"Yeah, I'd love to play some games!" the little Fey said excitedly, looking in that direction. There were so many booths, and surely they were all fun! "I wonder what kind of prizes they have!" he said to Florence in a stage whisper, all sorts of trinkets and candies dancing in his vision.

Just when they were all about to leave though, Annie locked eyes with the familiar approaching them, dropping presents along the way. "Hi there!" Annie said as the Kidden began snuffling at his chest, and Mavis even delicately inspected the new arrival. "It's so cute!" the little daydream squealed, and he might have jumped up and down if his arms weren't already full. Addressing the familiar, he said, "Do you wanna come to the games with us?" He surveyed the expressions of his classmates, beaming.

"Well, that was a little strange.." Kara noted when she saw what happened. The caretaker seemed to take the kid's arm and usher them off afterwards. The kid really didn't seem all that happy about being drug around, but there wasn't a whole lot Kara could do about it. She shook her head, remembering what it was like to be a freshling and was thankful she was a lot older than that now.

"Yeah, it kind of was." Odessa agreed and turned, pointing at another game. "I think there are more plushies over there, if you want to try to win a couple?" The plushies were super adorable, even if there weren't that many for this festival.

Samara tried to picture a house with a yard so big that walking across it would take so long you might miss a festival. She honestly couldn't. What would one person need with so much space? Maybe he just lived out in the country or something. A few of the more reclusive families in her village had lived a couple miles on the outskirts of everything, and tended to only visit the main village a couple times a month.

"Books are a good way to pass time," she agreed. She didn't really have much experience with video games. "Pranks are too," she added, a very mischievous smile crossing her face. She certainly wasn't over a prank or two when she got bored, and had been considering doing as much until she'd found someone to talk to.

Samara had to chuckle at the confused look on the Elf's face when he got handed some candy by a freshling. "Must not have been a flavor he liked," she commented as she leaned forward to examine the bag. "They had all sorts of sweets out around the holidays. Hopefully we'll get a holiday where they serve some real food as well." She'd have never thought it possible, but there actually was a thing as too much candy.

"So what were you planning to do at the Ball? Just stay in the corner? No dancing or games," she asked, hoping she might be able to convince him to join her in some activities. Standing around all night would probably get boring, but doing stuff alone was equally unappealing.

She couldn't help but giggle childishly when she got the okay from Freddy to bring the adorable stuffed animal dancing with them. Oh and she was definitely going to dance with the little seal pup. It was so nice, she could be a complete dork around Freddy and she never felt weird about it, probably because she knew that he would probably think it was funny or agree. She tucked the seal pup under her arm and patted it gently on head.

"This seems like a good song to dance to, yeah! I will warn you, I don't normally dance in public. I usually dance around in my dorm because no one can see me and because I kind of suck at it. Are you suuuure that you want to be seen dancing with?" Before he could say anything she set the seal pup down on the table behind her and did a ridiculous little dance just to show him what he was in for. "That's what you're getting yourself into, still want to dance?" There was a person walking around with a little tray of drinks, she figured she'd grab one so they could split it and at least be hydrated as they embarrassed themselves in front of everyone.

"Of course," Laurel agreed! She finished off the rest of their drink, then set the empty cup on the table where it seemed like they were collecting them. "My plushie will have to come dancing with us since there's nowhere to really set him down," she commented, seeing a few other dancers also sporting flower bouquets and plushies while they danced. The alternative would be to set him down somewhere and hope he didn't get snatched up. One plushie shouldn't get in the way of dancing though.

Laurel took Flax's hand and led him onto the dance floor. The current number seemed to be a more high energy dance, but that suited Laurel just fine. She quickly found the beat, and started dancing with the flow of the music.
