Fullbringers (完現術者 （フルブリンガー）, Furuburingā; Japanese for "Full Manifestation Artist") Fullbringers are born from a parent that was the victim of a Hollow attack prior to their birth. The Hollow's Reiatsu would have left an imprint in the victim and that imprint would be passed on to the child, thus creating a Fullbringer. Xcution was founded at the turn of the twenty first century. Its origin was nothing more than an online forum for those dabbling in the bizarre and the occult, but took a darker turn when chance encounters brought individuals that had lived through similar experiences together. Though the Fullbringers had existed for as long as one could recall, they were so sparse and scattered throughout the world that one could go through a whole lifetime without meeting one. The net and specific keywords from search engines brought the community closer to that particular site until it was the go-to for Fullbringers, new and experienced. Once they learned that they could share and absorb powers from other Fullbringers, a group of extremists banded together for the sole purpose of strengthening themselves. They worked to lure others of their kind to them before stealing their powers. For that, they needed to remain anonymous on the net, taking on multiple personas. All of the Xcution members have some basic knowledge in programming so as to protect themselves from online police sent after then and the people they had wronged.

Hierarchy:Xcution passes off as a democratic group of individual, but the 4 founders also known as the Elders, remain the most influential and the most powerful. They are generally extremely computer-savy as their whole world and network revolves around the Web and are only surpassed in that field by the Lead Programmer, the individual with the most influence right under the Elders.

R A C I A L...P O W E R S━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Fullbring
Fullbring is the name of the ability that allows Fullbringers to affect the Soul and Reiatsu of physical and spiritual matter. They do not absorb Reishi like Quincies, but manipulate the spiritual energy and pressure of nearby objects so that they assist the Fullbringer in doing a task. This ability can even, at some extent be mistaken for telekinesis. For instance, a Fullbringer may pull on the soul of a drink to have it levitate and reach their mouth. This ability can also greatly amplify the Reiatsu of nearby objects, increasing their durability to resist more damage or changing its physical properties to turn it elastic. Oftentimes, a Fullbringer compensates for their low Reiatsu level with this extremely versatile ability.
All Fullbringers start with this.
Object Affinity Bringer Infinity Breaker
A defensive release obtained by feeding on the quartz of Hueco Mundo and merging it with Fullbringers' Reiryoku, proof that Fullbringers are more related to Hollows than anything else. It is activated as their body's last resort, when all other powers are failing. They will then glow with a sheen made of pure reiryoku similar to the quartz coloring and their form will appear. It grants its user one supreme power, one that is even stronger than their mastered Fullbring item and amplifies the rest of their powers. The power is related to the Fullbring Object's abilities as it is the apex of a Fullbringer's growth, merging its body with its beloved Fullbring. It renders their Reiatsu unstable, making the process excruciatingly painful both physically and mentally, often drawing out the user's true nature. This may only be used once per battle lasting a maximum of [10] posts, and after it wears off, the user will be left weakened and desperately craving for more of the quartz that had been the fuel of this power. Excessive use of this will lead to a dependency and prolonged periods without consuming quartz will lead to withdrawal symptoms. This form cannot be shared or stolen by other Fullbringers no matter what.

Power Transference
Fullbring is a product of Hollow power, meaning that it is essentially the opposite of its Human wielders. Because of this, it is possible for Fullbringers to transfer their abilities to individuals whom possess the powers of both Shinigami and Humans – namely Substitute Shinigami. By doing so, Fullbringers can rid themselves of their power, effectively becoming ordinary Humans.
Sharing and Restrictions
In addition to Substitute Shinigami, Fullbringers can trade and share their abilities among themselves. When doing so, they can establish certain boundaries as to how their powers can affect one another, posing voluntary limitations. Obtaining the powers of RPC is purely on a voluntary basis. Should the RPC wish to share its power with a character, they may do so anytime. Unless one's rank permits it, no Fullbringer may share powers with an NPC without its creator's consent. With each shared power, however, comes a restriction that will hinder a character's proficiency or restricting their influence, making them less skilled and powerful than the original owner of the ability. For instance, if a character obtains the power of superstrength, their superstrength will never be as strong as that of its original owner nor will the power ever grow. It becomes a static power, there without ever changing.
Elders may each create [1] NPC and have its power (for a total of 4) shared among themselves and the Lead Programmer. These 5 characters start with the knowledge to use those shared powers.
To use shared powers:5 | 10 posts | Minimum of 1 Restriction for every shared ability.
Stealing Finally, it is also possible for a Fullbringer to steal the Fullbring of another individual, allowing it to be used for one’s own benefit. One cannot steal the powers of another RPC without their creator's permission, but one can 'steal' NPC powers through 'training' posts. In essence this is a way for Fullbringers to obtain more abilities even if these will never become extremely powerful.

Bringer Sealing - 10|15 posts Fullbringers have the ability to seal up to [2] minor Hollow powers or abilities of their Resurreccions and Segunda Etapa. This can only be undone should the Fullbringer willingly releases it or is killed, and, because killing requires permission, sealing an ability can only be done with permission of the RPer playing the to-be-sealed character.
