As her chicken of a boyfriend turned tail and began to run away, Hailey yelled out after him, laughing. "You chicken! Get back here!" She chased after him, laughing and giggling until she ran straight smack right into him! "Oof!" she left out as she fell backward on her backside. "Hey! What's the big idea, Khai?!" Her cheeks puffed up as she made an angry face at him.
Malachi stumbled forward a step or two as his girlfriend barreled right into him from behind. Laughing as he turned around, he held up two lockets. "I figured we could take some pictures and, y'know... put them in these?"

Feeling much happier and even somewhat at peace now, Dodger looked between the few little things he had picked up as well as the plushie he had sat down to make. Why he felt compelled to purple things that weren't something for him was beyond his comprehension, but he didn't question or go against it. Things happened for a reason and he believed that! He was especially excited about the little plaid jackalope plushie he had made. It was adorable! And even though he had been feelin' the purple vibe, he also grabbed up a bag of Sweethearts. It just seemed like the thing to do!
Matty was having far too much fun at the party with Ryker. He would always love coming to these things just for the fact that they met at one! He laughed as his cheek was poked, and playfully swatted back at the grimm's claws. "Hey you! Watch where you point those things~" he teased.
But as he stood there, taunting Ryker with the rose in his mouth, what happened next actually surprised him. The normally playful Ryker seemed to be possessed as he leaned in to take the rose by some sort of sexy, possessive beast. His heart fluttered in his chest and he gasped, giving up his hold on the rose. Straightening himself out, the goblin grinned widely, fanning himself. "My, my, my goodness. I think someone likes roses a little more than they let on~" he teased playfully again. But even though he said that, he was pretty sure it wasn't just the rose that Ryker was claiming... or was he just imagining things.
Chewing on his lip as he went through a quick inner debate, Matty grabbed up a bag of brownies. "I don't know about you, but I'm starving!" He wasn't exactly sure what in the world he was doing, but he didn't quite know how to deal with his feelings any other way than hiding them behind humor and food.

Even though she was thoroughly enjoying herself, Pawsa was finding herself terribly hungry now. She hadn't really eaten anything of substance all day. Just junk food here and there. There was temptation to head home or out to eat, but the party was still goooi-i-i-ing. Dang. "Okay!" she said as she grabbed up a bag of brownies. They weren't food food, but maybe they could tied her over just a bit longer. There wasn't much time left for the party and she didn't want to be lame and go home early just because she couldn't handle being hungry just a little while longer. Stomach growling, Her stuffed a piece of brownie in her face and chewed on it.
Things were slowly beginning to calm down at the party, and Ezekiel could tell that Mai Tai was seeming sleepier than usual with the way she kept rubbing her eyes and yawning. He laughed lightly as he escorted her to a seat. "You stay here, missy... I'll see if I can't find you something to drink to help wake you up!"
As her friend wandered to find something for her to drink, Mai Tai gave a sleepy smile. She was certainly ready for home again, but he wasn't. That was okay. As she looked around on the ground, there was an interesting rock and the colors made her think of Ezekiel. Picking it up, she waited until he got back to pass it to him. "For you." and wouldn't you know it, but he came back with a drink and a plushie for her.

Well, even if her tummy was really in the mood for food, Callie found herself quite distracted by plushies, plushies galore! True the neko had managed to get a good few of them now... more than she'd ever thought about having back home, but she was becoming quite enamored with the fluffy cute toys. Her new pet seemed particularly interested in one and she gave it a curious look. "Oh! Those are bats, right, Purrbaby?" she asked the Vespercat. When Purrbaby purred and rubbed up against it, Callie couldn't help picking the cute little plushie up. "I think maybe we should give this one a home." and with a smile, she nodded as she agreed with herself on the decision.
Feeling quite sour at the moment, Brilla had her arms crossed over her chest as she glared at her bestie. "You're still evil, you know that?" she reiterated only about a minute later than she had before. Just to torment Tuila, Brilla grabbed up a bat plushie and threw it at her head. "HA! Take that you turd!" she beamed proudly as she hit her mark... right to the forehead!
"GAH! Stop being so childish, Bri! You started it, you know!" She glared right back at her bestie, only for it to be cut short as another gosh dang bat came crashing down! "Oh my gosh!" the nixie shrieked. "What is wrong with these things?!"
Spending a little more time with the table of bracelets and whatnot, Tricia found herself in a slightly better mood. She could have spent forever around all the accessories if she could. She loved them. It was pretty damn obvious to anyone who'd look at the elf. Deciding she was done perusing the table and it's 'treasures' -- as the nightmare standing at it called them -- Tricia decided to go elsewhere. It was pretty irritating to hear the ol' bat ramble on about stuff she didn't really give two fluffbugs about. Sighing, She snitched up a purple plushie and tossed it up in the air, catching it as it fell back down again.
Kara hoped that Odessa was having a good time. She wanted to see what was going on but figured that it was best if she stayed out. She knew Odessa would tell her eventually, the girl did like spilling things to Kara, after all. Still, it was kind of lonely being out here on her own, maybe she'd go back to the dorms soon.
Anara mused when another freshling ran up and handed her a small bracelet. She frowned, tilting her head to one side as the kid ran off.
Kiessi couldn't help but wonder at this point if his mother was getting tired of their room being stuffed with toys, but seeing the smile on his brother's face he couldn't help but decide to not worry about it.
Lorek was still surprised at all the plushies they had won! Maybe this whole school thing wouldn't be as bad as he thought it would be, especially since Kiessi would be there!
Rorie found himself in front of a stand of flowers. It made him muse, his head shaking a bit as he couldn't really decide if he wanted to pick one up. What would she think if he really gave it to her..? He frowned, musing as he just picked one up as quickly as he could so that he could get out of there. He didn't like the feelings he was getting, maybe this festival was cursed or something!

Sariya had managed to find the two of them some good snacks before finding a good place to watch the fireworks. They managed to get a good spot on the grass. Sariya pulled Sasori into her arms as they stared up at the night sky, counting stars.
Sasori happily nibbled on some sweets as they snuggled into their mother's arms. They weren't so sure about what a firework was, exactly, but their mother assured them it was bright and colorful which definitely sounded like things they'd like!
It had taken Nyria a moment or two to realize that the wisp had been following her. She loved the way it floated around her and she couldn't help but want to keep it!
