bodies for a short period of time. Like the Mind Body Switch Technique, the user's body is left defenseless while the technique is in use. Unlike the Mind Body Switch, this technique can travel in a curved line. After missing the target, the user's consciousness will take 1 complete post to return to the body. (no other actions to be taken) Keeping control of another requires a push-pull of chakras: In addition to the chakra to activate this jutsu, the user will spend as much additional chakra as they desire. For the target, they will have to expend more chakra than the user's initial amount--cumulative for each post--until the amount is overcome. As such, this technique is best used upon the dead, as missing even one target will render the other bodies useless. This technique is at the same speed as Shunshin no Jutsu, so that opponents standing flat footed will have nearly no chance to escape.

Shinten Kugutsu Juin no Jutsu [ Mind Puppet Switch Cursed Seal Technique ]

Description: The user of this technique firstly transfers their mind into a puppet laid somewhere in advance, near the vicinity of an enemy's predicted path, before manipulating it to attack an intended opponent. When the opponent counters and inflicts damage upon the puppet or the puppet inflicts damage on the enemy, the cursed seal will take effect, causing the kanji 'curse' (呪, noroi) to disappear from the puppet's forehead and the two consciousness (that of the user's inside the puppet and that of the victim who countered) to switch. Consequently, the user will gain full control of the opponent's body, while the victim's mind remains trapped within the immobile puppet. Like the original technique, the user's body is left defenseless while the ability is active and any injury done to the victim's body is also reflected upon their true body, but this can be rectified if the user cancels the technique just before any damage is received. Unlike the original, the user does not have to worry about the target's will overpowering their own, as it is sealed in the puppet. Requires a puppet, & thus a puppeteer to help. Jutsus that affect Juin also affect the seal upon the puppet.

Shinran Enbu no Jutsu [ Mind Disturbance Dance Performance Technique ]

Description: This is simply a large-scale version of the Mind Body Disturbance Technique, where the sheer volume of people affected in a given area is much greater. Like its parent technique it causes the user to gain complete control of the target's body, often forcing allies to attack each other. Release methods are exactly the same as Genjutsu, but of 2 ranks lower due to the large-scale. Self-Kai is still usable, internally. This technique is at the same speed as Shunshin no Jutsu, so that opponents standing flat footed will have nearly no chance to escape.

Maneru [ The Act of Mimicking ]
Rank: S+ :: Spiritual
Description: This is a special jutsu only taught to those Yamanaka that ascend to the rank of Kage. By opening the Yamanaka Clan Telepathy to friendlies, this allows for the user to do multiple actions: copy and/or move all memories from the targets, place protective mental blockades in the targets, and have their body mimic any specific actions that the friendlies take, including jutsus that they would not normally take. Does not include ocular kekkei genkai, or elemental kekkei genkai outside of one's affinities, for the purposes of mimicry. Lasts until the user ends it or the targets voluntarily leave the connection, exactly in accordance with the E-rank jutsu 'Yamanaka Clan Telepathy'. Must be reapplied every day, as deep sleep causes a disconnection.

Akimichi Clan

___Background:
___The Akimichi clan (秋道一族, Akimichi Ichizoku) is one of the four noble clans of Konohagakure. Members of the clan possess great physical strength and are able to quickly convert calories into chakra, which they then use in their various secret techniques. Most of these techniques rapidly consume the user's chakra during use, and maintaining them during a prolonged battle can be tiring. For this reason the Akimichi have high chakra levels and eat a lot in order to build up or replenish their chakra reserves. As a tribute, members of the clan wear the kanji for "food" (食, shoku) on their clothing. If standard calories aren't enough for a battle, an Akimichi can use the clan's Three Coloured Pills to convert excess fat into chakra, at the cost of one's health. Many Akimichi use bō as their weapon of choice. These have the ability to lengthen in proportion to their wielder's size. These weapons also have small appendages at the top of them. These clan members have all also been depicted with markings of sorts on their cheeks and most of them have been seen wearing plate armor, both with and without flak jackets. The Akimichi clan has a special relationship with the Nara and Yamanaka clan. ___Special Abilities:
Karorī Kontorōru [ Calorie Control ]
Description: This ability grants members of the Akimichi clan free control of their body's calories, which they convert into chakra in order to perform their techniques. The Akimichi developed the Three Coloured Pills for easier use of this technique; however, the use of these pills carry great risks that are not seen when the user performs the technique without the assistance of the pills. At the highest level of the technique, the user converts calories into chakra and releases the chakra in the shape of two large butterfly wings. In this form, the user can use some of their clan's high-level techniques several times without experiencing fatigue or other adverse effects. The user still experiences weight loss but it isn't nearly as severe as when the pills are used. Once learned, this allows for chakra to be pulled from within available fat cells. Genin start with the ability to pull 1 chakra per pound, and the chakra doubles at each major rank. Chuunin = 2, Jounin = 4, Konin = 8, Sannin = 16. Minor ranks add 2 chakra each. (A.N.B.U./Oinin, Kage) Total Maximum is 20. Going in the opposite direction is also possible. Is considered Ninjutsu.
Limitations: Assuming an average height (Male: 5'7", Female: 5'2" ), normal weight should be around 136 (Males) / 117 (Females). Going under this weight will produce irreparable damage to your health until a Medic Class shinobi can heal you. Hitting 1/2 of the normal weight (68 and 59) will produce a near death situation. Without immediate intervention at this stage, the Akimichi will die.

Food Preparation
Description: After learning the ways of Yoton: Kasuru [ Body Release: Conversion ] and spending a great deal of time in the kitchen molding chakra into food, the user is allowed to create Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) & the Three Coloured Pills (三色の丸薬, Sanshoku no Gan'yaku). It takes an S-rank amount of chakra to create 1 pill of any type. The Military Rations Pills are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. They are made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. (+500 chakra, 1 usage per 3 days.) The Three Coloured Pills are secret medicines used by the Akimichi clan. As the name suggests, there are three pills, each with a different colour. First is the green Spinach Pill (ホウレン丸, Hōrengan), next is the yellow Curry Pill (カレー丸, Karēgan), and last is the red Chilli Pill (トンガラシ丸, Tongarashigan). By forcibly converting the body's fat reserves into chakra, each successive pill ingested gives a tremendous power boost. The Chilli Pill is even said to increase one's power a hundred times. However, the pills have a drawback. Each pill damages the body, poisoning it and since the third pill converts all of one's fat reserves, the user will become dangerously emaciated. It is said that after the third pill, death is imminent. The pills allow for easier use of the Akimichi clan's Calorie Control. (1st pill: doubles the conversion rate, mild poison. 2nd pill: quadruples the conversion rate, moderate poison. 3rd pill: octuples the conversion rate, grants 100x physical power, reduces weight to 1/2 normal, lethal poison.)

Mizudan Suisha [ Ballistic Waterwheel]

Description: After the user swallows a great amount of water to make themselves into a human-sized ball, they tuck their limbs inside their clothes and use chakra to propel themselves into a powerful roll. The added water gives the user extra weight, causing more damage to the opponent and area. This is an excellent technique to use against Water Release users as it not only nullifies their attack but also turns it against them. Requires 'Human Bullet Tank' to be known prior to learning. Requires the Multi-Size Technique to be used prior to usage. Is considered as Complex Taijutsu.

Konoha-Ryū Taijutsu: Nikudan Sensha [ Tree Leaf-Style Body Technique: Human Bullet Tank ]
Rank: C :: Complex
Description: A threatening taijutsu trick that converts the users large frame into a destructive weapon. The user first uses the Multi-Size Technique to make themselves into a human-sized ball, then they tuck in their limbs and use chakra to propel themselves into a powerful roll. Its effective use of weight and the force of rotation make for an even greater lethality than appearances would let on, enough to pulverize someone's hand with but a mere touch. It is difficult for the user to turn in this form. This technique has the added effect of plugging up the user's ears. Requires the Multi-Size Technique to be used prior to usage. Is considered Complex Taijutsu.

Bubun Baika no Jutsu [ Partial Multi-Size Technique ]
Rank: B :: Spiritual
Description: A practical application of the Multi-Size Technique which lets one expand their own body. The point of swelling a single part of the body is to use the weight to increase the power of one's physical attacks. Any bodily part may be augmented this way, but for ease of use the arms and legs tend to be chosen quite frequently. The speed of the expansion is exceedingly sudden, which makes it extremely difficult to avoid. Like the majority of the Akimichi clan's techniques, this one requires a considerable amount of chakra. Because of this one may choose to use one of the Three Coloured Pills. Is considered Ninjutsu.

Chōdan Bakugeki [ Butterfly Bullet Bombing ]
Rank: B :: Complex
Description: This is a life threatening technique if used in combination with the red Akimichi food pill, which burns away all of a ninja's excess fat and converts it into chakra. Because the members of the Akimichi clan tend to be overweight to support their techniques, this pill can give them 100 times their normal chakra level. The intensely concentrated chakra that is gained leaks out from the backbone and becomes visible through friction with the shoulder blade, appearing like a butterfly wing. The user then concentrates the unique chakra into their fist, and then puts all their body weight behind the punch. The massive amount of chakra concentrated is enough to change the user's body structure, and the user will die unless given medical attention as described in the medical encyclopedia from the Nara clan soon thereafter. Should an Akimichi be able to use the Calorie Control, they can bypass the danger posed by the pills. Maximally is the same speed as Shunshin no Jutsu, but allows for turning and general control. Is considered Complex Taijutsu.

Chōharite [ Super Open Hand Slap]

Description: After using the Multi-Size Technique to increase their size, the user funnels chakra into their hands, which causes special markings to appear in them. The weight and power of the hands are greatly increased because of the larger size, the muscles are activated with concentrated chakra, and the thickness is also increased. With so much chakra that it becomes visible, the user's palms become like an iron hammer. This gives this attack the power to even cave in the earth, causing extensive crushing damage to anything that may be caught beneath them. This attack is also shown to have a wide range due to the increased size of his palms. Requires the Multi-Size Technique to be used prior to usage, for the B-rank. Can be used without it, but the power & chakra consumption is reduced to that of a C-rank. Is considered Complex Taijutsu.

Nikudan Hari Sensha [ Spiked Human Bullet Tank ]

Description: This technique is an enhanced version of the Akimichi clan's Human Bullet Tank with its effectiveness raised several times by using it together with weapons. One application of this technique first involves the user wrapping ropes with kunai attached around their body, after which the Multi-Size Technique is used. From that state, one switches over to the Human Bullet Tank. Using the kunai as spikes, the rotation power increases, and the attack power also drastically goes up. In another application of this technique, the user rapidly grows their hair out to wrap around their body instead of using kunai. This results in far more spikes than the previous version as well as a shorter preparation time. Requires the Multi-Size Technique to be used prior to usage. Is considered Complex Taijutsu.

Baika no Jutsu [ Multi-Size Technique ]

Description: This is a secret technique passed down in the Akimichi clan that increases the user's body size by converting their calories into chakra. The user can freely alter their size at will when using this technique, and can use it for an extensive period of time. A common application of the techniques gives the user a very round appearance by mostly increasing the size of the abdominal section, which is done in order to use the Human Bullet Tank technique. Other, more common applications increase the size of the entire body, turning the user into a giant. Is considered Ninjutsu. Is learnable at Genin rank. Any body part is allowed to be grown, including hair, fingernails, teeth, etc.

Daburu Nikudan Sensha [ Double Human Bullet Tank ]

Description: Two Akimichi attack from both sides of an opponent with the Human Bullet Tank, crushing, and grinding the enemy caught in the middle. Requires 'Human Bullet Tank' to be known prior to learning. Is considered Collaborative Complex Taijutsu, but raises the effectiveness of the technique by 2 ranks instead of 1 rank. Is learnable at Genin rank.

Chō Baika no Jutsu [ Super Multi-Size Technique ]

Description: The Super Multi-Size Technique is the height of the Multi-Size Technique, which multiplies the user’s body to a size beyond belief. The attack method depends on the situation and the user’s inventiveness, but massive punches, kicks and body slamming is common. However, the abnormally extreme physical change also places a large burden on the user’s body. The clothes of the user also expand along with the body. When Chōji first used this technique, he needed to take one his clan's Three Coloured Pills to increase his chakra reserves. Is considered Ninjutsu. Is learnable at Genin rank.

Jutsu no Baika no Jutsu [ Technique's Multi-Size Technique ]

Description: This is a secret technique passed down in the Akimichi clan that de/increases the user's jutsu size by converting their calories into chakra. The user can freely alter their jutsu size at will when using this technique, and can use it for an extensive period of time. Is considered Ninjutsu. Is stackable. Transforms the S-rank used to start this technique into a special chakra pool. Non-Clan jutsu will draw from this special chakra pool until it's depleted, allowing for them to be sized at will without having to physically be that size. Lasts until the special chakra pool is depleted. (ex. using an A-rank + 2 B-ranks = the S-rank pool is now empty)

Torinaosu [ To Sumo Wrestle ]
Rank: S+ :: Spiritual
Description: Granted only to those Akimichi that attain the rank of Kage, this ninjutsu allows Calorie Control and related techniques to be used upon others. As such, grappling one's opponents for long durations is the easiest method of using this technique, though using it on friendlies is also recommended. Must be physically touching someone else for an entire post to affect their weight & chakra. Lasts until the touching ends.

___Background:
___The Inuzuka clan is known for their use of dogs as fighting companions. Clan members are apparently given their own canine partner or partners when they reach a certain age. Thereafter, the Shinobi and his/her dog are practically inseparable. Clan members have distinctive red fang markings on their cheeks, animalistic eyes, and enlarged canine teeth. It would seem that due to the bond between an Inuzuka clan member and their canine partner, their Chakra is allowed to mix and is shared between them, adding a feral appearance to the human partners, and makes a bond between then that affords them the use of the clan's Hidden collaboration-style techniques; such as the Fang Passing Fang technique.
___Recently the Inuzuka have been losing their fame around Konoha, so a new generation of the famed tamers have been developing new techniques and animal companions that would bring them back to the top. For the past several years, the younger generation have been campaigning around the Village, adapting its stance with the changing of the times.

___Traits:
Those of the Inuzuka Clan are given their partner at a certain age. Once the Inuzuka of the Clan has reached B-Rank Body, their partner will gain the ability to speak in the Human Tongue.
All techniques involving the partner are considered 'collaborative' by default, raising their potency by 1 rank.
The animal partner reflects the user’s amounts of Chakra, Stamina, & Jutsu.
If the animal partner dies in battle or is simply not able to be compatible with their human companion, the Inuzuka will allow for another four-legged animal type to take the traditionally held slot. In this case, all limitations and abilities will be fairly applied to the new type.
Inuzuka have dog-like senses and attributes, including a heightened sense of smell.
Inuzuka have the ability to understand what animals from the dog family say.
Inuzuka all have the Tamer class.

Houkou Moodo [ Howling Mode ]

Description: After gaining complete synchronization with their animal partner, the user will be able to complete this training. This fuses the Inuzuka Clan member and their animal partner together into 1 singular being bringing them to their peak of performance. The Inuzuka will gain the full potential of their animal's attributes as well as new techniques that were developed during this mode. This mode can only be sustained for 3 posts at D-Rank Body, plus 1 more per Body Rank above that. Separation evenly distributes Chakra & Stamina between the user and their pet. This mode does not gain the collaborative perk of raising jutsu ability's ranks.

Shikyaku no Jutsu [ Four-Legged Technique ]

Description: This technique grants animal-like accelerated fighting instinct and reflexes to the user. By enveloping their entire body in chakra and moving on all fours, they can obtain high speed movement and reflexes resembling those of a wild animal. Adds even more to the user’s feral appearance: their canine teeth, fingernails, and toenails grow and their eyes become wilder, with their pupils becoming slits. Grants slightly increased Speed and Reflexes per the user’s Body Rank, starting at D-Rank.

Dainamikku Maakingu [ Dynamic Marking ]

Description: Dynamic Marking is a technique used by the Inuzuka clan. When their canine partners release a stream of urine on their target, the clan member can use their excellent sense of smell to locate their target no matter where they are. The urine itself is more dangerous than normal urine, because of its burning and strong sticky qualities.

Jūjin Bunshin [ Beast-Man Clone ]
Rank: D :: Spiritual
Description: A modified version/mix of the Transformation Technique and clone technique, which is unique to the Inuzuka clan. Allows the user to transform their animal companion into a perfect copy of themselves. When combined with the Four Legs Technique, the user and the animal become virtually impossible to tell apart, since both act equally feral. Like any transformation, the technique can be broken by identifying and attacking those affected, thus dispelling the transformation.

Tsūga [ Passing Fang ]

Description: The user spins at a ferocious speed and delivers many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The damage it can inflict on a human target can be debilitating, as it can readily tear through thick tree branches and chakra reinforced earth wall.

Gatsūga [ Dual Piercing Fang ]

Description: The user and their pet launch a spinning attack. The fast rotating of the two attackers will cause a damaging impact on their opponent when they connect with their claws. While using this technique, both attackers are able to rotate and strike from multiple angles.

Description: The user and their partner roll at a ferocious speed in a buzz-saw like shape, and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target.

Garōga [ Fang Wolf Fang ]

Description: Man and beast transform into a single two-headed, gigantic animal thanks to the Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf technique, and have their body spin in a violent assault against the enemy. The ultra-violent rotation creates a vacuum vortex that sucks in its surroundings, tearing the enemy apart even without touching them directly. The excessively high speed of the rotation strips the user of their field of vision, but marking the enemy beforehand makes it possible to tail them with the sense of smell.

Jinjū Konbi Henge: Sōtōrō [ Inuzuka Style Rare Beast Transformation : Double-Headed Wolf ]

Description: A Combination Transformation where man and beast become a single entity. It is a specialty of the Inuzuka clan, a clan that has been walking side by side with ninken for generations. Furthermore, using techniques in addition to this gives birth to an extraordinary destructive power.

Jinjū Kongō Henge: Santōrō [ Human Beast Mixture Transformation: Three-Headed Wolf ]

The ultra-violent rotation created can tear through multiple enemies, rending them apart with just the slightest touch.

Description: Using great speed, you will feint side to side while moving towards the target. Then, after you break the feint, you will sprint towards your target and finish by moving so fast that it looks as if you ran straight through your foe. Bringing your claws down in an 'X' formation, the attack will sail through to its target.

Unari Shidou [ Roar Of Guidance ]

Description: The user will store and mix their Chakra into their vocal linings, storing its use until an appropriate time. The user will be allowed a "Roar/Shout", releasing a Chakra based sound wave to negate and defend against oncoming physical attacks, C-ranked or lower. This can also be used offensively by creating a wall of force that creates an instinctual, reflexive 'flinch' in the target. Such usage is usually accompanied by the target hopping back to a safe distance.

Garyuuga [ Slashing Wolf Fang ]
Rank: B :: Complex
Description: The user gathers Chakra to their hands, feet, and claws, drastically raising their slashing and movement abilities for a single post. With this, the user is able to fully turn on a dime. One inspirational Inuzuka said that her brother was able to slash a full twelve times before ending a single turn, paralyzing his poor victim.

Yajuu Shinsei [ Beast True Intent ]
Rank: A :: Complex
Description: By allowing the Chakra to spread and mix throughout the users' entire body, they will begin to emit strong pheromones. If timed correctly into waves, these invisible attacks will go completely unnoticed. Many actions can be induced within those that have inhaled them, such as alarm (fear and flight), or attraction (think 'Sexy no Jutsu'). Each post after the initial, the cost for sustaining this jutsu is reduced by half, until the minimum of 5 chakra/stamina.

Sousui Meiyaku [ Leader Of The Pack ]
Rank: S :: Complex
Description: The user will gather and store a great amount of Chakra throughout their body. This technique is known to leave its user physically drained and tends to break the synchronization of Howling Mode, leaving both the user and their partner open for any attack. This technique combines all of the moves for the Howling Mode into 1, and it cannot be turned off until either the user's available chakra runs out, or the post limit is reached.

The Art of the Scroll

___Background:
___The Ukyo Gisei Clan possess the strange and mysterious ability to manipulate ink in order to literally paint tangible objects, the most peculiar of which allows them to create living creatures and summon them to the field. Legend has it that their power comes from the mixing of their own blood into their ink when it is made and several 'witnesses', credible and otherwise, have claimed that the edges of each brush stroke are tinged with a crimson red. The members of the clan spend many hours a day drawing or painting, honing their skills, but name none but their final work of art. Their skills are such that they wield their brushes with the same skill that many shinobi do their weapons.
___The Ukyo Mizo is a weapon that is unique to the Ukyo Gisei clan, and it is carried by every member. It is a rather short ninja sword (i.e. tanto) that houses all of the clan member's ink within a cylindrical tube that runs the length of the inside of the weapon. The length of the sword means that it is sturdy and extremely difficult to break, despite it being hollow. There is a groove formed in the middle of the blade's flat sides, with small markings all along it. These markings are actually one way openings that allow the opponent's or clan member's blood to quickly mix with the ink within if any bleeding wound is inflicted by it. Blood of an opponent mixed with the ink allows the beasts summoned forth from it to track that person with ruthless efficiency. The hilt of the blade houses the clan member's calligraphy brush, putting both tools within easy grasp of one another.

___Traits:
The ink jutsu are weak against water and Suiton techniques of the same rank.
Ink is mixed with the clan member’s Chakra, making it stronger.
Every user must carry the Ukyo Mizo. The only difference between any two is the user's name inscribed on the hilt.
Using the Ukyo Mizo allows for a one [1] post reduction on learning Jingshen jie fang, Shunkan no Hagane, Sobagai Deba Sentou, & Juurai Torima.

___Special Abilities:
Dokusei [ Poisonous Existence ]
Description: Spending a lot of time with those close to nature, the Ukyo will be able to develop new kinds of ink. Those close to the medical corps, the Yamanaka (they have their own stores), Nara (they have great knowledge), or Akimichi (they have experience with food prep) will have the greatest advantage. Doing research all on one's own will allow for small amounts of minor poisons to be mixed into the ink & blood mixture. Working together with the medical corps instead (requires another RPC of the Medic Class) allows for up to medium poisons to be mixed into the ink. Working together with the Yamanaka instead (must be an RPC) allows for the mixing of minor virals, though the user themselves are not immune. Working together with the Nara instead (must be an RPC) allows for the mixing of minor bacterials, though the user themselves are not immune. Working together with the Akimichi instead (must be an RPC) allows for the mixing of minor chakras, though the user themselves are not immune (allows for the slight adjustments of the ink to take on simple things, like becoming cold, warm, chunky, runny, etc.). Only one of these trainings is allowed for this ability, and additional attributes which would overwrite it are nulled.
Training Time: 10 posts.

Fuuinjutsu [ Sealing Techniques ]
Description: Fuuinjutsu is widely known to operate on ink and blood seals, to which the Ukyo are highly familiar with. After gaining access to Fuuinjutsu, the Ukyo member will be allowed unprecedented access to the ways in which Fuuinjutsu is created. So long as the ink they are carrying is not affected by the Dokusei [ Poisonous Existence ] or the Eison [ Durability ] at the time of use, the Ukyo is allowed to spend an additional full post creating their ink jutsu ahead of time, in the form of a simple fuuin. Others may then receive the fuuin'd scroll and use the jutsu--as described--for one time, so long as they host the chakra cost for activation. The user of the scroll at the time of activation will retain control over the jutsu, even if the Ukyo that initially created it tries to interfere.

Eison [ Durability ]
Rank: B
Description: Ordinarily, the ink creations are akin to glass cannons: powerful, but fragile. With this training, one can infuse their current ink well with more blood than usual, strengthening the defensive capabilities of their jutsu. Not compatible with Dokusei [ Poisonous Existence ] or Fuuinjutsu [ Sealing Techniques ] abilities, so only one of them may be allowed at a time within the currently used ink well. 'Defensive' refers to not bursting open when hit once, but rather twice, and losing their weakness towards same-ranked Suiton jutsu (but not natural water).

___Techniques:
Sumi Tobidougu [ Ink Projectiles ]
Rank: D :: Spiritual
Description: Using this jutsu the user can create an almost infinite number of projectiles to hurl at their opponent, or to counter any thrown object. The ability to counter thrown weapons comes from the use of chakra in the jutsu. As the projectiles come in contact with something harder than them, which is pretty much anything other than skin, they break down into a sticky black goo that causes any flying object to lose its aerodynamic properties and fall from the sky.

Sumi Bunshin no Jutsu [ Ink Clone Technique ]
Rank: C :: Spiritual
Description: This clone, made from a small amount of ink, carrying chakra, is different from the ordinary Clone Technique in that it has actual substance and mass, making it difficult to see through. The user and their clones also have the ability to stay mentally in contact with each other. If the user is rendered unconscious, their ink clones are dispersed.

Sumigasumi no Jutsu [ Ink Mist Technique ]
Rank: C :: Spiritual
Description: The user wraps their body in chakra-infused ink to hide themselves creating an effective smokescreen. When used in combination with the Body Flicker Technique, the user can quickly leave the battlefield without being noticed.

Sumi Yusou no Jutsu [ Ink Transport Technique ]
Rank: B :: Spiritual
Description: The user takes out a small piece of paper that is extremely sticky on the back, writes "transport" on it, then places it on his opponent. By concentrating a small amount of Chakra, the user can travel to the paper’s location nearly instantaneously.

Choujuu Giga [ Super Beast Imitation Drawing ]
Rank: B :: Spiritual
Description: The user uses chakra-infused ink to quickly draw on a scroll. The moment the brush is removed, the images leap from the paper, grow to life-size, and act according to the user's will. Because they are made of ink, a single blow is usually enough to dispel them. For discreet communiques while undercover, the user is able to turn written words into small animals, allowing them to travel unnoticed to the intended target, after which the ink animal requires a scroll to revert back into written information.

Sumi Tama no Jutsu [ Ink Ball Technique ]
Rank: B :: Spiritual
Description: Guzzling their current ink well in its entirety, the user will swish it around in the mouth before spitting a large, dark ink orb towards their target. Targets in the path of the orb that become inked suddenly become highly sticky and heavy. Anything that touches the affected areas will become permanently stuck to them for 3 posts, while the targets feel as if they are carrying around their entire body weight. (not including anything that sticks to them)

Sumi Ame no Jutsu [ Ink Rain Technique ]
Rank: A :: Spiritual
Description: The user will throw their entire current ink well into the air, forming a large black cloud. After a single post, the cloud will begin to rain down ink. This ink's weight will be very heavy or very light depending on how much Chakra was added into the Technique. Very light = the base chakra cost for the technique. Very Heavy = double the base chakra cost for the technique.

Sumi Nagashi [ Ink Flush ]
Rank: A :: Spiritual
Description: By directly pouring out their ink instead of using it to draw, the user can create a large amount of creatures such as a nest of snakes to attack the target. Should the opponent prove strong enough to break the binds once restrained, they can reform around the target, making struggling pointless. This jutsu strengthens the bonds around the ink creations, negating the natural water weakness while lowering the Suiton weakness to B-ranks. Requires a water source to pour into and create. The creatures are considered as simple--lacking much power--but with more numbers than can be handled through use of drawing upon paper.

Kuchiyose: Ink Shield [ Summoning: Ink Shield ]
Rank: B :: Spiritual
Description: This technique allows the user to summon forth a shield from their scroll to block physical and elemental attacks. If the user draws a sword as if it were a crest, overlaying two swords, then it will block a physical attack up to a rank lower than the shield, and any normal strikes. If they draw the shield engulfed in flames then it will block a fire jutsu up to one rank lower than it, and so forth and so on. This applies to any element that the user can draw. It can only block projectile attacks or regular physical strikes however, meaning that it cannot disrupt the formation or use of things such as the Hyouton Ice Mirrors. Retains its Suiton and water weakness.

Kuchiyose: Painted Sky [ Summoning: Painted Sky ]
Rank: A :: Spiritual
Description: This jutsu allows a member of the Ukiyo Gisei Clan to literally control their environment. By drawing a detailed environment onto their scroll, the clan member can summon it forth and transform the environment around him into that of the scroll. Anything he draws will occur, but it will all be made out of ink. If the user calls forth lightning, it will strike, but it cannot shock, and so forth and so on. The technique is best described as a physical Genjutsu, because it is very much real but resembles something one might find in a Genjutsu technique. This technique only effects what is on the scroll, but is hard to escape because it includes the clouds and sky that are visible from where the clan member is. If someone were to try and escape they would simply run into a seemingly invisible cylindrical wall of sticky ink. This move can be maintained until the scroll runs out of area or the user runs out of chakra.

Fūinjutsu: Koshi Tandan [ Sealing Technique: Tiger Vision Staring Bullet ]
Rank: S :: Spiritual
Description: After the user draws a gigantic tiger, the illustration extends from the scroll and while still connected, captures its prey with its teeth and claws, before dragging the victim back into the scroll and pinning them down within the confines of the drawing. Due to the enormity of the illustration, the user requires an extended period of time to complete the image, during which they need protection as their attention is devoted to drawing. Requires 3 full posts of concentration, during which the user's negative memories consume them. Overcoming it with positive emotions allows the jutsu to gain speed at the user’s Body Rank; otherwise, this technique has B-Rank speed. Targets pinned inside of the paper can be retrieved at a later date.

Shikotsumyaku [ Corpse Bone Pulse ]

___Background:
___Shikotsumyaku (屍骨脈; Literally meaning "Dead Bone Pulse", Meaning (Viz) "Macabre Bone Pulse" ) is the kekkei genkai of the Kaguya clan, which gave them the ability to manipulate their own skeletal structure (their osteoblasts and osteoclasts). By infusing their calcium with chakra, they could manipulate the growth and properties of their bones to their liking. This ability gives the user a unique skeletal structure, which can cause complications when receiving traditional medical treatment. The main capability of Shikotsumyaku is allowing the user to manipulate the speed of their bones' growth as well as the location of calcium deposits. This allows them to create weapons of bones that can either protrude from any part of the body, or pulled out and used like hand held weapons. The user was also able to create armor of dense bone underneath their skin. They can even fire pieces of their bones as long-ranged projectiles. Any bone that they remove from the body immediately regenerates, as does the skin that is damaged when the bones are removed. Users can increase the density of the created bones, making them stronger than steel. This not only makes the created weapons very powerful, but also makes their bodies virtually indestructible; their bones can withstand even a chakra-infused blade, which is usually enough to cut through anything. Overall, the Shikotsumyaku is considered to be the ultimate taijutsu ability, which is held in high regard.

___Traits:
All Kaguya abilities are considered Taijutsu and are learned as though part of a regular Taijutsu Style.
The favored Classes for the Kaguya are Taijutsu and Bukijutsu, each receiving a 1 post reduction to learning. In addition, the user is able to start off with one additional taijutsu or bukijutsu style.

Dance of the Willow: Exertion

Description: The first of Kimimaro's five dances. Allows the user to have their bones extend from their body in the form of long blades. These blades can be formed instinctively in order to parry and deflect incoming attacks. The blades can last for three post, or they can return the same post that they are used. When the bones either separate from the user or return into them, the skin which was penetrated as a result of the technique is automatically restored.

Description: The user leans their body so that they’re at an angle while they have blades out from the Dance of the Willow: Exertion technique. They then push off of the ground and spin toward the direction opposite of which they leaned. This propels them forward, and their spin with the blades out allows them to slice through whoever they feel. Treated as complex when used at or below the rank which Dance of the Willow: Exertion was used to create the bone blades.

Description: The user performs a volley of slashes with their blade in hand. The use can also stop this technique after a single slash if they so choose. Confers a slight increase to speed per rank at which this technique is used.

Description: The user performs a volley of thrust with their blade in hand. The use can also stop this technique after a single thrust if they so choose. Confers a slight increase to strength per rank at which this technique is used.

Description: The user readies themselves to strike at the opponent with their bone sword. On their next turn, any one attack they perform with the sword is allowed to negate the opponent’s reflex stat. This is the only technique which the user is allowed to perform for the post which they use this attack.

Dance of the Larch: Absolute Defense
Rank: X :: Complex
Description: This is a supplemental technique. The user first prepares themselves by channeling chakra throughout all of their bones. Then, when the user is struck with a tai or bukijutsu technique, the user is able to have a plate of bones first protect the area which was struck equal rank to the strike provided. Then, the user launches a counter attack, which converts the opponent’s strength stat which they used the technique into the speed of which the bone blades rise out of the user to impale the target. Can only be used up to the rank the user has access to. Cost one activation to block the strike, and another to launch the counter strike. If the user only has one activation left, then the block will occur, but not the counter attack. If the user has no activations left, then this ability does not work. This stance last for 6 post.

Dance of the Larch: Ten Finger Drilling Bullets
Rank: C :: Complex
Description: Hardened bones from the fingertips are shot at the enemy, with a spinning motion added to the skeletal bullets. A direct hit will excavate skin, flesh, and bone. Since the bones of the user can be regenerated, the rate of fire from the user's arsenal is limitless. These bullets bypass any physical armor the opponent wears.

Dance of the Larch: Devil’s Top
Rank: C :: Complex
Description: The user must be using, Dance of the Larch: Absolute Defense. The user twirls on one foot as bone blades extrude from their body. The user becomes a spinning top of bone spikes as they fire toward the opponent. If this technique is blocked, then the user’s defense kicks in, and the technique stops in order for bone blades to extrude from the user at the speed of the opponent’s strength stat. This ability is treated as X-ranked, as it reacts equal to the strength of the technique which blocked or parried this attack.

Description: The user reaches within themselves and pulls out their spinal column. This weapon starts at the length of their actual spinal column, but can extend up to twenty feet. The user may use either their chain scythe, rope dart, or whip formless style in conjunction with this weapon for formless attacks.

Description: The user launches their spinal column whip out with the rib cage launched toward the target. With a quick pull back of their whip, the user can have their weapon’s rib cage latch onto anything it can grab. It can either catch the object within the bones like a clam, or the bones can dig into their target like a bear trap.

Description: The user creates from their body a massive bone weapon, at least three feet long and one feet wide from one of their hands which spirals down to a single point. The weapon appears like a lance as it covers the user’s forearm and hand. The bulk of the object is incredible, and yet it is as light as a feather for the user to move. This weapon can be used in conjunction with the user’s hard physical or lance formless style for formless strikes. Any attack used with this massive weapon gain a heavy bonus to strength.

At C-ranked the user may make eight, and then at B-ranked the user can create up to twenty five bone spikes. At A-ranked the user may make a hundred, and at S-ranked the user can flood a topic with bone spikes.

Description: Allows the user to merge with their bone pillars. This allows the user to merge with one bone pillar and appear out of another.

Dance of the Young Fern: Skeleton's Robes

Description: The user manifest robes composed of bones. The robes can take any form the user desires, including form fitting armor. The cosmetics of the robes are irrelevant. When the robes are active, all complex and simple techniques from this clan are considered overwhelming when used against techniques of the same rank, type, and DR bonuses. Kaguya techniques can be used through the cloak rather than come from the flesh.This technique is considered supplementary after the post it is used.

Description: After forming a one-handed hand sign, the user will step in any direction, leaving a full, separate clone of the user's entire skeletal system. This clone will mirror and mimic all actions that the user takes, but is capable of taking specific, oral directions. All chakra is shared in a pool between the two, so that if the clone performs a jutsu, the chakra is drained from the user accordingly.

Dance of the Blood Orchid: Festival of the Dead
Rank: S :: Complex
Description: The user is able to create limbs of bone to either extend from the user’s body, or from the ground which the user has at least one foot firmly planted upon. The limbs are along the lines of arms and legs, although they can extend up to ten feet. Formless soft / hard physical may be used from these limbs at the stamina cost to the user. After creation these limbs can last up to three post.

Dance of the Blood Orchid: Regeneration
Rank: S :: Spiritual
Description: The user enters a meditative state. Any limbs which the use has lost are regenerated, as the bone first appears, followed by muscles and skin. Each limb takes an S-ranked amount of chakra, as well as a single post. This technique can also be used upon skin and other organs in order to restore the user. Once again, each organ requires an S-ranked amount of chakra, as well as a post of pure recovery. Because of the concentration involved, this technique cannot be used within combat.

___Background:
___This Kekkai Genkai has just recently shown itself amongst the villages. It is known to be only in the Konan family. This bloodline gives the user control of paper. They can shift, move, and control the shape and density of paper. This does become stronger over time, training, and rank. Children, usually Genin and academy students, can only make small things using the paper, such as shuriken, or knives as sharp as razors. Full adults such as Chuunin or Jounin can disperse themselves into paper, or turn themselves into paper butterflies to escape battle. They also can make bomb tags.

___Traits:
Seals can only be written on the paper if you put them there, they cannot just appear on the paper.
You need rest and food to replenish your paper if you use a lot.
Paper is naturally weak to fire, suffering damage as though the fire were 1 rank stronger.

___Special Abilities:
Shikigami no Mai [ Dance of the Shikigami ]
Description: The user learns to knead their Chakra into flat sheets and disperse it evenly throughout their body, gaining the ability to convert some or all of their body into paper. If the user has trained the Formless Youton no Jutsu [ Light Release Technique ], they may use it to fold their paper form into whatever shapes they desire. While in this form, they may use themselves as material for their paper techniques. This has no activation or upkeep cost and can be activated instantaneously. One limb per Body Rank can be affected, starting at E-Rank. At A-Rank, the entire body can be converted.

Description: Kami Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Akatsuki member Konan. Using her ability to manipulate paper, she will form a clone made up of numerous sheets. Because it is made up of many lesser parts, the clone can disperse and reform without ending its existence. When her need for the clone ends, she can disperse the sheets and end the clone

Kami Shuriken [ Paper Shuriken ]

Description: Using origami skills, the user will form their paper into bird-like shapes. After throwing these at the target, they can fly through the air and cut through the victim. The user can use a Fuuton technique to add "punch" to the thrown shuriken, though after they have advanced their skills, they will to be able to launch them with enough deadly force by themselves.

Description: The user applies their chakra, to envelop a thin film around the paper, making it waterproof, able to be used when wet.

Chou Tokkoutai [ Butterfly Kamikaze Unit ]

Description: The user directs their paper to become pure white butterflies. These butterflies are basically used for tracking,though in a minor variation to the technique the butterflies crumple further into paper Shuriken, which are as sharp as any standard Shuriken. The butterflies are able to change direction at the users whim,yet one they are formed into their shuriken versions they gain speed and lose maneuverability. The number can vary depending on how much chakra is put into it.

Description: Almost the same as the first, except that the paper used is composed of detonation tags. They will attach themselves to a target, and detonate, destroying themselves, but severely damaging the enemy.

Description: The users folds their body flat on the ground becoming highly undetectable and very covert.

Shikigami no Mai [ Paper Style Dancing ]

Description: Using their high origami and ninjutsu skills, the user will turn their body into many sheets of paper. This paper can create feathers for floating. They can then be launched at their target as dagger-like projectiles. They can also form paper spears for attack and turn into butterflies or paper airplanes for quick transport.

Kami Jisatsu [ Paper Suicide ]
Rank: S :: Spiritual
Description: In a final act of desperation, the user releases their entire amount of paper to surround an opponent. The paper is revealed to be almost entirely explosive tags, almost 10 thousand, and all detonate simultaneously. Must spend at least 10 posts, 2-3 sentences each, preparing the tags. Consumes all the user’s remaining Chakra.

Douka [ Assimilation ]
Assimilate All into Your Form

___Background:
___The world of ninjutsu as we know it today is derived and split amongst five elements; fire, water, earth, wind, and lightning. It is these basic elements that comprise and construct most shinobi powers in the world. However, as time has gone by, people have more and more begun to think that these are the only bases that can grant power. At one point in the past, this newly formed ideal was realized, and shunned as a new generation's shortcomings. It is unclear where this realization originated, but it is obvious that their thoughts have thrived through time.
___When the idea that the five elemental bases were crippling the development of future ninjutsu was first brought to light, it was mocked, and given little regard as practical. However, there were also those that saw this idea as a truth, and followed the originator. When he was able to gather enough followers, the originator then began to run various tests. Tampering with chakra, chakra shaping, and raw chakra power.
___The originator of the Douka techniques sought to develop a method of chakra control that allowed ninja to mold with nature itself. Not so much in a forest and woodland sense, but in a physical--solid and liquid--sense. Although this task was pressed on till the originator's last remaining years, it has been documented by various shady sources that he was, in fact, successful. There have also been recent reports across the world of various ninja that practice techniques which allow them to bleed material attributes into their very being. Men and women alike pressing against stone, glass, even water and taking on its characteristics. Assimilating even!

___Traits:
All Douka users have deep chakra pools. Chakra pool maximum +40.
All material assimilations require 2 posts of cool down. Solid to Liquid assimilation (and vice-versa) require at least 4 posts of cool down.
Although the Manipulation techniques have ranks, this is simply for learning purposes. They require no chakra and no hand seals to perform, unless stated otherwise.
Remaining in an assimilated state does not count as sustaining a technique, but does count as having a technique active on oneself.
Without proper training, Liquid assimilations cannot hold coherent forms.
Without proper training, you cannot assimilate materials derived from bloodlines.
When assimilating, remember that the element will retain its chemical properties. Chemically altered portions of the user’s body are not restored when exiting an assimilated state.
Portions of the user’s body that have changed state (i.e. liquid to gas) do not recover when the assimilated state ends, but may be restored by ingesting more of whatever material the user has assimilated before ending the assimilation.
If the user has both Katai Douka [ Solid Assimilation ] and Eki Douka [ Liquid Assimilation ] mastered, phase changes between solid and liquid do not affect their performance or prevent restoration of body parts.
While assimilated, the user cannot perform techniques if a body part required (i.e. hands to make hand seals) is detached or broken.
Assimilation does not negate or prevent pain.
If an assimilation is forcibly ended while the user is in multiple pieces, the pieces rejoin at the user’s center of mass with no lingering wounds resulting. Pieces that are sealed or otherwise unable to rejoin do not do so and maintain their assimilated form.
While assimilated, the user has C-Rank resistance to being broken apart.
The user’s descriptive increases from all sources are negated while assimilated.

___Special Abilities:
Katai Douka [ Solid Assimilation ]
Description: By performing the appropriate string of handsigns and then touching a nearby solid substance, the user will take on that surface’s properties. For example, if one were to touch a nearby stone, their body would become as hard as the stone they came into contact with. During such a state, the user could then apply the manipulations they've mastered in order to create unique and adaptable offensive or defensive maneuvers. Assimilation drains however much Chakra the user desires and can be forcibly undone by a Chakra-disrupting attack (such as Kai [ Release ]) of the same rank. Max assimilation time: 2 posts per Body Rank, starting at E-Rank.
Training Time: 12 posts.

Eki Douka [ Liquid Assimilation ]
Description: By performing the appropriate string of hand signs, and then touching a nearby liquid substance, the user will take on its properties. For example, if one were to touch a puddle of water, their body would become as fluid as the water they came into contact with. During such a state, the user could then apply the manipulations they've mastered in order to create unique and adaptable offensive or defensive maneuvers.
It should be noted that liquid assimilation is far more difficult to use than solid assimilation. It requires a certain amount of training before you can shape yourself while in a liquid form. Assimilation drains however much Chakra the user desires and can be forcibly undone by a Chakra-disrupting attack (such as Kai [ Release ]) of the same rank. Max assimilation time: 2 posts per Body Rank, starting at E-Rank.
Training Time: 12 posts.

Eitai [ Permanent Form ]
Description: The user commits themselves to always remain in whatever form they have assimilated, thereby removing the assimilation time limit but losing the ability to change their assimilated form. Reduces the user’s maximum Chakra pool by their Body Rank for as long as it remains active. Leaving this form for any reason drains the user of their Body Rank in Chakra. This form can still be forcibly ended as normal, using the user’s Body Rank as the rank of the assimilation.
Training Time: 8 posts.

___Techniques:
Multi-Particle Manipulation
Rank: C :: -
Description: A basic yet staple form of Douka manipulation. This control allows the user to break down their modified body into different sized pieces and freely move (in straight formations) through the air. Required for Liquid Assimilation shaping.

Motion Manipulation
Rank: C :: -
Description: This control allows the user to move their modified body while it is in multiple pieces as they see fit. Required for Liquid Assimilation shaping.

Reshape Manipulation
Rank: B :: Spiritual
Description: This control allows the user to combine with any modified body pieces broken off unintentionally. This process requires the allotted amount of chakra. Required for Liquid Assimilation shaping.

Size Manipulation
Rank: B :: Spiritual
Description: This control allows the user to double or halve the size of their modified body, or any of its pieces. This process requires the allotted amount of chakra.

Density Manipulation

Description: This control allows the user to compress, or expand, particles of their modified body. This results in either a shrunken, yet very thick and durable end product, or a massive and very thin end product.

Foreign Substance Manipulation

Description: This control allows the user to control other instances of their assimilated material as though they were part of them by mixing part of their body into the foreign material. Requires a limb or other significant portion of the user’s body be in contact with the substance to be controlled. This foreign material can be used with all other manipulations so long as part of the user is in contact with it or mixed into it (in the case of particulate matter or liquids), but control over it is lost if another material is assimilated.

Advanced Substance Manipulation
Rank: S :: Spiritual
Description: This control allows the user to assimilate materials that are derived from bloodlines and other uncommon methods, however, this takes a good amount of focus. This process requires the allotted amount of chakra. Requires one [1] post of focus to assimilate.

Jiongu [ Earth Grudge Fear ]

___Background:
___This technique (turned bloodline) is a secret kinjutsu of Takigakure. It transforms the user's body into something similar to a rag-doll held together by hundreds of thick black threads. One is able to manipulate these threads for many purposes. Capable of sewing up any injuries that they or others might suffer, most commonly by reattaching body parts. However, it appears that this ability is somewhat limited, as the regeneration process takes a good amount of time before full function is returned. One can detach parts of their limbs and then manipulate them to outrageous extents.
___The most significant aspect of these threads is that they grant the user a form of "immortality." In addition to sewing up injuries, one can use the threads to tear into a victim's body, steal their still functioning organs, and integrate them into one's own body. This method is typically used to steal hearts from powerful shinobi, in order to ensure a greater benefit than taking a random heart. One can also put a stolen heart into a limb and have it move individually, its own entity.
___Hearts stolen from other ninja garner one other massive benefit: the ability to control the stolen heart's chakra element. Resulting in most effected by the Jiongu to have power over five elements.

___Traits:
Jiongu users have deep chakra pools. ( Chakra pool maximum +40. )
Jiongu users learn ninjutsu one [1] post faster.
Jiongu threads are roughly the width of an index finger.
Jiongu threads are roughly three times as long as their owner's height.
Fooling Death: If a killing blow is struck, a spare heart is expanded and used as a replacement.
Organic Alteration: Able to rearrange internal organs on a whim, though this takes a small amount of time (1 post).
Jiongu users themselves can only have one chakra element. ( Selected during construction. )

___Heart Guide:
Hearts offer Jiongu users elemental power in addition to extended life.
Each heart is capable of supplying the Jiongu user with one chakra element.
Hearts grant Jiongu users eight [8] ninjutsu slots of the corresponding element. ( Ninjutsu learned with heart elements should be tagged as "heart owned." )
When a heart is destroyed, the Jiongu user loses all elemental manipulation and technique usage associated with that heart.
If you obtain a replacement for a lost heart, you are allowed to "remember" any number of ninjutsu that were on the previous heart of the same element.
A heart is destroyed when a death blow is dealt to the Jiongu user, or the heart itself. ( Be sure to specify which heart gets destroyed! )
If a death blow is dealt to the user while he or she is in possession of additional heart(s), their body will fall lifeless until the heart(s) can unite with the body.
After being approved for this bloodline, you are granted a second heart right off the bat. The free heart can be any element you want it to be.
A Jiongu user can have up to five [5] hearts at any one time. ( Including the user's. )
These hearts do not necessarily have to be of different elements.

___Heart Gathering:
Hearts can be obtained in two different ways; the first is simply by leveling up: Whenever you increase in Body Rank, you are allowed to create one [1] additional heart of any element.
The second is rather gruesome: The Jiongu user is eventually able to perform a technique known as Tekishutsu [ Extraction. ] If successful, this rips the heart from an opponent and drags it into the user's body.
If you obtain a heart by the second method, please alert a guild crew member.
If a heart taken this way has multiple elements, you must choose one [1] to keep.
If the person who had their heart stolen had any techniques associated with that heart, you may choose up to eight [8] to keep attached to that heart.

Ito Todoku [ Thread Reach ]
Rank: D :: Spiritual
Description: The user releases some of their threads from either wrist, allowing the tentacle like "appendages" to be used for most anything a hand could. ( Keep in mind: each thread has a maximum length of three times the user's height. )

Ito Souken: Shuriken [ Thread Creation: Shuriken ]
Rank: D :: Spiritual
Description: The user will swing their arm, using the vertical or horizontal momentum to launch a number of small thread pieces from their wrist joint. As they spin in the air, the threads will become flat and sharp, acting as if typical shuriken. ( Genin: 3 shuriken. Chuunin: 6. Jounin: 9. Konin: 12. Sannin: 15. )

Ito Enchou [ Thread Extension ]
Rank: C :: Spiritual
Description: The user relaxes and outstretches the threads that occupy the shoulder, elbow, and (optionally) wrist joints. This simple act grants an incredible increase in physical reach, while not reducing any of the user's actual strength. ( Keep in mind: each thread has a maximum length of three times the user's height. )

Ito Souken: Mori [ Thread Creation: Lance ]
Rank: C :: Spiritual
Description: The user releases threads from the wrist and elbow joints, forcing them to wrap around the arm and outstretch from the fingers about one yard. The extension of threads twine in on one another and form a very sharp and rather durable point, meanwhile the threads twisting around the arm itself merely harden for defense purposes. This newly formed thread weapon can be used for slicing, stabbing, scraping, and minor defensive purposes- just as a lance could.

Ito no Gaikotsu [ Exoskeleton of Threads ]
Rank: B :: Spiritual
Description: The threads from the shoulders, arms, and upper back expand to form a massive tangling "spider-body". Not only does this alteration offer a gruesome visage, but it also grants the user a variety of ranged attacks and defenses by these thread appendages. To put it simply, this is like a mass-scale version of Ito Enchou. ( Keep in mind: each thread has a maximum length of three times the user's height. )

Ayumi Eda [ Walking Limb ]
Rank: B :: Spiritual
Description: The user will place a heart into an arm or leg, and then detach that limb. Although typically more vulnerable like this, the detached limb functions as an entirely separate entity. The user is able to reattach the limb at any time in which they are close enough to one another.

Tekishutsu [ Extraction ]
Rank: B :: Spiritual
Description: The user raises an arm, pointing their palm open toward their target. Threads will then sprout from the wrist and attempt to latch onto the target's chest, right over the heart region. So long as they are not removed, these threads will dig into the victim's chest, carving a path to the heart. If they manage to make it to the heart, the threads will then extract it, and coil back into the user's body along with it.

Ichimyaku [ A Thread of Connection ]
Rank: A :: Spiritual
Description: The user will hold a removed limb to the point where it would connect and then manipulate threads in order to stitch it back into place. It should be noted that this reconnection process can be performed on anyone, and applied limbs do not necessarily have to be put back onto their original bodies. Although the stitch job is quick, the healing process will need some undisturbed time before full usage is regained. Healing process takes [4] posts.

Jouju no Omoi [ Realization of the Heart ]
Rank: S :: Spiritual
Description: The user releases a large amount of threads from all over their body, which will then converge and coil amongst one another, forming "spirits." These tangled masses will simultaneously be given one of the user's spare hearts, causing them to assume forms of the user's desire (typically monstrous or semi-organic shapes). These "spirits" are capable of using all techniques attached to the hearts that they are composed of. It is very important that the user realizes the risks of this technique: although the "spirits" will not be destroyed if their bodies are tarnished, they are composed of threads and held together by hearts, meaning the user will not have access to those hearts’ abilities while they’re forming a “spirit”. It should also be noted that any number of "spirits" can converge on one another, forming a single body with multiple chakra elements.

Sōma no Kō [ Attack of an Evil Spirit Pair ]
We’ll Turn You Inside Out

___Background:
___A bizarre ability that developed in a clan known for having twins. One generation, a child was born conjoined to their twin, and from their developed abilities that only they could use. Splitting and rejoining at a cellular level was the calling card of this malignant ability, allowing both conjoined twins to move about freely or inhabit others’ bodies as they wished. Eventually this ability became the main focus of the clan, turning it into what it is today.

___Traits:
All members of the clan are born with a twin. The twins join at birth and can switch dominance at any time.
The twin is not considered separate in terms of Jutsu known, elemental affinities, Stamina and Chakra pools. It is, however, regarded as a separate person during combat.
If either twin dies, the remaining person loses all access to clan Jutsu.
Verbal communication is still necessary even when the twins are attached. If one twin thinks or perceives something, the other does not necessarily know of it.
The twin that is in control of the body is considered active. Only one twin may control the body at a time. The other twin is effectively asleep.
Clan members are considered to be fully trained in Korabo Ninjutsu up to their rank with their twin.
Adaptive DNA: Members of this clan gain [ 80 ] extra Chakra OR Stamina. Unless otherwise stated, all clan techniques can be paid for with either Chakra OR Stamina.

___Special Ability:
Sōma no Kō [ Attack of the Twin Demons ]
Description: The technique allows the twoms to merge their bodies using their kekkei genkai. Typically, one is primarily dormant while joined while the other remains awake. The dormant twin’s head is typically visible as it protrudes from the back of the neck. The dormant twin can manifest their body parts alongside the dominant one’s at will. Merging or unmerging costs [ 20 ] Chakra and takes a full post. Switching who controls the body takes just as long, but only [ 10 ] Chakra.
Training Time: 5 posts.

Advanced Evolution
Description: Applying their abilities to move around their DNA, the user can gain a permanent, non-transferable resistance to a type of chakra. Each Body Rank gives 2 ranks of resistance starting at E-Rank for a total of 14 at S+Rank. Each element only has 6 available ranks that are able to be blocked, starting from E and ending with S.
Available Chakra Types: Inton (Yin), Youton (Yang), Doton, Fuuton, Katon, Suiton, Raiton, Genjutsu (per type), Taijutsu (simple, complex, or spiritual), Bukijutsu (simple, complex, or spiritual), advanced elemental natures, Onmyouton, Eisei, Kugutsu.

___Techniques:
Kao Utsushi no Jutsu [ Face Copying Technique ]
Rank: D
Description: The user looks at a person to copy their appearance. It is a flawless Transformation Technique; the copied person's family would not tell the difference and ninken would not smell a different scent. Though the user copies the person's face and body, they can't use their techniques or unique abilities and they are also very weak to attack. In order to copy an appearance, the user needs to wear a special mask and stay close to the target for a long time. When the technique starts, the user's eyes start to glow. The transformation lasts for only a few days. Requires 3 posts to be able to permanently copy someone's physical appearance, scent, and DNA. Can use for 3 days at a time, after which the user will have to rest and recuperate for an equal amount of time. Maximum of 2 sets can be stored.

Tarenkyaku [ Multiple Connected Feet ]

Description: The dormant twin’s legs attack alongside the dominant one’s for 1 post. Taijutsu strikes with this technique are treated as landing three times if they hit, with no associated cost increase, but also without any descriptive increases to any of the strikes. Does not augment the actual power of the technique.

Description: Through advanced training of their DNA abilties, Sōma no Kō are able to do several genetic shifts, all applicable at the B-ranked expenditure per shift wanted: hardening of the skin (collagen, elastin, hair, etc), enhancement of the white blood cells (cuts off medium poisons, virals, baterials, and diseases), regeneration (as large as a single finger), movement of internal organs, or the strengthening of the skeletal structure. Changes last for 8 posts.

Description: The twins kick with all their legs to generate a powerful whirlwind, knocking away projectiles.


Bunretsu no Jutsu [ Fission Technique ]
Rank: A
Description: This technique allows the user to literally split their own body into two identical yet entirely independent duplicates of themselves. Unlike Clone Techniques that only appear to be similar, this ability is instead a physical separation and so does not require hand seals to activate. This also means that even if one is incapacitated, the other remains completely unaffected, and as neither can truly be regarded as the original, the duplicates cannot be dispelled like normal clones. However, while split, the user’s Chakra and Stamina pools are halved, as well as their passive descriptive increases. The maximum amount that the user of this clan can do is 1 level of splitting. Counting the twin, this would mean that a total of 4 people are possible. Seals all other bloodline abilities until the bodies recombine.

Kisei Kikai no Jutsu [ Parasite Demon Demolition Technique ]
Rank: S :: Spiritual
Description: A parasitic assassination technique. The user disassembles their body down to a cellular level and enters the enemy's flesh, gradually corroding their cells until death occurs. Any injuries the host body receives from other sources are also suffered by the user, leaving them susceptible to any of the host's suicide attempts. Entering or leaving a target’s body consumes all attack actions for the round. Requires a temporary increase of more than 100 Chakra in the Chakra pool, be it from Senjutsu, Curse Seal, Bijuu, etc. Must be paid for with Chakra.

Uzumaki Clan

___Background:
___The Uzumaki clan (うずまき一族, Uzumaki Ichizoku) was a prominent clan in Uzushiogakure. They were distant blood relatives of the Senju clan and as such, both were on good terms; an alliance that extended onto their hidden villages — Konohagakure and Uzushiogakure. The shinobi of Konoha integrated Uzushiogakure's symbol onto their uniforms and flak jackets as well as on the shoulders of their uniforms as a sign of friendship and goodwill between the two villages, and continue to do so to this day, in memory of their friendship even years after Uzushiogakure's destruction.
___Origininating from the Senju clan, the Uzumaki distinguished themselves from their predecessors by becoming very knowledgable in the art of Fuinjutsu, and were both respected and feared worldwide because of their prodigous skill in it. Though noted to be cruel in their methods this lead to the destruction of Uzushiogakure, or land of whirlpools during the era of shinobi world wars. With the destruction of their homeland the Uzumaki fled their home land and scattered throughout the world and went into hiding.

___Traits:
The Uzumaki learn Ninjutsu one [1] post faster.
The Uzumaki have deep energy pools: +60 Chakra or +60 Stamina.
The Uzumaki have great life force, reducing all life-sapping effects to one-quarter their normal effects.
No restrictions on Fuuin, other than normal ninjutsu learning limits and rank learning limits.
Uzumaki generally have red or blonde hair, though this is not a requirement but a suggestion.
Both special abilities are considered pure Fuuinjutsu, and respond as such against applicable situations.
All Kitsunetsuki techniques are also considered Fuuinjutsu.
'Null' here indicates training at E-rank, and then requires retraining for higher ranks, unless otherwise noted.
While not recommended, it is possible to wear more than one mask at a time.
Wearing more than one mask at a time cuts all positive abilities of the mask by one rank, consecutively. (can reduce this to an additional mask or 1/2 rank, with a PA)

___Special Abilities:
Uzumaki Clan Mask Creation
Description: This ability allows the Uzumaki to create a mask inscribed with a single fuuinjutsu. If the Uzumaki were to wear said mask during combat the mask reduces the cost of the Fuuinjutsu inscribed on it by one [1] rank to a minimum of five [5] chakra. The mask also allows the Uzumaki to sustain the jutsu inscribed on the mask for the same chakra cost. Removing the mask removes the perks of the mask as it will only be active for as long as worn. Once created, the mask may be used by any shinobi; if it's stolen or given from the Uzumaki clan member, anyone is able to use it. Guard your creations well! The maximum rank of Fuuin able to be inscribed this way begins at E-Rank and increases by one rank every time this training is completed.
Training Time: 3 posts.

Kitsunetsuki [ Possession ]
Description: Another of the Uzumaki Clan's mask creations, they have been able to harness the raw power of captured entities and items. Targets captured with the mask are able to be drawn out by those wearing it, and for clan members that train, even more abilities are displayed. Possession takes three forms:
Manifestation: the objects or those contained within can have temporary spiritual bodies and limited abilities on their own.
Ascension: a merger between the wearer's body and whatever is contained in the mask, blending the abilities of both within the wearer (such as its agility, and your strength, etc.).
Replacement: completely switching out the wearer for the entity within the mask, allowing for the total ability usage of the sealed entity without harm to the user, but at the cost of reducing their own abilities. These forms tend to visually exhibit the user's chakra color and manifestation.
Donning a mask equips the user with all of the abilities, usable with the below Kitsunetsuki [ Possession ] tagged techniques. Those not of the clan will be able to learn Manifestation on their own, if they happen to receive a mask. All innate abilities of those trapped within a mask have their ranks sealed away to lower levels until the user trains this technique to the proper level. Reaching said levels enables the masked to reach higher and higher ranks, until their natural stats and abilities are fully unlocked. (i.e. An innate B-rank soft physical ability is only E-rank when this technique is first trained, etc.) Manifestation, Ascension, and Replacement techniques are listed below for separate descriptions. The maximum rank of abilities able to be accessed this way begins at E-Rank and increases by one rank every time this training is completed.

___Techniques:
Eiseikamu [ Heal Bite ]
Rank: Null :: Spiritual (Trained at S rank)
Description: By allowing someone to bite them and consume their Chakra, the user restores Chakra and vitality to another person, even healing life-threatening injuries. This technique drains the user of double the rank of the wound in Chakra. Takes no handsigns, and can be activated involuntarily.

Kemono Fuuin no Jutsu [ Beast Sealing Technique ]
Rank: Null :: Spiritual
Description: After planting his or her hands on the ground, the user activates the technique. Chains made of Chakra rise up and bind the target completely, allowing more powerful seals to be placed on the creature with much less hassle. If used on a summoning at its rank, the summoned creature disappears. If used on a Bijuu, Human, or Monster, it remains bound until enough chakra or stamina is spent to overpower it. The technique also can come from the body as opposed to from the ground, leaving the Uzumaki's hands free to perform more jutsu, at the cost of a single rank in effectiveness. This is a great jutsu for setting up an absorption into a mask.

Kemono Fuuin: Kekkai [ Chakra Chains: Barrier ]
Rank: S :: Spiritual
Description: Using their chakra chains, the user can erect a barrier that is strong enough to prevent anyone or thing from entering or leaving the perimeter defined by the chains. The strength of the barrier is defined by the total amount of the user's Energy pool. This means adding one's current Chakra, Stamina, and any other sources of Chakra or Stamina (such as Sage Mode or Cursed Marks).

Shiki Fuujin [ Corpse Spirit Sealing Method ]
Rank: S+ :: Spiritual
Description: After calling forth the Shinigami (Death God) with the proper handseals, the user will hand over their soul in exchange for the Death God removing the soul from a target. The ultimate sacrificial jutsu, this technique can be used by a Kage Bunshin, but the Death God will still remove the original caster's soul. With the jutsu activated, a spectral form of the caster will appear in front of the Death God. The Death God will push his arm through this spectral body, and the arm will extend from the chest of the real caster. This forces the caster to be close or grasping the target. The arm will reach out into the body of the target, and draw their soul from their body. If the Death God is unable to remove the whole soul because of the near death of the caster, it can remove its knife and merely slice off a portion to consume, rendering the target’s corresponding body part dead and useless. The soul portion removed will then be sealed within the chest of the caster. Both the soul of the target and the caster will never pass into the afterlife. They will be condemned to suffer in the Death God's stomach for all eternity, locked in heated combat, never to escape. After initial casting, the user maximally has 5 of their own posts to grasp & hold onto the target. At the beginning of the 5th post or any time before, if they are in contact with at least one body part, the jutsu can and will take at minimum that one part's soul from the target. After, the user's entire soul is taken into the Shinigami as payment.

___Kitsunetsuki Techniques:
Kengen: Kahen Engun [ Manifestation: Variable Reinforcement ]
Rank: Null :: Spiritual
Description: Drawing out the spirit of the mask to a stable spiritual form, applied variable marbles are strengthened to a baseline of E-rank. When the chakra and/or stamina run out, the spiritual forms become ethereal and are immune to physical and chakra interactions with others, but also cannot cause harm. Training for each rank is allowed at one per title rank. Applications of chakra and/or stamina are possible, and do not diffuse at the end of the post. Instead, it diffuses regularly upon opposing chakra/stamina conflict resolutions. The marbles 'burn out' after the final conflict resolution, requiring an Infusion Artificer to repair them from their near-scratch condition.

Sokui: Seiki [ Ascension: True Character ]
Rank: Null :: Spiritual
Description: Drawing out the spirit of the mask to a stable spiritual form, one infuses it into their body, taking on one property or characteristic per trained rank. If the object or entity has more properties than seven, the remaining are all unlocked at the highest rank. Properties can include such things as being as hard as steel, as regenerative as a bijuu, or even more subtle things such as being as light as a feather, or as shining as a beacon of light! Training for each rank is allowed at one per title rank. Applications of chakra and/or stamina are possible, and do not diffuse at the end of the post. Instead, it diffuses regularly upon opposing chakra/stamina conflict resolutions. Does not actually alter the user's form into that of pure steel, beams of pure light, et cetera.

Kirikae: Bakemono [ Replacement: Monster ]
Rank: Null :: Spiritual
Description: Drawing out the spirit of the mask to a stable physcial form, one inserts their physical body into the mask, replacing it completely. More useful with living, non-monstrous entities, epic levels of stealth can be achieved with simple animals, as the user's original chakra presence is diminished to match that of the replacement. All stats, abilities, and properties are unlocked from the get-go, but function maximally at the rank cast, while one's own class effects, disciplines, abilities, et cetera are diminished to nothing. Training for each rank is allowed at one per title rank. Applications of chakra and/or stamina are possible, and do not diffuse at the end of the post. Instead, it diffuses regularly upon opposing chakra/stamina conflict resolutions. Each rank above E additionally acts as a separate reserve barrier to prevent accidental Replacement cancels, due to opposing chakra/stamina conflict resolutions. (i.e. D-ranks canceled become an E-rank, E-ranks completely cancel) Proper hand sign usage is not possible in other forms, thus limiting the offensive capabilities.

Kirikae: Seikitai [ Replacement: Astral Body ]
Rank: A :: Spiritual
Description: It is possible to insert one's own body into a mask, while leaving the mind and spirit outside. Devoid of weight, physicality, and other such nuances, the user is free to fly about and cause mischief. This is not without worry, though, as drainage of any chakra or stamina causes great debilitating pain, and a complete negation of the pool is easier to do without a physical form. Without a physical body, jutsu usage is also useless, though the user is allowed to will their body back and end the technique through recasting. (if the mask is nearby) The user is able to interact physically with objects in a very simple manner, such as pushing, pulling, poking, et cetera, for a C-rank amount. Does not diffuse at the end of the post. Instead, automatic deductions occur to offset opposing chakra/stamina conflict resolutions. While in this state, Genjutsu reigns supreme upon the user, as there is no way to get out from them. The number of Genjutsu also stacks upon the user while they are using this, potentially infinitely. Leaving the physical mask behind--to play about--is a good way to have someone forever steal your body: Without the mask, chakra and stamina recovery is impossible. (as well as living!)

Kengen: Reikon no Fumetsu [ Manifestation: Immortality of the Soul ]
Rank: A :: Spiritual
Description: It is possible to insert one's very own mind and soul into a mask. Doing so lets one call upon themselves to form unimaginable weapons, items, or entities in spiritual form. Without weight, but with potential chakra/stamina forms, the body is able to wield even a forty foot spiritual staff as if it were nothing. Leaves the body as an empty husk if the mask is taken off, but the user is able to recall their mind and soul back to the body if the mask is reattached. Does not diffuse at the end of the post. Instead, automatic deductions occur to offset opposing chakra/stamina conflict resolutions. Due to the body's lack of mind, it is not able to be placed under Genjutsu, but illusion techniques will instead render it unable to use any same ranked techniques until the mind and soul return to the body.

Sokui: Futatsukokoro [ Ascension: Of the Two Minds ]
Rank: A :: Spiritual
Description: Normally, the minds between the user and the one trapped within the mask are kept far, far apart. Performing this technique merges the both of them, the memories, the personalities, the very cores of their mental beings. Doing so upon inanimate objects reveals their entire history as personal memories, and supplements the emotions towards their former owners (and those who acted around or with them) as if the object is now alive in the user's flesh and blood. Does not diffuse at the end of the post. Taking the mask off does not stop the technique, as it must be willfully stopped by the user while wearing it.

Kirikae: Sakasama [ Replacement: Inversion ]
Rank: S :: Spiritual
Description: This technique completely replaces the user with that of the masked, though whatever lays within will always then be equipped with the mask. (now containing the user) Usable mainly as a last resort, as it is not possible to return control without the help of another. Control can only be reestablished by either the previously contained being annihilated (but not the mask), or another Uzumaki casting this technique on the previously contained (or the mask). Is most useful against other Uzumaki, or those who have stolen and are now using, a mask, but instances of self casting have been recorded in history. This technique is not written on a mask, but emanates as ethereal script flowing from one's hand seal, along solids or liquids, to the targeted mask. Masks created by the user shut down on sight of said ethereal script.

Kengen: Zenseiryoku Heisa [ Manifestation: Forceful Closure ]
Rank: S :: Spiritual
Description: This technique was designed by the clan heads to shut down misfires and illegal usage of their property. They had realized that their abilities being placed within an object was more than some could handle, and thus this jutsu was born. Manifestations forcefully closed have their spiritual forms destabilized before evaporating, with the written Fuuin upon the mask being visibly locked. The mask can be unlocked with another of this same cast. Is most useful against other Uzumaki, or those who have stolen and are now using, a mask, but instances of self casting have been recorded in history. This technique is not written on a mask, but emanates as ethereal script flowing from one's hand seal, along solids or liquids, to the targeted mask. Masks created by the user shut down on sight of said ethereal script.

Sokui: Reiniku o Wakareru [ Ascension: Separation of Mind, Body, & Spirit ]
Rank: S :: Spiritual
Description: A specific countermeasure against Ascensions, this technique pulls apart all minds, bodies, and spirits within an affected and masked individual. Those pulled apart into their separate pieces take one post to merge with the next piece and so on, enabling enough time for the user to pull the mask off of the target's stilled body before they regain control. The masked part is also subject to this, but within the confines of their own fuuin's space. Is most useful against other Uzumaki, or those who have stolen and are now using a mask, but instances of self-casting have been recorded in history. This technique is not written on a mask, but emanates as ethereal script flowing from one's hand seal, along solids or liquids, to the targeted mask.

Shiki Fūjin: Kai [ Dead Demon Consuming Seal: Release ]
Rank: S :: Spiritual
Description: This technique involves invoking the Shinigami using a mask from the Uzumaki Clan's Mask Storage Temple. From there, the summoner is possessed by the Shinigami allowing them control over it, they can then force it to cut its own stomach resulting in the release of the souls sealed inside. Due to the possession however, the same damage will reflect on the invoker's own body. After the souls are released, however, persons are free to do as they please with the souls. Orochimaru used this technique to free the souls of the Hokage along with that of his arms and then reincarnate them. Requires Shiki Fūjin to be learned, as well as the normal Kitsunetsuki rank. Souls released are only souls that the Shinigami has accumulated.
