Melisara grinned at Deni. "How many plants ya got now?" she asked as she won a red boa.
Denidar threw another beanbag and won another potted plant. He held it up. "Two now!"
Raniol nodded. "Ah think we need at least three," he said jokingly. His next toss won him some peppermint bark to nibble on.
Sound Lee was about ready to go back to the dorms if Aura was--there were just so many people here. But there were still prizes to win, and shortly afterwards Lee won a blue bulb necklace and a stuffed seal at the duck game.
Sigrin had noticed a lot of wearable items among the prizes and xey were determined to win as many as possible. Xeir next match won them a black boa.
Queresa was eager to get as many of accessories as possible. Her next beanbag toss won her a red necklace.
Xyla also successfully answered the next question, but the question after that was out of her league--it took Mary to answer it. Nonetheless, everyone reaped the rewards. For Xyla, that meant a stuffed cat and a potted plant in a whimsically painted pot.
Nkiruka nodded. "Those sound nicer," she said. "I don't think I could do gorey stuff." She clutch a snowglobe she'd gotten from the trivia masters close to herself, afraid of dropping and breaking it.
Mary nodded. "Yeah. A lot of horror games are rated mature or T for teens anyway, so I wouldn't be willing to show you that stuff." She idly thumbed through the book she'd just won.
Amut stretched. "So when do you want to head back to my place? Or rather, my parents' place." Her next riddle won her a bucket of fake snowballs.
Naihilus just kept racking up the pets here--he was beginning to feel like a menagerie. He didn't even need to ask Kuni about the kidden--the Dryad texted him an answer to that question before he could pose it. He picked out a red one. "I think I'm about done here--what about you, Chries?"
Whoops, forgot the point counting system. xD I will edit RP responses next. <3

He watched his new familiar whom he'd yet to name move close to the rat for a moment before changing his look towards the boy and his rat. "Nah, three feet isn't bad won't be like he'll be crowded out of the dorm room." the idea of tricks interested him and he wondered what he could teach the fish. "Mine is a little lazy, but he's nice. He's black with red swirls and yellow dots. I left him in the dorm today." he paused a moment before realizing he'd yet to introduce himself "I'm Xris by the way" he told the other male.

Arivan dodged running into other students, she wasnt avoiding talking to people she just didn't want to hit anyone. She was making her way from table to table and booth to booth and game to game checking things out and taking part in what she could. She eventually took part in a game that added a new friend to her collection of familiars, a black jelly whom she now was examining.

As the other junior spoke, a festival volunteer swept by with a tray full of hot drinks, offering one to Annie. He inhaled the steam from the mug to determine if it was chocolate before dunking in his unfinished candy cane. Already the peppermint candy began to melt, the liquid sugar swirling on top of the drink. He stirred it a bit with the hooked end. "I'm Annie," he said, offering a hand to shake. "Mavis here isn't lazy at all, she's always getting into trouble, aren't you, girl?" He nuzzled the tiny face of his rat, who seemed to love it a great deal.
"What's your house? I don't think we've had any classes together," Annie said, hoping to make small talk. He was always excited to make new friends, especially ones who shared an enthusiasm for the zoological!
Soon. Soon wasn't now. Timidly, she squeezes against Jack again, mouth tight.
"What's something?" She questioned softly, fingers tugging on his clothes. Maybe she could help find it so they could leave faster.

Jack raised his arm softly, trying to detach the worried geist one more time. No luck. He'd need to deal with one arm, then.
"Dunno. Just, somethin'." His response clearly didn't soothe her, as her fingers only tightened. Jeez. She was going to rip his arm off at this rate.

Yes, because when you see an angry teenager what you absolutely should do is throw a plushie at their face. Cyoti caught the offending plush, glowering towards the thrower.
This was not a video game.
Prizes
Where was Void? Why was Void so impossible to find? You'd think a child with massive horns, like hers, would be easy to find, but noooo. Of course Void had to be as difficult as possible!

Minuet did as told, sliding the necklace over his head and holding it up to look at it. Annoying. It flashed brightly, blinding the mutant. Of course she'd give him something awful.
It was a nice gesture, though.
No, he wasn't letting her win! The mutant looked away, eyes locked on anything but her.

Or, fine, ignore her. That was good, too. Maple huffed loudly at her adopted brother, pushing back into the crowd. If he wanted to be like that then fine, be a brat. See if she cared. She was almost half tempted to say she was going to tell Ava on him, but her tongue held firm. She wasn't going to behave like a 5 year old. That was Ariel's job.

She squealed loudly at the present Lilith offered her, clutching the hand tighter. Maybe she should return the favor....

Lilith pressed further into the crowd, tugging Reimei along with her. Now if she was giving out plushies.... where would she go.
Her head snapped up as someone offered her a book. Damn. Her one weakness. "Thanks."
Prizes
Era jumped as a wisp floated up against her. Her head raised to give a curious glance towards her mother, a large smile appearing when Litla nodded. Yay! A new friend!
Prizes
Taking Era to the festival reminded Litla oddly enough of the time she came here as a little kid. The excitement Era was showing was enough to motivate her even.

You know, you should probably look where you're going. Naoki ended up barreling into a stall, forced to stay behind and help clean the mess.
Sigrin was delighted when xeir next memory card guess earned xem a bulb necklace, precisely the next thing xe wanted to win.
Queresa was pretty happy with what she got from her next beanbag toss--a mug in the colors of Arkham house! Very nice!
Nkiruka nodded. "Especially if they take place in, like, haunted insane asylums or whatever," she said. "Those creep me the heck out." Institutions, as the grown-ups called them, reminded her too much of Ravens Down...
The next trivia question pushed all of that out of her head though, as it took a lot of putting heads together to figure it out. In the end, though, Mary and Ruka were able to puzzle out the answer. For Ruka's part in the answer, she got the best prize of all--a stuffed vespercat that was almost as big as she was! She also got a mug of hot cocoa, but she had to get Xeno to carry that for her while she hugged her best prize.
Mary nodded. "Yeah, those games are always pretty freaky."
To her delight, she got to work together with the strangely enchanting child on the next question. Mary was content to just go with a book as a prize--let the kid carry the enormous plushie everywhere.
Xyla smiled as she watched Ruka and Mary figure it out--Ruka seemed so happy! She sipped at a mug of hot cocoa she'd been handed and followed along behind them.
Amut was just killing it at the riddle game. She won yet another fluffbug before Ebene suggested they move on to a guessing game. They agreed that they would go back home in half an hour to give them time to experience more of the fair together.
Sound Lee wasn't able to convince Aura to leave yet, so they played the duck game. Once Lee had collected his prizes, a giant stuffed kidden and a stick of cotton candy, he nodded at the Elf. "I'm tired, I think I'll go back now."
Aura nodded. "Do you need help to carry that thing?"
Anchriesel nodded. "Yes, I think I'm ready to head back now."
Naihilus had enough prizes to juggle to make walking difficult, but people still wanted to hand him things. For example, someone handed him some orange candy canes as he walked past.
Denidar nodded. "Three's a good number," he said. He grinned at his two siblings--there were three of them, after all. Sure enough, his next beanbag landed straight and true and he won another potted plant.
Raniol threw his beanbag and won a bag of peppermint candy. "They should really rent out little wagons for events lahk this," he said. "Mahght make things easier for everyone."
Melisara tossed a bag and nodded. "Yes," she said. "A little hard, though--what if people stole 'em?" She picked out a red necklace from the offered ones and put it on.
Whoops, forgot the point counting system. xD I will edit RP responses next. <3

Xris too snagged a mug, his was blue and the warmth immediately was wonderful. He took a sip before replying "I'm in Eldritch house" he told Annie with a nod. He too didn't recall Annie to be in any classes with him, but then the boogie man could be in a class and he'd be too engrossed in his own stuff to notice. "You?" he asked.

Mary was taking point now, as it were, since she had a better head for trivia than the rest. She won another book to add to her collection.
Nkiruka followed along behind. She was starting to like this new hybrid more and more. "Do you play a lot of video games?" she said. She picked out a red boa from the selection of prizes.
Xyla smiled as she picked out a silver one. "Mary and her parent have, like, a billion video gameth. All the video gameth. Obviouthly I'm exaggerating, but you get the idea."
Naihilus continued to be weight down with new trinkets--this time, a bag of peppermints.
Denidar was about ready to finish the beanbag toss. He lead his siblings on to a place where they could get hot drinks. He picked out some hot cider for himself and leaned back.
Sigrin had xeir eye on a silver boa next, and was able to secure one on the next round of the memory game.
Amut tried out the guessing game and did pretty well. Her first prize was a black snowflake bracelet.
Raniol was happy to follow his brother and selected some cider as well.
Mertle clung to Jack, as usual. It was when she spotted a stall nearby for gingerbread house making when she released his sleeve, pointing at it.
"Can we go there?"

Gingerbread house making? That didn't interest him. At all. But Mertle was showing interest in something, and that was new. So, fine, they'd go.
"Sure'."

Minuet could just.... you know.... leave. Scare the crap out of her. That'd be funn- was that a familiar? Instantly, his body perked up, approaching the familiar.

Maple was close to telling Minuet off, but something else caught her eye. A familiar. As Minuet approached the familiar rubbed against her. A sly smirk touched her features. Haha, not today Minuet, the familiar wanted her.
Prizes
Reimei glanced at the blurry object Lilith held. A book, probably. Lilith liked reading much more than she did, to be honest.

Lilith stopped moving, holding the book up for further inspection. She hadn't read this one yet, nice.

Era giggled softly as the wisp buzzed around her. Her mom had a few wisps, so the wisp had come to the right place.

Litla watched Era, gently tugging on her hand. They had a lot more to see, and not that much time to see it!

No wonder the Elders felt nervous about letting him attend the academy.
