LearningIt has been two days since momma brought me home to her large house and shop building place on the edge of the center of town. She told me several things that I can not completely remember, but I have found out several things on my own so far. One of these things is to not touch metal when it's glowing, or as momma calls it; "red hot", because it hurts and now my left hand is covered in bandages because I burned myself on the stove.
I also learned that if I keep my room clean, Momma gives me a cookie after I finish my lunch! I wonder what else I can do to get a cookie...
Momma also has good hearing, she can hear me trying to sneak into her workshop area to watch her work with the shiny metal. She told me "You aint a little sneak! Go out and play in the courtyard, hun.".
Momma did say shes gonna take me out to the park one day soon, I guess shes still sleepy from her trip back from Venice. [//A simple slight-of-hand, a petit prestidigitation. A modicum of magic from me...

Anox and GreenhairStarting Post: [ XXX]||Ending Post: [ XXX]||Post Count: 27 Professor Pseudonymous Aderyn sighed softly as she held the small boys hand, having kept him 'locked in the house' for the past two days as she herself worked on regaining sleep and recovering from jetlag from her trip back from Venice. She felt bad for keeping Giovanni in the house, aside from going out to buy a fresh batch of groceries, but she had put it in her own mind and the boys mind that it was the best for both of them. Looking down to her 'son' of sorts, Aderyn smiled, "Happy that you're finally out of the house, Gio?" She asked softly.
Giovanni nodded with a cheery smile, "Uh-huh!" he said happily as he swung his and his mothers arm about in excitement. He was overjoyed to be going to the playground, even if he was going to the 'little kids' playground.
Picking her son up and carrying him so he was resting against her hip, Aderyn opened the little gate that separated the big kids playground from the little kids playground. Once inside, she set Giovanni down and knelt down to get to eye level with him, "Now play nice, okay sweety?"
The boy just smiles, "I will, Momma." he says with a cute smile before toddling off and up the play set which was a rather large one for the smaller kids, but it was on a soft, padded surface so if they fell, it wouldn't hurt as bad.
Watching Giovanni run off, she smiled and sighed under her breath before walking over to the nearest bench and sitting down, not wanting to stray too far if she was needed. Gizmo_Chan Theo had decided to bring Anox to the playground, maybe the boy could get some younger friends to play with... Trebble was the youngest in the house, and at 17, he was really more focused on his lover than on playing with the boy. He had Anox preched on his shoulders as he made his way into the fenced in area.Anox looked around timidly, he was a bit confused as to where they were. Really he was a quiet, 'keeps to himself' kind of kid, and playgrounds seemed like a lot of interacting to him. He clung to Theo's hair desperately, "Papa... Do i really have to play with other kids?""Well... No, i suppose you don't. There is pleanty you can do in your own, Anox..." Theo purrs soothingly, pulling the boy off his shoulders and setting him on his feet. "If you ever want to go on home, just come and tell me, okay?" he smiles softly down at the boy."Okay Papa..." He smiles back and turns, wandering off to climb on the jungle gym. Professor Pseudonymous It took Aderyn a few seconds to look back, she had been staring off at some of the metal work of the fence, frowning at it because she knew she could do a better job than these horrible and rusty fence posts, before she looked back at the entrance and saw her neighbor and friend. "Theo!" Aderyn shouts, quickly running over to him, "What're you doing here?" Meanwhile, on the junglegym ..or well under it, Giovanni was playing in the dirt that was under it, looking for hidden items. He had this feeling that other kids would hide things under here and expect others to not dig them up.Gizmo_Chan Theo jumps slightly, turning to smile at his friend, "Well, hi! I came so that Anox could get some fresh air... He was looking a little bored."Anox stops climbing to look down at the boy digging under the jungle gym, cocking his head a little bit as he clings to the ladder thing. Professor Pseudonymous "Anox..?" Aderyn asks, now looking confused. Had her friend actually gone through with the adoption?
Continuing to dig, the dark blue haired boy only stopped when he felt that eerie feeling that he was being watched. Slowly turning to look at the ladder, he flinched a little when he saw someone actually looking at him, his eyes wide in shock and mild fear. "W-what?"Gizmo_Chan "Yes... Look, hes over there." he says, smiling proudly, motioning with one hand to the boy clinging to the ladder.He gasps and squeaks, climbing up the ladder suddenly, looking down at him through the grate of the actual platform shyly. Professor Pseudonymous She smiles softly, putting a hand on her hip as she watches the boy scurry up to the platform, "He seems rather active...though I think he might've spotted Giovanni...I think hes trying to find 'treasure'." Aderyn laughs. Giovanni had a very confused face as he watched the other boy scurry about, which made him a little more curious about him. Putting the few shiny objects he had found in the dirt in his pants pocket, he made his way out from under the jungle gym and up ontop of it before sitting on the platform and smiling. "Im Giovanni, whos you?"Gizmo_Chan Theo smiles and nods, "Yeah, he is very active at home too... I just thought he would like to get out, and meet children his own age. Trebble is the closest to him, and you know how that boy is." he says, rolling his eyes and laughing.Anox squeaks again and scoots back, biting his lip cutely, "A-Anox..." he whispers, staring at the other boy, a little unsure of him still. Sleep Over!Starting Post: [ XXX]||Ending Post: [???]||Post Count: 13 as of Sat Mar 13, 2010 9:07 pm. Gizmo_Chan Anox was totally excited to have his friend over. When he had woken up from his nap, and was getting ready to take a bath, Papa had told him about the plan. He had almost hugged him... almost. Now, hair still damp from his bath, and in nice clean clothes, he waited. Sitting crosslegged on the couch, staring at the clock. He waned it to be 5:00 already, but he still had ten minutes!Theo watched the boy squirm out of the corner of his eye, smiling softly. He had never seen him this excited. He came close when he was showing the boy around the mansion, but now... Oh he looked about ready to burst with the excitement. Of course, he was excited as well, any chance to see Aderyn was a good day, and today he would see her twice! Oh, he could never tell her how he felt though... Guardians were supposed to stay with their own kind... The smile never faded from his face however, even as the clock inched closer to 5:00. Professor Pseudonymous Giovanni was being fussed over by his mother, who wanted to make sure that he had everything that he needed for the night. "Toothbrush?" "Got it momma.""Your journal?" "got it..""What about your pillow?" "Yes momma, can we go now?" Giovanni whined, pouting as he looked up at Aderyn, who sighed softly. She really had no reason to fuss seeing as he son would be one house over.. well one mansion over. Sighing softly, Aderyn nodded, "Yes, we can go." she whispers with a smile before standing up and grabbing Giovannis hand and taking him over to Theo's house--- No, his mansion. Knocking on the door, she waited for an answer. Gizmo_Chan Anox squirmed and whined, "Is it five o'clock yet Papa?" he coos, looking over at Theo.Theo shakes his head, "Nope, not for another... Five minutes Anox... They'll be here soon, don't worry." he chuckles. Anox sighs and pouts cutely. "But why isn't it five now?"Theo could only laugh. Though he perks up when he hears the knock at the door, "That must be them..." he smiles. Anox was up and out of his seat before Theo was done speaking. Running toward the door, "I gots it!" Professor Pseudonymous Aderyn continued to wait, though she blinked a few times when the door did finally open and she was 'greeted' by Anox, "I guess you couldn't wait." She laughs, though Giovanni drops his things and suddenly goes to hug the other boy, as if he hadn't seen him in years! Sadly, Gio had forgotten that Anox didn't like hugs. Gizmo_Chan Anox almost forgot his dislike of hugs as well, but as soon as the other boy has his arms around him he squeaks and wriggles, "No hugs! G-Gio~!" Theo appears in the door as well, laughing softly, "Hi... Come on in..." Professor Pseudonymous "But Anny!" Giovanni pouts, having already given Anox a 'pet name' while he kept his arms around the younger boy. He really wanted an answer to why Anox didn't like hugs, mainly because he himself loved hugs and he wanted to hug his friend.Aderyn was laughing quite a bit, "O-ohh man.. Tea time is Fun time!Starting Post: [ XXX]||Ending Post: [ xxx]||Post Count: 7 Professor Pseudonymous Unluckily, or luckily depending on what she was doing, for Aderyn, Giovanni had run off to have his own little adventure in the park while she was out buying base metals and supplies for new work. The blue-haired boy had spotted someone who had several shiny looking things on her wrists, so he ran off to follow her, wanting to snag one of the shiny objects. Looking around when he had ran into the park, he saw a sign with scribbling on it, though all he could read was 'tea' and 'party'. Walking over to the sign, Giovanni started to pick at whatever was holding it up because it had a slight sparkle to it.
Once he had managed to take the poster down, he toddled off to where he thought the strange girl had went, hiding behind a tree and peering out from behind it to see if he could spot her... and indeed he did!
Giovannis eyes went wide and he got on all fours, trying to keep quiet as he could as he crawled over, trying his best to be stealthy, which wasn't his forte. Eternal Aethella Andy had been wandering around the academy for over an hour before she realized wherever Rasiel had hidden, was obviously nowhere to be found. She sighed, giving up on the search to see if Rasiel was okay. She figured he'd go under a rock somewhere to sleep as he healed off what damage she had caused him earlier, but that since he was back to normal, there shouldn't be too many worries on anyone else getting hurt. She was in deep thought as she walked until a CRUNCH sound interrupted her thought process. Looking down, she had stepped on something. "What's this?" she muttered as she bent down to pick it up, it was a piece of paper. Pulling it to her face slowly, her eyebrow began to raise as her eyes scanned the words on the page. "A... tea... party?" she seemed baffled by the idea, not really sure what it was or meant. Her mind tried to piece together the words "tea", something she drank, and "party", something she had never experienced before. As odd as it sounded, it was at least intruiging. Lowering the paper from her face, her eyes caught sight of some people in the distance. It looked like the flyer had been posted not too far away from the place of party itself. Curious to find out what this whole 'tea party' thing was, she decided to walk over.
As she approached the group, she managed to look around and assess that it was a peculiar bunch of people, but not much stranger than she. Except for the snakes. Snakes were something she'd never seen before in real life, let alone being in someone's hair. No. Wait. The snakes were her hair! And with that, Andy blinked in amazement before shaking her head and looking away to look over the other children present. "Uhm.. Hello there. Is this the.. uhh.. 'Tea Party' thing described on this paper?" she asked, holding out the half-crumbled paper. Andy was oblivious to the ettiquette of friends and social whatnot. She would just have to wing it in the next few moments as she would attempt to learn what it is to have a tea party. [//A simple slight-of-hand, a petit prestidigitation. Hey momma...A soft sigh escaped the lips of the blue haired boy as he looked out the window that peered out onto the asphalt street just outside the house, watching the rain pitter patter on it's dark gray surface as well as the slick, shiny surface of the cars that happened to pass by. Letting out a quiet breath, Giovanni seemed to pout as he drew a frowny face on the fogged glass before it disappeared. The boy had grown tired of being alone on rainy days, though he really wasn't alone. He had grown tired of playing board games with his mother and reading the books that they had gotten from the childrens' section of the library. He continued to look out onto the dreary sight outside until a bright reddish brown umbrella caught his eye, or well the people below it. Under the safety of the large reddish brown umbrella were three beings. A mother and her two children, an older son and a slightly younger looking one. Giovanni knew what he wanted now. Quickly getting up and running off to his parental, the blue haired boy grinned with excitement as he bounced up and down to get the attention of his mother, who was making dinner at that time. "What is it, Giovanni?" Aderyn asked calmly as she continued to dice the carrots for the stew, knowing that a nice hearty stew would be the best bet for warming anyone up on a cold, rainy day. "I wanna brudder!" He shouted happily, continuing to bounce on the balls of his feet before spinning about. The chopping subsided as the boys mother slowly turned to look at him, rather shocked by the sudden announcement. "You..want a brother?" She asked softly, wondering if she had registered the word correctly. "Yes yes! I wanna brudder! I wanna brudder! I wanna brudder so I kin play wif him when Anox 'n the udders are at home!" Giovanni said cheerily as he toddled up to his mother and clung to her pant leg before looking up at her with the biggest puppydog eyes he could muster. Aderyn managed to smile weakly, setting down the knife before she leaned down to ruffle her sons hair with a soft sigh. "Gio... getting another child right now might not be the best idea. How about we get you a brother when you're older?" She asked in a soft tone, not wanting to upset the boy. Giovanni promptly responded to the answer by sticking out his tongue. "I dun wanna wait! I wanna brudder NOW!" He shouted and clung to his mothers pant leg even tighter, which got him a chuckle from her. Continuing to ruffle the boys hair, Aderyn soon sat down on the kitchen floor so she could be on eye level with the boy. "We can't get another kid right now.. not only does it take time to get one, it's a lot of work too. Once you're old enough to do some things on your own, We'll see about getting you a brother... or maybe even a sister, okay?" She replied sweetly, which coaxed a shy smile from her son before he nodded. "Okie momma.." He murmured before letting go of her pant leg and hugging her. "I wanna name 'em tho.." Double ScreenMomma took me out shopping today and got me a Nintendo DS and a copy of Soul Silver! I just started the game so I don't know my friend code... :'( but I promise to write it down when I get it!
My name was too long for the guys name, so it's 'Giovani'. Oh well.

Constructed AdventureStarting Post: [ XXX]||Ending Post: [ XXX]||Post Count: 17 Professor Pseudonymous 'Go outside and play, Gio, it's a nice day out and you could use some sun.' Were the words that Aderyn used to ger her bouncy little son out of the house while she worked on another set of super heated, sharp objects for a client. Giovanni did indeed go outside, but he wandered off quite a ways away from the house, more than a block further than his mother was expecting. Though the boy thought it'd be fun, to go on his own adventure without his mother chasing him about and making sure he was fine. Besides, what could go wrong?
A few blocks away from the shop, Giovanni stumbled onto the construction site of a new church that was being built right where the old one had stood before it had burned down. The blue haired boys eyes widened as he saw all the scaffolding, pipes, wood, and hundreds of other objects just thrown about the site. Luckily for him, it was a Sunday which meant that all the construction workers were at the other church a few blocks away for mass.
Grinning like the little demon he was, the boy walked around the fence before he spotted a hole in the fence that was just big enough for him to squeeze through and once he was on the other side, he started to meander about the site.
Oh this was going to be fun. Sunlit.rains Gavin knew 3 things. First that Mommy had told Edmund to watch him and Keiran while they played outside. Second, that he had entirely no intention of staying in the backyard with so many interesting things out there. Third was that Edmund absolutely loved his garden, and once he started on it he'd be paying no attention to himself or Keiran. He was good for a while, playing tag with Keiran. But he kept shooting sneaky glances in Edmund's direction. "Hey Kei." he sidled up to him and whispered close to his ear. "Wanna go 'splorin?"Keiran was new to the household. Having only been there for a few days. Already he knew that Gavin liked to "explore" things. Though he hadn't quite connected that this was in fact sometimes a horrible idea. He was absolutely delighted that Gavin wanted to include him on his adventure so he grinned widely and responded in a hushed tone. "Kay."He waited for his moment, and finally it came! Edmund was intently peering at an earthworm he had dug up in his garden. This was his chance! He grabbed Keiran's hand and went over to the gate with him to investigate the lock on it. Keian giggled softly as he did before Gavin shushed him. Gavin extended a little finger and poked the lock and hoped that it would open. He was in luck! It did! Through the gate he went with Keiran in tow.He had never been so far from the house unsupervised so between trying to careful not to fall he peered around with big red eyes. "Wow..." He would say to a passing tree. "Ohh" to a passing house. He had no idea where they were going but boy was he thrilled.Finally something caught Gavin's eye. It was a sign with big red letters. He couldn't read too well yet but he was learning. The only part of the sign that he could read was a word which he spelled out loud. "N....O....T....Tha word has NO innit." he informed Keiran who just needed with big eyes. The sign was hanging on a fence which surrounded a construction site. It certainly wasn't a place either should be going, but Gavin had read the magic word. No. He had to go in now he just had to! Shopping Spree!Starting Post: [ XXX]||Ending Post: [ XXX]||Post Count: 15 Yookami-kun It had been a full day since the twins had been picked up and being taken to get some clothes of there one. Unlike Yoo, neither Markus nor Victor had been prepared to welcome the twins into their home. For now Markus was taking the twins shopping for clothes while Yoo and Victor had some bonding. The moment Markus entered the large store, a super sale had just started and a crowd was rushing in. Panicking for his child, the long haired male pulled the twins into his arms and tried to squeeze rushed in. "So much of a panic but it's such too much of a good deal to pass up. Now I want you two to say close to momma ok?" Seeing them both nod, Markus went on to do what all the other mothers were doing. The two little metas held each others' hands while they made sure to say close to their, 'mother'. They were bored having to way but they knew it was much better to not make their mother panic just like on the first day they had arrived. Sighing they both looked around getting a bit scared at how some of the women were attacking that it even made Akira want to cry. Akito wasn't as scared at the crazy women but more angry that they were making his brother cry. Thinking it a bit through he knew that the best bet was to talk it over to Markus. "Momma, Akeyra cry." Before he could get Markus's attention he was pushed away along with Akira by a very plump woman.Professor Pseudonymous Even though Aderyn had thought that she had plenty of clothes for her son, but apparently she was wrong. During the month that she had had the boy, he ended up growing at a rate that was much faster than a human child, so he was quickly outgrowing his clothes.
"Well... at least now you can pick out your own clothes." She joked as she looked down at her son, who was wide eyed with amazement at the mall, though when the two stopped outside of a well known childrens clothing store, they just stood there.
"Looks busy.." Giovanni commented as he watched the adults and their own children rushing about the store.
"M-maybe we should try a different store.." Aderyn murmured, though she stopped whens he saw that two young boys had gotten pushed into the store and away from a man who looked to be their legal guardian. This wasn't good... Another Hunter!Starting Post: [ XXX]||Ending Post: [ XXX]||Post Count: 8 whirl_pool03 Anna sat on the bench quietly watching the children frolic with happines and adventure. This made anna smile but among these children she couldn't find her own. She quickly began to worry , then she saw him sitting alone in the sand box. She hoped that maybe someone would go talk to him and break his shy shell.Pietro sat in the sandbox barefoot and eye's shut. letting the warm minerals flow through his toes. The scents of the other children started to make him nervous. Taking deep breaths and trying to stay calm. "Pwease Dwon't G'wow!" Pietro said Rubbing his head back and forth as if it itched. Professor Pseudonymous It had been awhile since Aderyn had taken Giovanni to the park, so she figured today would be a good day seeing as the sky was nice and clear with a few clouds dotted here and there, a welcomed sigh of relief from the rain seeing as the poor girl was getting a little run thin from trying to keep the easily excited boy calm enough to not cause havoc within her shop.
"Now remember, Gio, if you get hurt, I'll be sitting on the bench. Okay?" She asked softly before ruffling her sons hair after seeing a happy smiled and a nod. "Go play now!" Aderyn smiled before gently pushing the boy off towards the playground, where he grinned like a fool and sprinted off to the sandbox.

An Eggcilent Eggcitement.Starting Post: [ XXX]||Ending Post: [???]||Post Count: ??? Professor Pseudonymous Aderyn had been sent a flier from the Academy about a week ago that told her about the event and when she told her son about it, he cheered and ran about happily, chittering and chattering like he had been given a cup of coffee and didn't calm down even during the week leading up to today. Laughing as she carried, yes CARRIED, Giovanni to the field where the event, she was trying her best to keep the child calm enough where he wouldn't get sick from all the excitement that was surging in his tiny body. Once at the edge of the field, Aderyn looked at the pick-nick table and then glanced to the field, though she wanted to make sure that this was the right place so she sat down at the table. Giovanni was still in her arms, struggling to be let go so he could run about and find things and maybe even take some... MA_Official Blaise smiled back and patted him on the head softly. "Okay then, you run along now. And if those mean eggs give you any more trouble, you just let me know! I'll be right over there." she spoke in her best motherly tone and then stood, letting the boy return to his egg hunt, having shown him how it works. She then made her way back to the picnic tables to sit down and noticed someone sitting there. A woman with a little boy in her arms that seemed more than eager to be released and run about. "Hello there, are you here for the egg hunt? There are baskets right over here and there are eggs scattered all over the field. I'll be the one watching the toddlers if you're worried about supervision." she explained, as she picked up a basket off of the nearby table and held it out for the little boy to grab. Chuck-E-Cheese Adventure!Starting Post: [ xxx]||Ending Post: [???]||Post Count: ??? Professor Pseudonymous Having been called only an hour prior, Aderyn sighed as she brought her excited little bundle of energy known as Giovanni to the Chuck-E-Cheeses that was a mile or two away from her house. Sighing as she was dragged out of the car and into the building by her son, she couldn't understand why she had to stay with him... she just wanted to sleep, but nope. No sleep for her. 'Guess thats what I get for taking on such a project...' Aderyn though to herself as she payed the cashier at the door so they could get in, each of them getting stamps on their hands before she saw her son run off into the play area, leaving her alone in the bright colored and high volume front of the store. Looking around, she spotted a few people that she recognized, more so Sun, the one who called her. So she decided to walk over and talk.
Meanwhile, once he had gotten out of his mothers arms, ran straight for the giant plastic tube setup that he thought would be a WONDERFUL practice area if he was going to escape from a place through the air vents or sewers. Super Sleepover Party! Starting Post: [ XXX]||Ending Post: [???]||Post Count: ??? Professor Pseudonymous [People allowed to post; Asu, Gizmo, Yookami, Sun.]It had been about a week since Easter and Giovanni had been bothering his mother to hold a sleep over for all the friends he had, he did indeed have quite a few! Not to mention, he had heard his friends were going to bring more friends, yay!
Helping his mother set up the den for the sleep over, where the two coffee tables had been filled with snacks, drinks and a few toys and dvds, the blue haired boy double checked the sleeping bags and made sure they had at least five extra just to make sure. Oh the excitable little boy was so excited. It was almost time for people to arrive, he could only hope it was going to go how he had dreamed it would go.
Aderyn and her son had set up their larger tent in the den and placed the sleeping bags inside and had the door open towards the TV which had a stack of Disney and Studio Ghibli movies ready to be played.
