Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form ((OOC: GO BACK TO SLEEP)) Name: Otto Graves Division: Death Status: Intermediate Mission ranking: - External Mission for external missions Status of mission: Failed Additional points of extreme importance: "Red" came back. Hunters turned into weapon/monster hybrids and died-ish. Red took away my weapon with magic vial. Red killed severely mauled Caelius. Lots of trances happened. Don't remember what was real or fake. Commendations or warnings: I might have freaked out and abandoned team mates during a trance. Unless that part was also a trance. I agree that by signing this, all information above is accurate and can be used for or against me: Otto Graves

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form ((OOC: Go Back to Sleep)) Name: Victoria Straka Division: Life Status: Intermediate Mission ranking: External Status of mission: A Failure. Went to go investigate and study insanity within the haunted house. It would seem that both Hunters and Students could be effected by insanity as students turned into insanity creatures along with some of them turning into fake hunters and two hunters turning into insanity creatures and a creature named Red came back.
Mostly fought against the creature Red as I wasn’t near to the Hunters turned creatures to follow those orders.
Additional points of extreme importance: Insanity is really dangerous now that it can effect us Hunters. Commendations or warnings: Sherry and Jake were great to work with but lost them in the fog when fighting Red. I agree that by signing this, all information above is accurate and can be used for or against me: Victoria Straka

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form Hunter Group Name: Melvin M. Wood Division: LIfe Status: Trainee Mission ranking: - External Mission for external missions Status of mission: Success in finding suspicious behavior, failure at not engaging and then not winning the final battle. During our patrolling, the fog separated me from my group and then went through a series of illusions similar to the horsemen rescue mission. However, these trances were less like jokes making fun of us but more like a series of confusing scenes involving family and friends. At the end I was presented with a door that lead to a great canyon. It could be that they wanted me there by giving me a way out through the trance directly to a specific area as a trap as there was a mass of Halloween Creatures assembled with a giant dragon beast. Engaged the beast as other shadow beasts from the Haunted House came to aid them. A state of confusion happened as I noticed hunters both firing at the target named Red and then at other hunters (Do not know if hunters were confused or under the effects of Insanity).
The beast then turned into a woman who then threw up a shield. She was then surrounded by the assembled Halloween citizens to protect her. Worked to break down shield and returning to attacking Red. Otto Graves had been attacked and used runic bandages and defended as said hunter's weapon was turned into a tablet. Defended till hunter could find safety before resuming attack.
Our weapons then turned into tablets, Red attacked Caelius, then opened a portal to allow us to escape - possibly to deliver a message to others rather than wipe out our entire group.
Additional points of extreme importance: Extremely important details go here Commendations or warnings: Warning on trances in the Haunted House that could possibly trap someone if not able to find escape (in this case a Red Door). Insanity also seemed to affect many hunters during battle. Commendations to William Reid, Jerry Collins, and Otto Graves for sticking to attacking the target Red and delivering a great deal of damage. Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form [[ haunted house...stuff that she didn't attend! ]] Name: Clerise Wilson Division: Life Status: Intermediate Mission ranking: n/a Status of mission: Failure Additional points of extreme importance: Extremely important details go here Commendations or warnings: Did not attend mission due to ingestion of pendant and medical complications that arose. Leave authorised by Dr. Stephen.
From the information I gathered from the aftermath, a hunter seemed to be deceased. a few hunters were in shaken up states about it, mentally unstable. Later recovered and recouped after discovering that the hunter they thought was dead had survived.
On the whole, the losses were grievous but not unrecoverable. Traineees will be able to recover.
Unsure on status of hunters turned to stone. Heard there were several.

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form [GO BACK TO SLEEP] Name: Roland V. Taft Division: Mist Status: Training Mission ranking: N/A Status of mission: Mission evolved over time, initial orders to investigate suspicious activity in the haunted house. Original orders where patrol around basecamp, series of un-explainable events caused me to be dragged into a central location with other hunters. Details where foggy. Unsure of what it was.
Next thing I recall, fellow hunters turned monster, and monsters turned fake hunters. A creature named "Red" became a focus of all factions. I did not attack or defend the ones turned. I saw Rep take out the one known previously to be Bix. I was attacked by a purple creature with tentacle limbs before the creature 'Red' turned my weapon to a tablet.
I left via the portal with the purple creature making threats about trying to keep me as a pet. It seemed to talk in my head with no mouth.
It possibly has a grudge. Commendations or warnings: A general warning, the house seemed to turn hunters against there own, it was not determined if this could be reversed before the order to attack our own was given. Strongly advice Life Labs to look into this encase of further situations as above could occur again? Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form ((OOC: Inverted Haunted House )) Name: Sherry Greyson Division: Life Status: Trainee Mission ranking: - External Mission Status of mission: Informative. While gathering information on the effects of insanity, it was discovered that insanity can affect hunters in very drastic ways. We were forced into retreat when our weapons reverted to tablet form. Additional points of extreme importance: Insanity in hunters starts out small and hardly noticeable, as there seem to be no outward signs until one is fully consumed. The voices are rather annoying. Commendations or warnings: None of notice. I agree that by signing this, all information above is accurate and can be used for or against me:

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form [[ POST-MISSION ORP - No place like home ]] Name: Nevada Burns Division: Mist Status: Trainee Mission ranking: n/a Status of mission: N/A Additional points of extreme importance: Punishment report. Written on behavior of defect's behavior after events.
Lex shows an apitude to recall information on the mission, going into details of all that progressed as well as mental states of himself and his party. When questioned about the other hunters defections after being in the haunted house, Small amounts of remorse were shown but a clear belivable assurance in orders of the higher up (Caelius) had kept Lex from acting out. Even so far as engaging former friends in combat on said orders, regardless of sentiments. When questioned about the actions transpiring the effects of Insanity, he gave a clear and informative briefing concerning the monster that is Red. There was no sentiment nor hesitation about orders concerning the Halloween monster and performed as he should.
Over all, after the questioning had ended, I strongly believe that Lex has stepped down from disillusionments concerning orders and those who ignore them. His debriefing was not only informative but thorough without any holes...nor was there any signs of infection of Insanity/FEAR . Thus, given a second chance, would perform as a excellent hunter to be.

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form ((No Place like Home / Go Back to Sleep)) Name: Alexei Jamil Division: Life Status: Trainee Mission ranking: External Mission Status of mission: Failure. Though able to collect samples of Insanity and collect information on it, we ended up being sucked into the Haunted House, where the Insanity played tricks on our mind. Ultimately we did not deal with the Insanity in a final way, and had our weapons locked for a short period of time due to Insanity exposure. Additional points of extreme importance: Hunters can become severely infected by Insanity, to the point of becoming Insanity abominations. Further investigation recommended. The creature known as "Red" needs to be dealt with soon; or avoided if Hunters are not properly equipped to deal with her. Commendations or warnings: Commendations go to all Hunters who followed orders to a T. I agree that by signing this, all information above is accurate and can be used for or against me:

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form [ Mad Man ] Name: Amalie Raine Division: Life Status: Intermediate Trainee Mission ranking: External Mission Status of mission: Failure. No data on missing writers or dolls found. There was a strange gas that seemed to cause ... illusionary effects, creating solid, hostile enemies. Hallucinogenic effects persist even after leaving the gaseous site. Additional points of extreme importance: Hallucinogenic effects persist even after leaving the gaseous site. Commendations or warnings: Gas seemed to come from the ground, watch for possibly unstable or irregular earth. Commendations to Eva and Lex for following orders. Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form ((Mad Man)) Name: Alexei Jamil Division: Life Status: Trainee Mission ranking: External Mission Status of mission: Failure - No information gathered about the missing writers. I stepped on what seemed to be a pressure plate, releasing hallucinogenic gasses into the air. The gasses created illusions that had the power to physically harm us. Additional points of extreme importance: Watch the ground at all times, take notice of any irregular patches of earth. Inquires into FEAR presence on the island is highly recommended. Commendations or warnings: Commendations to Ami Raine for thinking clearly in the midst of conflict and allowing Eva and I to escape while our shields were at a critical low. Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form [[ Mad Man ]] Name: Eva Valente Division: Death Status: Intermediate Trainee Mission ranking: External Mission Status of mission: Failure. After a cloud of hallucinogenic gas was released, we were seemingly attacked by illusions that could deal real damage to our Fear shields. We were forced to retreat before the circumstances became too dire, and were unable to gather any information about the missing writers. Additional points of extreme importance: Upon stepping on the gas-releasing triggers on the ground, there is first a cracking sound. Pay careful attention to the ground at all times. Commendations or warnings: Commendations to both Lex and Ami, both of whom remained collected despite the circumstances. Ami also provided a chance for Lex and I to escape when the situation became too dangerous for us. I agree that by signing this, all information above is accurate and can be used for or against me:

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form [[ haunted house...stuff that she didn't attend! ]] Name: Clerise Wilson Division: Life Status: Intermediate Mission ranking: n/a Status of mission: Failure Additional points of extreme importance: - The Halloween creature named Red was there. Race: werewolf. In a fitting coat. - Large dragon covered in runes attacked the hunters. - Led to believe Red and the dragon were the same due to the shape shifting of the creature. - A strange amount of fog: some report that they were mind-sharing, but others did not share the effect. Conflicting reports lead me to believe that either 1. partially affected the group 2. some sort of psychadelic/fear effect that some were immune to. No conclusion, need additional data to compile results. - There were a lot of assailants, many hunters tasked with defending Caelius during this time - Bix and Ceres combined with their weapons. - Caelius informed the trainees to finish them off. - Defectors happened here: direct orders were ignored. - A number of hunters-- those that are now being punished-- defended their friends, who became abominations. Threats to be taken out. - Rep finished Bix, another unidentified finished Ceres. - In the future, the hunters that defected need to OBEY ORDERS AT ALL COSTS. It is necessary to the stability of the organization, and crucial to the survival of humanity as a whole.
Commendations or warnings: Replacing the report of Dakota Rainstar, per Caelius' punishment.

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form ((OOC: Go back to sleep + No Place like Home)) Name: Ariane Brown Division: Death Status: Intermediate Mission ranking: External Status of mission: Failure; hunters retreated to base after defeat. Additional points of extreme importance: This is a rewritten report for myself, Ariane Brown, who had been marked as a deflect for deliberately ignoring direct orders. - The Haunted House was filled with Insanity fog, similar to the fog that covered the island after the destruction of the Horsemen Isle; however, this Insanity fog caused hallucinations. - Red, defeated a year ago in the Haunted House, appeared to be alive, and not in her insanity-monster form. - The Insanity affected Bix dissipated after being defeated by a hunter, but the Insanity affected Ceres dissipated on her own after a period of time. - Those who deflected were affected by Insanity, and could hear each other's thoughts as well as thoughts of 'home'; their actions might had been a result of Insanity, which had impaired their judgement, and led to them disobeying direct orders from their superior. -- Such defiance will not happen again. Commendations or warnings: N/A I agree that by signing this, all information above is accurate and can be used for or against me: Ariane Brown

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form [ Leave the Lights On ] Name: Amalie Raine Division: Life Status: Intermediate Trainee Mission ranking: External Mission Status of mission: Success. Gaseous figures persisted, but the wind carried it away, and the gas seemed to stop erupting from the ground. Island seemed to return to normal after gas was gone. Additional points of extreme importance: Gas seems to be a point-source emission. It might be possible to remove the source of the gas altogether. Commendations or warnings: Once again, gas seemed to come from the ground, watch for possibly unstable or irregular earth. Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form Mission Name: Sasha Belrose Division: Life Status: Intermediate Mission ranking: External Mission. Status of mission: Success. Gas erupted from the ground when triggered. It seemed to have a sort of hallucinogenic property, and made it difficult to see. Additional points of extreme importance: Hallucinogens were very strong, and would be worth investigating further. Commendations or warnings: Both Ami and Wilson were very prepared for the mission, and I have no issue with either of them. As for the area itself, I would be careful of the ground. If we could take samples I think there would be much to learn in hallucinogenic warfare, as it seems a favorite method of attack.
