MINOR REVISION
Character Name: Sailor Kerberos
Reason for Revision: This was my original idea for his Eternal attack, and I think I found a way to make it workable when originally it wasn't??? (Also I just like it better and think it's more fitting with his overall themes.)

Character Name: Super Sailor Megrez, Senshi of Eggs
Reason for Revision: I felt like her Eternal attack was a bit underpowered and poorly described, and also I just like this version of the attack more.

The giant egg can be destroyed by an attack before it unleashes the egg rain, but it will still explode after being destroyed (no egg goop or smaller eggs will come out, but the shrapnel will still be a problem, especially for the person closest to the egg). The shrapnel and goop from the egg hail last for 40 seconds before they disappear. Can only be used once per battle.

Character Name: Mimisbrunnr Page of Mercury
Reason for Revision: I had a better/more fitting idea for her magic; I think it fits her Wonder and the knowledge theme of her overall plots much better!

Magic: Mímisbrunnr's bow shoots plasmalike arrows. They pass through the target without leaving injury and vanish, and upon contact cause the target's head to be filled with "white noise," like static on a television set, for as long as she is channeling. At the Knight stage, it is high enough in pitch and volume to be painful. At this stage, she can channel for a total of 45 seconds.

Character Name: Gehenna of Mars
Reason for Revision: I never had stage 3 powers submitted or approved for him. I'm also submitting his summons!

Squire Magic

Temporarily induces 'rage' when triggered, during which all damage is increased by 25% for a total of thirty seconds, though it drains energy twice as quickly while active. This thirty seconds can be used all at once or over a period of time, as Gehenna chooses (though it is incredibly hard to deactivate by choice). The power is triggered by Gehenna balling his right hand into a fist and focusing his energy on the spiked gauntlet until the spikes curl down and over his knuckles, reinforcing the fist position. It will be stopped as soon as he chooses or is forced to unball his fist.

This rage also makes Gehenna less prone to reacting to damage and almost completely removes his ability to differentiate allies and enemies.

(Basically just adding another component to his stage 2 magic)

The power is triggered by Gehenna balling his right hand into a fist and focusing his energy on the spiked gauntlet until the spikes curl down and over his knuckles, reinforcing the fist position. It will be stopped as soon as he chooses or is forced to unball his fist. It may be used for a total of 45 seconds but drains energy twice as fast, leaving him more exhausted than before he triggered it.

While active, a temporary berserker rage is triggered, during which all damage is increased by 25%. This rage also makes Gehenna less prone to reacting to damage and almost completely removes his ability to differentiate allies and enemies.

At the Knight stage, his power can expand from his gauntlet to include any portion of his armor while the magic is active. If he were to be injured, his armor can temporarily 'piece' him back together so that he can continue to fight. For instance, it may pierce through a broken arm to hold it together or fuse with the skin over a bleeding wound to act like stitches. He will continue to fight as if he has not sustained these wounds due to the berserker rage, but the moment his magic has run out the armor will withdraw and he will suffer the damage of the original infliction plus any extra damage possibly caused by the armor's aid.

Character Name: Sailor Penthesilea, Senshi of War
Reason for Revision: She Transcended, and is taking the Power Boost path! Therefore, I've chosen to add an extra use to both her Super and Eternal attacks, as well as some clarifying for her lower level ones (specifically how long they take to "charge" and the ability to use both strikes in each "use" of her Super attack on the same person.)

Upon the last word, she opens her eyes and and a b*****d sword made of red energy appears in her hand. She slashes it up to twice, one for each target. Targets must be within six feet of her. Red energy flies from the blade towards the target(s). The force with which it strikes depends on how long the battle has been going on, from a slight smack to enough to knock someone off their feet or knock the wind out of them. Penthesilea can use this attack twice per battle.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Penthesilea Song of War!
Sailor Penthesilea raises her hands above her head hands closed into fists and wrists crossed, and they glow red. She turns and begins to say the name of her attack, bringing her hands down, and upon the last word, stops, and a large broadsword made of red energy appears in her hands. She stabs it into the ground, and a barrier of red energy flies up at a radius of five feet. Everyone inside - allies, enemies, and Penthesilea included - is caught up in a vision of a war long past - any one that occured earlier than 1000 AD - and any injuries experienced in the vision are reflected on their real bodies in lessened form (slashes become scratches, blunt or penetrating wounds are bruises, et cetera; there's a lot of room for player creativity in how the injuries translate and what the affected characters see!). Objectively the visions last for thirty seconds, but subjectively they can run for quite some time, and during the entire time frame, those experiencing the vision cannot move or react to the outside world - however, they are protected by Penthesilea's barrier. Penthesilea can use this once per battle.

Reason for Revision: unless she is in a ORP event style setting I find most RP's only have one other character, sometimes two so the chance of her actually targeting two people is quite slim hence why I am seeking a change in wording/ mechanics of her attack Revision thread

OLD
Sailor Scout Attack: Prayer of Renew
Sailor Acrucis brings her hands together in a prayer motion and whispers her attack after which she holds her hands out in front of her in the direction of an injured individual within 15 feet of where she is standing. Both Acrucis's hands and the individual are bathed in a soft yellow light as a heal over time is cast. Over the next 10 seconds Renew has the ability to fully heal minor cuts, scrapes and bruises and can be cast 3 times without wearing her out. In order to mend a moderate wound it would take 2-3 casts on the same individual but will not fully heal the wound**. Her target must be in front of her or to her sides, it cannot be cast on someone behind her.

**After using all 3 of her Prayer of Renew's on one individual who has suffered a moderate wound OOCly please follow post 1 to determine the number of days for reduced recoveryhere

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Prayer of Healing
Same as above but it can be cast on up to two people at a time that are either in front of her or to her sides. This attack can heals moderate cuts, scrapes, bruises over the next 10 seconds (minor injuries heal in 5 seconds). It can reduce the severity of a major injury but will not completely heal it** and can be cast 3 times.

**After using all 3 of her Prayer of Healing's on one individual who has suffered a severe wound OOCly please follow post 1 to determine the number of days for reduced recovery here

In the event that there is only one target to heal, Sailor Acrucis can re-cast her super attack again on a individual target. Not to exceed a total of 6 targets.

**After using all 3 of her Prayer of Healing's on one individual who has suffered a severe wound OOCly please follow post 1 to determine the number of days for reduced recovery here

My preference is to go with option one. As it currently stands her super attack goes from three uses on single targets (basic attack) to three uses on two targets (super attack) This means she has the magical capability at super to heal a total of 6 people. However, unless she is in a ORP event style setting I find most RP's only have one other character, sometimes two so the chance of her actually targeting two people is quite slim hence why I am seeking a change in wording/ mechanics where either the number of targets is constant (6 targets option 1) or the maximum up-time of her heal is constant (60 seconds; 10 seconds each on two people for three uses [10x2x3=60]or 20 seconds on three people [20x3=60] )
