By now, the trivia questions were elaborate enough that everyone had to pitch in, but that was okay--there were more and more prizes to go around. The next question got them two prizes each, with Xyla taking a book and an enormous stuffed Fennekit.
Sigrin took a break from the memory game for some hot cocoa from a nearby vendor.
Denidar was surprised when someone passed by handing out glow necklaces. He got a green one from them.
Amut was a little surprised when her next guess earned her the first stuffed animal she'd gotten in years. She picked out a gold boa and a green vespercat plushie.
Raniol took a gold bulb from the passerby and put it around his neck. It was nice to see yellow prizes!
Nkiruka, too, took a giant stuffed Fennekit--she could barely carry her prizes now! She also took some peppermint bark.
Mertle wiggled her toes as they worked on the gingerbread houses, lost in her task. Jack, however, was as unfocused as ever. He had been staring at a booth, glancing over at Mertle here and there before slipping away when she wasn't looking. When he returned he tapped her shoulder roughly, exposing a large stuffed animal. Mertle cocked her head to the side to look at him, hands instantly dropping gingerbread in favor of reaching out for the plush.
"Ooh wow! Where'd you get this? Did you win this?"

Jack let her pry the toy away, mildly amused it was almost her size. Carefully, he settled back into the seat beside her, eying his own house. He didn't want to finish it. Touching the icing was gross enough, he didn't feel like rubbing his hands over something you were supposed to eat later.
"It's for you." He mumbled, knocking over the two walls he had built earlier.

Vera was getting beyond frustrated. This was hard, and not fun. Void could stay lost for all she cared! Huffing softly, the little freshling jumped as something nibbled on her shoe. Oh. A flitterat, how cute. Gently, she dipped down, fingers spreading to allow the rat to scurry up her hand.

He frowned at Maple. Of course she got the familiar. Whatever. His arms folded, which seemed to be the perfect place for someone to try and lean forward and place a stuffed animal in. Minuet scowled, fighting instincts kicking in. He leaned forward, mouth parting to give a nasty bite when, instead, Maple swatted him with her hand. Hissing, he stepped backwards, the plushie falling to the ground as he sent Maple a hateful glower.

"Mo- Ava said no biting." She snipped quietly, head tossing to the side as Minuet's eyes narrowed. He was impossible to deal with! Minuet had claimed it was a 'monster', and Ava had swept that aside with a sympathetic smile. Maple? No. Maple was not happy.

Era's eyes raised to meet the eyes of a soft and pastel hallowed child, her hand raising to give a timid wave. The pastel child was being pulled by another hallowed child, who hadn't noticed the interaction. The pastel child raised her own free hand, wiggling her fingers in a soft greeting. Era's head raised to look up at Lita, unsure exactly what she was asking even when she tugged on Litla dress.

Era hadn't met someone of her own kind yet, and while Litla did her best to assure Era that she wasn't different, she knew that the child would need to meet others like her to truly feel that way. Gently, Litla pried Era's hands from hers, bending down to Era's level.
"Do you want to play with them?" She asked softly, smiling as Era nodded her head violently. Gently, she nudged Era forward with her hands, nodding towards the booth the two hallowed kids had run to. "I'll be right here, then. Go play."

Denidar and his siblings were ready to head back to their dorms now. They were heading back for the holiday early tomorrow morning, and they'd need to get things settled first, like their new pets. Deni was handed a lollipop and a stuffed toy (a fox) as they headed out, which he took with a murmur of gratitude.
Raniol also got a lollipop and a stuffed toy as he left.
Sigrin wandered over to a snowball throwing game where xe won a bucket of fake snowballs.
Amut was happy to win one last familiar on the last round of the guessing game, a monochrome fluffbug.
The end was in sight soon enough, and Xyla won one last prize from the trivia master blocking the exit. When the group answered the question correctly, there were prizes all around. But as Xyla had been the one to figure out the trickiest part of the question, a dubious double meaning, they let her take the grand prize: a green fluffbug.
Nkiruka was glad to have spent the day with these weirdo teenagers as she collected her last prize, a purple necklace. She put it around her neck and gently reminded her brother that the band's set was starting soon.

"Do you want to take it with you?" He asked, gesturing towards the actually well-made house. "Um.... can I come back... later for it?" "Yes! I'll put it to the side for now."
With that, Mertle nodded, running back to Jack to cling onto his sleeve once more.

Instantly, as if he was transformed, the grumpy teen smiled wide, gently petting the small creature. The rat nuzzled into the warm hand, shifting until it was soundly enveloped by his claws.

Cuileann was looking around for her little freshling friend she met here last year, the little blue imp. Tapping her chin she recalled that Karayas loved plushies and candy. Deciding her best bet of finding her was to go towards the middle of the booths/tents which is where most of the candy and plushie tables and booths were located to find her. Walking off she kept her eyes moving looking for that flash of almost all cyan blue.
Being the type that took his studies seriously, of course Lokni was back at it again taking readings constantly out in this weather. His notebook was filled with observations and readings in regards to the cold weather and how each race he was able to observe handled the coldness. He of course had already drank his sweet hot drink and was beginning to want another when it began to softly snow. Leaping up he ran in circles laughing like a freshling and thoroughly enjoying himself.
Karayas was beginning to feel overwhelmed with this festival, last year she had Cuileann to help her. She talked to her off and on during the school year but Cuil, as she called her, was busy with her studies and did not have alot of time to spend with her. Sitting down at the table near the candy booth she put her hands on her head and sighed.
Kayndie was flat out done with the festival when the snow began, she did not care for it one bit. Turning she headed back to her dorm room to warm up and be comfortable!
Iason was looking around when it began to snow, he laughed since he enjoyed all types of weather. Although in this type of weather made his past times and studies even harder but he did not mind. Others he knew thoroughly loved the weather and all that came with it. Who was he to judge what another student wanted to study? He slowly walked towards a large tent that had flames flickering inside, hoping that meant a nice cozy fire he walked to the opening and lifted the flap.
Kalek, shrieked when it began to snow. Laughing and shrieking he ran around in large circles til he couldnt anymore, falling on his backside he laid down on the cold ground and breathed. He was having fun and was happy this was the best festival ever!
Eberly looked around eagerly, this was his first festival here and he was excited to see what exactly the hooplah was all about. He over heard bits and pieces of conversation from the other students about the festival, some talked about the candy, others the prizes and games while others talked about the food and the hiding places to be alone with their SO. Eberly shook his head at that last one, he was not sure if he would ever find anyone who had everything he was looking for. ~sighing to himself~ He walked off towards the middle of the festival walkway when a booth with stockings caught his attention. Walking over he saw a sign saying"One stocking free per student, please use to carry your prizes in but not your familiars unless they want to be in there!" Eberly looked over the different stockings and chose one and walked off to find whatever adventures was in store for him

Yuki had every intention to shower her kids in as many trinkets possible. And she'd do that now. Kairi would love a plant, she was sure. 
Tomoe wasn't having this. This wasn't fun. You'd think after the previous festival he'd go with Maria and Neptune again, but nope. Poor choices were made, and he was left trembling by a food stand. This was a horrible idea.
Cyoti was lucky Kaleil didn't see him! Instead, the boy was focused on one thing; winning a certain trinket. Which he was able to do relatively quickly, thankfully. 
Now, if Minuet and Maple knew she was nearby and at times watching.... Boy, was she going to have lectures to give. Those two had a lot of growing up to do still.
Usually, one didn't go to festivals to try and pick up cuties. Daffodil, though? That was her whole interest. That, and her kids had wanted to come, so she had let them wander about, staying close in case they needed her.
Dust didn't care if Vera got lost. So.... why was she here, keeping an eye on the daughter she had basically pushed off onto her brother to raise? Maybe a part of her did care.... 
Tengu's entire purpose for going to the festival was simple; to get his nephews something. They were wee and he still needed to find a way to wiggle into their life, and presents? Presents were a good way. 
Cinnamon had wanted to come to the festival, which meant Kobato was close behind! Unfortunately, his fiancee wasn't able to come due to work, but that was okay! It meant some quality time between him and the cinnamon roll. 
While Chi had let Reimei wander off with Lilith, she wasn't about to just leave the two at the festival alone. She kept close behind them, watching the two fondly. She was lucky Lilith was willing to keep an eye on Reimei! It kept her worries at bay. 
Willow hadn't taken Lapis with him this time. She hadn't wanted to come, and he had decided only to go solely because he knew locking yourself in a room forever was stupid. Might as well get some fresh air....
