Appearance: Dominic is a bald headed male with eerie hazel eyes which border onto golden, a strange contrast to the rest of his body which has been completely desecrated with tattoos and markings. His skin is completely painted white and black, tattoos covering him in all different assortments however the most prominent being that of a skeleton which covers ninety-percent of his head and face, stretching all the way down his torso, arms, and legs as well. He is normally seen adorning a black suit with a white shirt

Personality: Prone to melancholy. Dominic is noted as being gloomy and disgruntled, his only joys in life being killing and keeping tabs on his proclaimed sister Bella whom he likes to dote upon. When outside of battle he can be best described as slow and unmotivated, his lack of enthusiasm can be a nuisance but he doesn't seem to care much if he inconveniences those around him. While inside the fray he becomes much more lively and ruthless unlike his more controlled and docile self. He has a fixation on pain although he prefers to have it inflicted onto himself rather than prolonging the death of others just to hear them cry out, he enjoys blood and has a knack for watching the life drain from the eyes of his victims making him want to get the job done faster.
History: Dominic had a very poor upbringing, when he still belonged to his family he was constantly put in a tough position by those who raised him, his father was a failure of a man who couldn't hold a job, hopping from one to the next each of them paying less and less for his services. His mother chose the path of the weak of heart and turned to drugs as her escape, he was blessed enough that his parents paid him no mind, they treated him as if he didn't exist which was something he was thankful for. By the age of thirteen he paid for everything on his own with the factory job he managed to tackle, he was living in a rough part of New York and spent most of his money on schooling and his passion of mixed martial arts. In school he studied computer science and became excellent at it in an extraordinarily short amount of time. He would often show off his prowess by cracking the passwords of others in his class and deleting all of their work or messing around with their files and folders, he was caught a few times and reprimanded but not much else happened from his playing his little games. When he was fourteen he became increasingly more unstable from his family life, expressing his pain and hatred through tattoos he paid thousands of dollars to get his entire body tattooed like that of a skeleton, even shaving his head to complete the look, from there on he studied the art and added his own little pieces to himself, his very own canvas, mostly consisting of weapons and torture devices he fantasized about using. He discovered his unique powers not long after this, pulling his strength through the most prized possession he owned, his tattoos.
He spent a few years in secret training and furthering his abilities, becoming able to use his tattoos in strange and menacing ways, all the while he continued his schooling and had cut off all ties with his parents. He had mastered his fighting classes to the point he no longer attended due to nobody being able to put up a challenge against him, he continued to crack securities of more and more dangerous places. Eventually he decided he would infiltrate the pentagon from his computer class and was successfully able to steal a few crucial documents and learn of many top secret designs the government was putting into play. Unfortunately he had little security of his own from this classroom and by the end of his class there were police lining the building instructing teachers to bring him out, he was under arrest. Seeing this as threatening Dominic refused and when he walked out of the school doors instead of handing himself over he acted out in violence, pulling on his extraordinary power and attacking the many police, slaughtering most of them until his threat level was so high he had military tailing him, it was hard to cover up the fact a colossal beast had rampaged through New York and they did their best to destroy all evidence as Dominic was sentenced to death. He was saved by a special experimentation unit of the pentagon wanting to keep him for themselves and try to understand and use his powers for militaristic purposes. That was when he had been brought to Sector 09 and his humanity was put to the test.
He was tested on in many different ways, injections, mental tests, scans, he had even been cut open and explored to an extent, he was one of the first males in the experiment and the one with the most able body to withstand the harsh treatment they were giving him so they pushed him as hard as they could. This eventually made him attuned to the pain, so much so that it got to the point where he enjoyed the feeling, it was sick but he had never been a normal person ever since he discovered what he could do, he was divine compared to these mortals. Due to his offensive based powers he was pitted against others of his kind in what was referred to as the gladiator pit, a cement room with a sand floor the only exit being one giant metallic door and two glass paneled rooms high above the pit where the scientists watched and took down the results. Dominic was known as one of the champions, he had never lost and due to his new found masochism he often let his opponents attack him first although none could finish the job in one blow and would then perish to his superior strength. He would often kill those he fought although it was shunned upon and he would often be punished for his actions, they would use what was left of the bodies to continue their experimentation. He was widely feared in the facility managing to have no friends on both sides, that was until the first female subject made her way into the facility and they started a sort of strange friendship with one another, plotting their ultimate escape.
Bellatrix Lecroix was highly intelligent and had very useful powers that only she fully understood, the scientists tried their best to understand her power but thanks to its unique properties she fed them lies about what she could do and they believed it. Dominic was one of few who knew a little about her true power and together they utilized both of their strengths to escape the horrible place they had been trapped in, using his brute force and her intelligence to create a full on riot and ultimately destroy the facility they were trapped in and kill everyone inside both Fullbring and human as they believed themselves the only worthy ones to go free. Once on the streets they stuck together, after so many years of only having each other they had a sibling-like bond with one another and worked aside each other, eventually Bellatrix found an interest in creating a band of Fullbringers so Dominic helped her found Xcution a place where the strongest of his kind could come together and rule.

Techniques/Abilities
Skeletal Overlord - Using his fullbring power Dominic is able to manipulate the many tattoos lining his body and fabricate them into reality and use it in different ways. Being able to tear the markings from his skin and create a colossal skeletal being which is connected to him, armoring him in the body of a titan and giving him superior strength and speed. The being itself towers at 35 meters tall and is only able to be brought down if its limbs are destroyed or the caster who is hidden in the center of the colossus near its spine is killed or revokes the power. Tear - Having multiple weapons depicted on his skin via the tattoos all across his body Dominic is able to chose any at will and peel them from his skin, tearing them into reality and making them usable. The many types of weapons he's had tattooed to him include but are not limited to swords, shields, guns, explosives, etc. Each weapon torn from him is imbued with reiatsu making it effective against zanpakuto and spiritual beings such as hollows and shinigami. The weapons can be swapped within moments by placing the weapon back on the empty patch of skin where it was taken, they can also be destroyed by high level kido and reset back into Dominic's skin unusable for a short period of time. Astral Rift: Shared with Dominic by Itou Miamoto a very powerful fullbringer he's fought alongside for many years, and a close ally to his efforts inside Xcution and their goals. Dominic is able to call on the use of rifts, a type of teleportation ability which revolves around opening two points, one of entry and one of exit. The first portal can be opened anywhere around Dominic in a five foot radius where the second portal is able to reach up to one hundred feet around him in all directions. While using these portals bodily transportation is achievable as well as object transportation and projectile re-direction allowing him to move himself out of the line of fire, send items through the rifts, as well as re-direct attacks away from himself and onto another path. Spirit Sidearm - Shared with Dominic by underling and ally Hiruki Kagatsuchi the latter will transform his college ring into what appears to be a desert eagle. Then condensing his reiatsu into the pistol he is able to fire small cero-like shots which pierce through enemies. He is able to fire a total of [10] shots before he has to "reload" through waiting a cooldown period of [5] posts. Each shot has heavy recoil and "kick" as well as make very obnoxiously loud gunshot noises. Or, he can fire [2] shots which are of a wider arc and of greater compressed reiatsu with the force of [5] shots in each single shot.
