My Childhood Soul Stone/Infant/Freshling Years
So about Brilla... She is forever attached at the hip to her best friend, Tuila. She's just kind of a goofy girl who doesn't really have a thought as to any direction in life just yet. Just goes with the flow. She's messy and a little on the lazy side, so she always tries to pawn chores and whatnot off on Tuila... who is really a bit of an enabler because she doesn't wanna deal with things.

So he might pick on her a bit for the messiness and want her to pick up. However, he is a bit of a charmer.. though he doesn't really mean to be? He's extremely nice to people and it might feel like he's flirting when he doesn't really mean to. He loves the company of people and generally would try to make her happy, no matter what. So he'd try to do whatever she wanted. Like... if she put make-up on him.. he might complain a little, but he'd just be glad she's having fun in the end.
I could totally see it looking like he's trying to get close to Tuila, even if he's not.
