Description: Orakoi A dog-sized khehora with red eyes and grey scales. His wings, throat, and underbelly are maroon, and he wears a bone-white khehora skull atop his head. there are many tiny, sharp spines bristling along his neck. Orakoir He hasn't changed much from his younger years. Approximately the size of a small female deer now, Carrion has grown a sharp set of maroon talons as well as small horns protruding from his jaw line. His wings are in tatters and seem to rust as they near the edges. One of the horns from his skull has broken off, and the scales from his tail have flaked away, leaving only bone. Orakovan A greyish adult with dark maroon wings, throat, and belly. His wings are in tatters and they look rusted as they near the edges. There are many small, sharp spines along the back of his neck. His eyes are bright red, and he wears the skull of another deceased khehora. It has bone-white horns, one of which is broken off. The tip of his tail has sheared off, leaving just white bone in its place. His scales seem to be flaking a bit. He's about the size of a large male deer (though is still considered quite small, regarding others of his species). Speech Color: #4a1825

H I S T O R Y
Most of what Carrion knows of his history, he's heard by word of mouth. There's no way of knowing what's true and what isn't. He was told that one of the female Khehoras in Samael's clan killed a bloodthirsty Khehora who tried to hunt her. When the female learned that the one she'd killed was a mother to an unhatched egg, she decided to take the egg and raise it as her own in a sort of apology.
However, when Carrion hatched and took an interest in the skull of a deceased fellow Khehora, the female grew weary of him. Sam happened upon him, and feeling like he should give the youngster a chance, decided to adopt him as his own, before the female could do anything she'd regret. Sam had wanted children, after all, but since he still hadn't found a mate to bear him eggs of his own, he decided Carrion would be an adequate substitute. He promised to love the little one like his own, despite his own weariness as well.
But when a feathered Diabi named Oblivion came into the picture and offered his babysitting services to them, Sam seemed to be straying from home more and more... Carrion couldn't help but feel strangely at ease with this Alihora that hails from Soudul. After all, Levi taught him to hunt, use his magic, and pretty much everything that a father should. By the time Sam returned, Carrion was as good as grown. For a short while, he traveled with his father, Sam and learned what he could.
But soon he came to realize that there was still much of the world to see, and he decided to set out on his own. It's a little saddening being by himself all the time, especially when adventure seems so far away, but he's getting along well enough.

Carrion doesn't know much about her, and he doesn't want to. She follows Carrion tirelessly, but keeps her distance, since he swats at her if she doesn't. The harsh treatment obviously saddens her. Plots
o1. Have someone deeply offend him because of his looks. o2. Displays his love for blood in a crowd. o3. Attempts a challenging adventure with a Magescian.
Dragons: The sooner Dragons can be eliminated, the better. Carrion holds no sympathies for them and knows that they compete for prey, resources, and land. Of course, they are bigger than he is, which makes them somewhat intimidating, but Carrion is willing to do his best to combat them.
Khehora: Despite the fact that he is a Khehora, Carrion is actually almost as weary of them as he is of Dragons. Even at his young age, he's known Khehoras that can be rude and even violent to him, but for some reason, he finds that he's not as willing to fight them. Grrel: A Kiandri Khehorian that fought alongside Samael in a massive battle. 'Carrion's thoughts.' Jijiko: A feral Gaili Orakovan who is around the same age as Carrion, and just as adventurous! 'Carrion's thoughts.' Oblivion: A feral Diabi Alihora who has taken a liking to Carrion's father and Carrion himself. 'Hmm... He seems more like me than any of the other Khehoras I've met... Maybe it's just his red eyes, but I can't help but feel a strange affinity toward him. He doesn't look at me with distaste like the others do. I consider him family. I think he and my dad are actually... dating now? So, I guess that makes Levi my second dad anyway...? I dunno. I like him. That's all that matters.' Samael: A feral Gaili Khehora who is Carrion's adopted father. 'Yeah, Sam's okay. He still looks at me funny sometimes, but since he does his best to take care of me, I guess I can't fault him for that. I wish he was at home a little more often... But oh well. I'm grown now, so I don't want to linger at his side forever. Sometimes I wish I hadn't left him so quickly. I miss my Da...' Suluksati: A feral Aedaun Alihora that adventured with him and Sam. 'I'm not opposed to her, but I'm still not sure I like her. She kinda talks funny, and she's very... bright. I just don't know, yet.'
People: People seem much more accepting of Carrion. Some are even curious. Somehow, that makes Carrion just as curious as them. They're all so different, as well... Not like Khehoras at all. Carrion is generally accepting to people of all types. Detraeus: An Oblivionite boy that Carrion and Sam spotted while venturing through the valleys. 'Carrions' thoughts.' Kadryn: An Orderite Expert that attacked Sam while the two were flying through Ayr. 'I thought two-leggers were okay until I met this girl and her mate. But they were both violent, rude, vile, and mean. I don't care what they think about two-legger prisons. I say they both need to be locked up! Make the community safer and all that.'
My NPCs: Characters I made specifically to go along with Carrion's story~ Lymera: The Gaili that first adopted Carrion's egg. She passed him off as an Orakoi to Samael. 'I don't like her! She gave me up when all I wanted was a mom! I didn't do anything to her or cause her any harm, but she still looked at me with disgust! I think she was even going to let those other Khehoras kill me if it weren't for Sam...' Nistatia: An old Orderite healer that lives in Ashen City. Looks: White hair, hazel eyes, and cheek-skin flaps. 'Having a shop in Ashen City must be so great! I was weary of the old woman at first, but she turned out to be pretty helpful. She showed me a few neat magic tricks while Da was passed out, too.' Rinza: An Orderite Master that wields the golden scythe Lumina. Looks: Mint hair, dappled golden wings, and hazel eyes. 'This girl is... something else. It's obvious that she's very talented, and quite pretty for a two-legger, I guess. I think she even has a fan club! I can understand why my Da was kind of taken with her.'
