He's made some post in Sokyoku Hill as lieutenant of division 11.
King is the one in charge of Fullbring so I will let him decide if he's fine with you having the position of Elder. I personally have nothing against it. King of Eternal Night's a bit preoccupied right now so it may take a little while for him to get back to you
Bringer Glow: From what I understood, your character's turning the ground into a slingshot to propel themselves faster, right? According to the wikia, that is an already existing methods of using Bringer Light @_@
