It seemed as though their plushie army was increasing! Kiessi clung happily to their new prize, smiling up at the attendant who handed it to them.
Lorek mused, wondering if he might be as successful at this game as his big brother was. He wasn't so certain. Despite that, however, he drew in a deep breath and threw the ball really far! He was a bit surprised when he saw the lights flash, he had won a familiar!
Score! Rorie couldn't believe that he had scored a box of candy! How lucky was that?! He couldn't help but open it and take a bite of one. Oh man.. so yummy!
Syndri almost squealed when they received yet another plushie to add to their collection! They knew just where they were going to put it too. These kinds of events were always the best!
Sariya smiled when the two of them managed to win plushies from the next booth. It made her happy to see her daughter grin. It helped quell some of the fear she had for Sasori adjusting to the outside world. She was very proud that she could show her that not everything was bad outside of their home.
"Hey look Mommy~! We both got flutterbugs!" Sasori giggled as they held up their toy for their mother to examine. They wiggled the wings about, almost dancing happily where they stood.
What better sign was there that this was blessed by the Nine than to receive a coatl familiar?! Nyria was ecstatic at getting a new friend. She thanked the attendant and let the cute little snake coil up in her hair. She'd definitely take this little guy home and make sure it's life was comfortable.

Atoris looked down at the tiny little floating ducks and tried to carefully pluck one out of the water without getting his fur wet. It was an effort in futility, but he managed to do it with only getting a finger tip or two soaked. He waited patiently as the woman turned around to give him his prize, a cute little heart necklace. He smiled and thanked her, humming happily to himself.
Briena was more than content just snapping pictures. In fact, she hardly put the thing down, viewing the world through her lens. There was one little boy in particular who seemed to love the camera and kept bugging her about taking pictures of him. She couldn't help but acquiesce. The mother of the child finally tugged him away, but before he left he ran back to her and held up a plushie as thanks. She smiled gratefully, "I'll add it to my collection, thank you!" With that the kid hopped away merrily.
Sarren had waited in line patiently for what seemed like hours. He usually wasn't one to over exaggerate on details, but he couldn't help but be filled with boredom. So when he finally got to the front of the line he rejoiced and was very happy to find the girl hand him a bag of candy. Maybe he'd be able to find someone to share it with?
Akylan was examining a booth that was laced with all kinds of flower decorations when he felt his fingers glide against something soft. He pulled his hand back, musing when he saw a figure jump from the table to the ground. Standing in front of him was a jackalope! He grinned and stepped closer to the creature, offering it his hand to sniff. "Well... hello there cutie. I've never seen you around these parts before."
Meliae yawned softly. The day was getting later and she was thinking about her warm bed. Despite this, she made a promise to herself that she'd try to see the end of the festival, she heard there might be fireworks and she wanted desperately to see them since she never had before.

Odessa blinked several times when he caught on to her hesitation with the candy. Had she been that transparent? The thought made her blush ten times more than she ever thought she could. She could only hope he hadn't completely caught on to her. "Oh, no it's alright. The candies are kind of cute, yeah?" She tried her best to play it off as cool as she could, but she wasn't sure how much of her voice had actually cracked while speaking. Maybe it wasn't as noticeable to him as it was to her. She quickly popped the candy into her mouth as if to make a point, though she couldn't help but think it was cute that he was looking for a candy that made her feel a little more comfortable.
"It's okay, really." She gently touched his shoulder to get his attention. She could tell he was seeming even more nervous the more he looked through them, though she couldn't be completely certain as to why. Rather fortunately, or unfortunately, for Lazarus she hadn't heard the full extent of his statement, though she had caught the last word or two. She wanted desperately to know what he meant, but she felt it would be bad to prod as well. "So.. what else do you want to do while we're here?" She hoped changing the subject would help.

Kirella continued to walk around, her eyes scanning for any sign of possible danger for her little one. She sighed, letting out a breath as she sat down on a bench. At least it was getting warmer out.

Even though she was happy as anything, Hailey couldn't help feeling like people were staring at the two of them right now. The thought of others just watching them creeped her out some, so she began to pull away. Malachi seemed to protest some, but didn't stop her. With a grin as they were face to face now, Hailey gave a wink to him. "You're so screwed, you know that, Khai?~"
Malachi laughed at what she said. That was something he knew a very long time ago. Just smirking, he reached back and dug around in his backpack that he had brought with. Call it a preemptive move considering how much they always seemed to go home with. Then he found what he was looking for! Turning around, he held out a bouquet of dark blue flowers. "They remind me of you.. dark and beautiful. And by dark, I mean your personality and humor." he said laughing.

Just as the poor guy was really getting the chance to enjoy his candy, this ungodly screeching rang in his ears! It was loud and painful to hear! All the same, he and several others around looked to see what in the world had been the cause of such a noise! Tucking his things away, and gathering up his now anxious companion, Dodger began to walk around in search of what it could have been. It didn't take long to follow the sounds to another little bat that seemed to fly right into something, getting it's wing caught! "Poor thing..." Reaching up, he spoke softly to it as he worked to free it's wing. "Awwwno. You're hurt little guy. I think that maybe I should take you home with me."
Matty grinned widely as he was victorious in convincing Ryker to give up the fail moves that he had missed out on!. And they were at one of those ball games no less! His roomie did not disappoint at all as he tried but couldn't win for losing!... Save the fact that he ACTUALLY won a prize. "That was freakin' amazing, baby. Like.. hands down can not top that at all! Plus I got some great video of that while I was at it~" he bragged, holding up his phone with a wink. "That performance def earned you another prize, baby." he added on, tossing a cute little fluff bug plush Ryker's way with a wink.

Deciding that she needed to work of some calories of the candies that she had pigged out on a bit, Pawsa headed towards a spot she had noticed had a few different games. As she got closer, a good few of them seemed to be either throwing games, or something like that. She wasn't a big fan of throwing things. They didn't quite roll off her claws very well when she tried to. All the same, she decided to give one of them a shot anyways. Making sure her snakes were in a good spot, she took the first roll for skee ball. Needless to say it clipped the tip of her nails and jumped the game track...
Feeling antsy and anxious about being around those familiars that were giving him the actual creeps, Ezekiel decided it was time to go do something away from them for a few minutes. "I am going to play a game to give myself a little time to... deal with our new creatures. Just wait here for me and I'll be back soon, okay?"
Mai Tai nodded to Ezekiel. There was no point in her trying to say no or anything. She knew how he was, so she just let him head off to do what he wanted. After a few minutes, he came back and offered her a friendship ring. Smiling, she accepted and put it on.

Smiling happily as she began to play with her new friend, Callie began to wonder if they might belong to someone else. Oh goodness... she hoped it wasn't so. Not only did she not want to run into anyone else right now, but she'd be terribly sad if that was the case. She took a moment to look for a collar and tag, but there was none to be found. She was feeling slightly relieved, but didn't want to get herself too attached just yet in case someone came looking for it. In the mean time, she took up a cute little toy and began to play with the Vespercat.
Brilla burst out laughing as her friend was also beamed in the head by a random bat! "Ahhahaha! It's totally not, but you so had that coming to yah, Tui~" The Fallen grabbed up a bag of candies, snickering to herself in great amusement at her friend's type of luck. With a still gloating like expression, she popped a piece of candy in her mouth, then stuck her tongue out. "Nyeeeeh!"
Tuila huffed at her bestie. "I'mma 'bout to whack you upside the head if you don't knock that out, brat!" Of course, she was also pretty amused and snickered. And while her friend was distracted, she snitched a piece of candy.
