Argh... this is totally not working for me! School is a major pain and furthermore I get distracted easily. Like now I should be typing more but instead I'm complaining on the forums. Maybe I should turn off my internet for a day... : /

Ouhi, get Freedom. It costs $10 (about £6, not sure what it is in other currencies) and you can set it to disable your computer's internet connection for a certain amount of time. It's fantastic.
This is going amazingly! And I know that's not a word, but I don't care. I just hit 40k, and might get up to 50k today! biggrin

Great progress guys
Feh, did an Arts & Crafts show called Wonderfest ... a big time munch, no financial benefit so far.. hopefully there will be later from publicity -meeps-
I'm approaching 30k on Amour in Zaltana, but not even halfway through the book yet.. must finish it before Thanksgiving.. I hate holiday hours that start after that Dx so exhausting at work it's hard to concentrate on writing.

Its encouraging to me just to see you guys reach your goals.
As far as turning internet off, our laptop just has a little switch that disconnects all internet, until we turn it back on again. Sometimes it accidentally gets switched, which is really annoying, but over all, its great.
Not that I use it.
But now I'm going to leave immediatly and start typing, like the rest of you.

I think I've given up on NaNo. I just don't have the discipline to sit myself down and write continuously. It's okay though, because I've still written more than I have in ages, and it was still a great help.

Ha. Still at 32k. It's going to turn into a mad rush at the end, where I finally get the drive to finish the thing and turn out with another victorious… crap, nearly wrote victorious victory. That is why I haven't been writing lately. xD

Chanthar- I'm sure we all have faith you'll get it done in time, cause you're the most dedicated writer out of all of us (for as much as I know).
I'm so curious to know what everyone is writing about. What sort of plotline could hold you for 50k words?
