The Civilian:
takes more pride in his civilian life than he does his powered life
is in his last year of med school, and it devours most of his time
spends any other free moment working at a coffee shop for spare cash
to fund his insane hoarder tendencies
Civilian Plots:
Basyl doesn't need to be in his powered guise to interrupt powered spats. He is a true neutral and will help any faction that looks like it needs it, or hinder any faction that looks like it's being an a**. It doesn't matter if it is detrimental to him.
He can be saved from the above obvious bad choices.
will render healing to anyone who looks injured, real or otherwise
needs a friend who can come over to his place and complain about his crazy manic hoarder's nest
visits to the coffee shop are most likely to yield friendly, casual conversation
anywhere else, and he is an uncomfortably awkward, fidgety, timid blob, a lot like a rodent. Lack of sleep coupled with typically unkempt features make him look crazy.
can become overwhelmed with work, school, senshi activities, and life. He won't often break down, but if you have a character who doesn't mind being cried on, Basyl could use some stress relief.
The Senshi:
Dark Mirror of Rejection
tries not to wonder over 'why' or 'how' to senshi
secretly dying inside from lack of information
infrequently powered up due to busy civilian life
has almost no grasp on his magic and is lucky he can mirrorwalk
will not take sides
does not judge others based on color of bodice
fights poorly and sparingly
Powered Plots:
Narcissus can be wailed on by Negaverse or White Moon members. There's pretty much no risk in it for them.
Conversely, he is open to being wowed by Homeworlds and Wonders. Seeing them might help him better understand what's going on.
information. He is always open to any faction granting him knowledge of their perspective of what's going on and why, and Narcissus is usually glad to share his own ideals to anyone who will listen.
will fight off youma if no one else is around to, but typically will not stop agents from draining
will break up fights or offer aid to whoever is 'losing'
very cautious when draining civilians - typically only lets his wraith pass though any individual person once, takes care to spread his draining over many individuals, so no one is crippled by how much he takes, but he does actually go out and drain people-
because he wants to keep his Court safe. It is obvious DMS are targets for the other factions, and he wants to do his part in protecting them. If that means siphoning a little energy off of people to make mirrorspace habitable for them, he will.

The Civilian:
has no home, has no job, has no family
has almost zero interest in spending time as a civilian
cannot actually remember his real name
spent small portion of his childhood in a hospital and the rest in a halfway house situation, in an attempt to unlearn inappropriate behaviors that formed from psychopathic tendencies
probably thieving out of the freezer section of a supermarket if he has to spend time as a civilian
Civilian Plots:
Ivory is almost always at the center of a scene. Other characters can attempt to quell him or be on the receiving end of his tantrums. Police characters can attempt to (or actually manage to) arrest him.
can nick things from passerby with or without their notice
has very few experiences being out on his own, can be wowed by forests, beaches, meteor showers, strange animals, things of that like
others can endear themselves to him with offerings, and he can be coerced into being pleasant with presents
he is easy to manipulate once someone knows how
The Senshi:
Corrupt of Carrion
senshi name is Wolf, but almost always introduces himself with his mineral name
spends heaps of time powered, even during daylight in the middle of town
gives less than zero shits about trying to hide his identity
fights anything that looks at him funny
will drain civilians until they blackout
will take starseeds and think nothing of it
is extremely erratic
Powered Plots:
fights. I expect Calaverite to rub many people the wrong way, but he fights for keeps and will take cheap shots at eyes/throat/groin. If you are looking for someone willing to maim your character, Calaverite can fill that role. Similarly, I'm not opposed to him being maimed, either.
other Negaverse characters that can try and keep him on a straight and narrow path. Because he takes orders so poorly and always acts unexpectedly, I think it's likely someone is always assigned to keep an eye on him when he's in Destiny City
lives in Negaspace, though (since he's homeless), so he always needs to catch a lift from a general when he wants to go out
an agent willing to take him into the Rift so he can play with all the cute animal monsters
Nega characters can discipline him, Order characters can abduct him. Calaverite has almost no sense to be afraid of anything, and he is aggressive toward anyone acting any variety of unpleasant toward him.
potential ascension? If anyone wants to help curb the worst of his moods by assisting with nudging Calaverite toward ascension, that would be fine.

Revenue clerk at City Hall, frequently involved/on-scene at City coordinated events
active YouTuber, forum hunter, and debater
dead parents, lived with grandparents until he got his own apartment
doesn't really tolerate being pitied for his injured leg/limp
has two black cats named Witch and Spatter who are both capable of walking on a leash and are happy to hang around outside with him: they are his children
smokes, gambles, clubs
Civilian Plots:
loves arguing and is very stubborn and pessimistic. He can harass people in the comments section of his YouTube videos or just anywhere online in general. It's not like the internet knows his name. He's basically untouchable.
hates to lose, but that doesn't mean it won't happen. would love for him to do dumb/humiliating/dangerous s**t after losing any bets
he can similarly make other people do dumb/humiliating/dangerous s**t after he wins a bet
typically gambles with friends (I'm open to these being previously established), but he's perfectly content to have fun with strangers too
friend who will do wine and paint nights with him. Be prepared for sporadic emotionalness.
really, really interested in him getting along with some equine enthusiast who will take him horseback riding and help show him the reins, so to speak (they could meet at a racing track, where Gid is rapidly losing money)
The Agent:
Nega Dynasty (both parents were agents)!
vendetta against the White Moon for his dead leg (and parents, probably, but mostly the leg)
Intelligence Branch under General Sylvite
receives most combat training from General Rakovanite (who he knows as both a civilian and powered)
poor combatant due to more limited mobility, won't initiate fights
does initiate conversation, and if enemies come close enough for him to reach into their chests, he probably will
dutiful gatherer of information for the Negaverse Database
relatively easy-going with superiors, though he can be a little cheeky
absolutely not squeamish, not afraid of hurting others or being hurt
Powered Plots:
any follow-up from his rescue mission! Feldspar has no idea that the youma who captured him and attacked everyone belonged to his mother, so he won't be able to answer your questions about how and why this happened.
He in actively engaged in looking for information about the WM who killed his parents. This happened many years ago, so it is unlikely any actual player characters were involved, but I would love for other characters to have heard about a group of senshi/knights who would break into compromised agents' homes and murder them while they slept.
potential Mauvian tech for his leg?
is perfectly willing to pretend like he is interested in purifying to make his enemies drop their guard, and he is able to be friendly toward Order long-term if he thinks it will allow an opening to corrupt someone
does his best to be very discrete when draining and starseed hunting, he's very interested in bringing Mauvians with him to conceal his aura during even basic patrols
Feldspar can and should take damage during fights, since defending himself is not his area of expertise.
I am open to him potentially partially youmafying, but I have no concrete desire for this and no solid plans. The thought is available if anyone has an intriguing plot for wanting their character to partially youmafy someone.

absolutely adores teasing, taunting, and enticing people

Civilian Plots:
Need to relax? Amadeus would love to help you take your mind of your struggles, maybe with some soothing stretches, maybe with a nice massage, maybe with something more intimate. Either way, pay up.
loves to be watched, and the visuals are a service he provides for free
If you're a tabletop gamer, you may catch him sneaking into the game shop to snag a new figure or a pack of cards. Ama is extremely embarrassed by this and absolutely does not like to be seen here. Tease him, taunt him, challenge him to a game. You'll probably be on the receiving end of his venom, though.
He is a knife and blade enthusiast and would love to chatter with anyone else who is interested, or just anyone who wouldn't mind listening to him.

frequently visits parks and the reservoir and is not embarrassed to ask people to help him apply sunscreen (though he tends to hide indoors when it's cold)

not totally enamored by his Homeworld
hasn't bothered to look into the deeper intricacies of being a senshi
Powered Plots:
Kitty tends to mostly be a loner while powered, but I'd really like for him to find someone he can patrol with-
or a chaos/WM rival that he actively seeks out to fight/spar with
He's not in love with his Homeworld and doesn't feel like he gets much from past life memories. If anyone feels very passionate about their own world, maybe they could help explain to him why it's so important to them?
I am absolutely not afraid of him getting hurt in almost any capacity. Maiming, scarring, torture, etc. are all fine. Forced corruption (and maybe repurification?) and even death are on the table if the right plot comes along.
using magic to force dangerous information out of people?
Kitty is deceptive. He is willing to start fights, but he tends to not be upfront about it. He tries to tempt chaos factions into trusting him before he metaphorically stabs them in the face. It is irrelevant if they are Negaverse or Dark Mirror. Both are enemies to him.
Are other White Moon opposed to killing? They can argue with him if they want, but he is almost entirely unrepentant.

Civilian Plots:

clients for his business! He typically works on public projects, rather than private ones, but if you're paying well enough...
dates where a shared friend-of-a-friend set them up. I'm not saying he's actively looking, but he's actively looking. He despises living alone in this house that he planned and built himself, and someone needs to be around to appreciate all his hard work.
I'm sure he needs some kind of babysitter for his kid sometimes, so interviews or friendships of that regard are welcome [I expect his child is of school age, but more on that below]
The Knight:
Page of Saturn
is adapting to powered life and will regularly visit his Wonder to scavenge for information and artifacts
doesn't randomly attack any chaos aura he feels
can not always be relied on to stop chaos activities, usually needs a compelling reason to risk himself
no combat experience, but does not take prisoners once engaged. won't let himself get beat up just because he doesn't want to hurt someone
Powered Plots:
many specifics about his daughter were left intentionally vague in the hopes that someone might pick her up as a playable character! Ideally she would be a chibi senshi and biologically related to one of her fathers (Sawtooth and Nobleite).
would love to share his Wonder with other knights, senshi, or kitties
a knight (especially if Saturn) to give him some tips on knighthood and not be too offended if it rubs Eli the wrong way. Or be offended. Either is fine.
will trade Order information to the Negaverse if he feels himself or anyone he loves is threatened, but he does not presently have information worth anything

possible transcendence? Sawtooth will give over information about others to keep himself and his family safe, but he is pretty devoted to his wonder and is not willing to share it with chaos

unless there is danger. Mirosnjha is not stingy with handing out senshi-hood to those who need it.

not presently apt at technological advancement, but is more than willing to learn and even eager to try
somewhat secretive about revealing what he is, even to Order powered characters, doesn't want anyone thinking he's lazy (even though he is) or not committed to the Mauvian goal, uses his long fur to hide his glassy star
isn't often at headquarters, only likely to go if prompted and accompanied by another Mauvian
Guardian Plots:
Miros will absolutely guide and manage anyone he awakens. Senshi should expect regular texts, and he is likely to encourage Homeworld visits as soon and as frequently as possible. He'd be happy to accompany anyone too nervous to go alone for their first time (or anytime, really!).
He would adore having a few powered friends who wouldn't mind letting a cat steal their food and use their internet and sleep in their cupboards for a couple nights a week.
would love a regular online DnD group (or some similar kind of game), and he can flit about to meet people in his hour-long human glamour
is to be bonded to Sawtooth and Nobleite's chibi senshi child
Miros will fight alongside senshi and knights he has "claimed." Please don't expect him to scurry away when opponents threaten him.
even if he ends up getting in the way more than helping. His combat abilities in his cat body aren't great.
He can be abducted by chaos following any fights, but should ultimately be able to escape.

The Civilian:
is an undergraduate at DCU, but doesn't know what to specialize in yet
assists in teaching at a martial arts studio as her day job
not really 'into' the idea of heavily adapting for civilian life, can't you just like her as she is?
perpetually silent. She is not incapable of speaking, but it is a highly uncomfortable act for her. Henley does best with people who have a lot of patience and a lot of social intuition. She is generally friendly, despite her lack of verbalization. [I will usually italicize her thoughts if I feel there is something relatively specific your character should be getting from her!]
is interested in natural history, specifically because it is what her partner loves
not at all difficult to please, but is simultaneously not likely to have a continued interest in many Earth activities; once for anything is often enough for her
Civilian Plots:
likes exploring, but is not really motivated to do this alone. People from school or the martial arts studio can invite her pretty much anywhere, and she would be happy to follow!
it would please her to be your friend, but is not very likely to consider you her friend
The Vanguardian:
doesn't hate humans, but is not really compelled one way or the other by Earth's powered war. She can be very friendly to both sides and won't usually attack without reason. However, she is not afraid to kill if the situation necessitates it, and she does not care which side anyone is fighting for.
combat efficient: an actual fight with her should be considered dangerous
feels generally inadequate compared to her peers and is very protective of them, hopes they all get something they want out of this experience...
general 'follower' vibes. Ny is mostly happy to let any other Vanguard take the lead in nearly everything, and she tends to only interrupt if there feels like danger on the horizon.
Powered Plots:
accidentally enjoys harassing youma. In her head, they are just Chaos amalgamations and are not actually living things, so she likes to harvest strange/interesting bits from them and show them to her partner or keep them as mementos. She is most fond of glowing/scaly youma.
spaaaaace! Ny is a hobbyist cartographer, and with OOC permission (she does not care about IC permission), she would love to get some ComTech scans of your world/wonder that she could use to create holo maps to upload as training locales for the Vanguard. Bonus points if your world already has scary/deadly monster s**t on it.
