Welcome the land of Euphoria. Upon setting foot upon the ground you find yourself immersed in a land filled with wonder and beauty but also danger that lurks only in the darkest of shadows. One can feel the power of the elements that make up and flow throughout the land from the might of the mountains to the calm of the lakes and streams. Euphoria is made up of different regions each one housing a castle or other buildings upon which the students and residents of the land of Euphoria live in. For years the leaders of the regions who were aptly named gods and goddesses because of their superior skill waged war with one another to gain dominance over the entire land for their tribe, and it was only after a long and hard fought battle that ended in a stalemate that the different leaders came together to settle things. The tribes made a pact on that day and through four of the most prominent elementalists was the Elemental Academy forged in the very center of these great lands serving as a place of learning and a sanctuary for those seeking it.
The Elemental Academy is the foundation upon which all seeking to learn and harness the power of their respective elements attend. It is a prestigious school with a rich history whose very walls are carved from the elements. Inside the Academy one will find a warm welcome and a hearty home and so the Academy’s mission is…
"To educate those who enter through its doors the different elements of the world and how they all come together in one harmonious union to create a better life for all, and to serve as a place of healing and a safe haven for those seeking refuge. In the end all who step outside the schools will leave with a richer understanding and respect for not only themselves and their element but the other elements as well."
It is through this mission that each and every student shall receive special guidance and reinforced instruction, quality, and care from the Instructors within the school all the way up to the very gods and goddesses who preside over each element.
Please be sure to read over the Rules and Regulations sticky on the front page of the guild in order to understand what is expected of everyone here at the Elemental Academy. These rules are in place to help better serve the members of the Elemental Academy. It is with this that I bid you welcome and hope that you have a wonderful experience here with all of us.

Elemental Academy Moderators
These are the Moderators of the Elemental Academy. They are the highest ranking officials here at the school and are to be respected as such. They are in charge of the entire Elemental Academy guild and everything that goes on within it's walls. All official Elemental Academy Moderators will have a red bar at the top of their ID Badge with the title of Moderator inside of it.
Just like with Gaia Administators and staff, Moderators here will not ask you for any Gaia account information whether it be in public, via PM or Instant Message.

List of Elements and Their Residing Staff
Below are the Elements of study and use here in the Elemental Academy. Under each of these elements resides a God/Goddess, Head Master, Masters, Lead Instructor, and Instructors.
These rankings are based on a heirachy here at the Elemental Academy and that heirarchy is to be respected and adhered to when it comes to reporting problems or issues within the Elemental Academy.
Official Elemental Academy Gods/Goddess will have a green bar in their ID Badge with their Element and rank of God/Goddess within that bar. Official Elemental Academy Head Masters and Masters will have a purple bar in their ID Badge along with their rank of Head Master or Master within that bar. Official Elemental Academy Lead Instructors and Instructors will have a blue bar in their ID Badge along with their rank of Lead Instructor or Instructor within that bar.

Character Profiles Before entering into the Academy, one must first submit a Character Profile into the Character Profile thread under the Public Records subforum. This is also a rule as required by Rule 3 of the Elemental Academy Rules and Regulations. These profiles are for the members of the Academy to see but are also viewable by the Gaia public so please do not post anything that will violate any rules or Gaia ToS, they will be deleted and will be dealt with accordingly.

Special EventsPlease take note that any and all Special Events to be held here at the Elemental Academy will take place within the Special Events subforum of the guild. Such events can include and range from Tournaments, Galas, Weddings, etc., but please note that all Special Event threads will be under the same rules and regulations as any other thread here at the Academy. Links to Special Events will also be listed here and annoucements shall be made in the News and Annoucements subforum for any upcoming Special Events so please be sure to check for updates.

OOC ForumThe OOC Forum is a forum dedicated to OOC talk and OOC topics. This forum is used basically to serve as an escape from the Academy and role-play in general and to offer up OOC fun. We encourage our members to use this when they feel like discussing something that is not going to be role-played in the thread.

Suggestion ForumIn the Suggestion Forum we encourage our members to actively speak their views and opinions on how the Elemental Academy can be improved upon. Just keep in mind that this forum is in no way intended to be a bashing forum and will not be tolerated as such. So please speak your voices calmly and with the intent on helping the Academy and its members.

Tribunal ForumIn the Tribunal Forum we have set up a court house system that will take place in the event that a member of the Administrative Staff deems that a member of the Elemental Academy is guilty of a crime that is severely punishable. A tribunal shall be held for the accused so that they may have a fair chance and it even comes with representation on the part of the accused if they accept it.
"Every member of the Academy is treated with fairness and equality to the rules and shall be deemed innocent until proven guilty otherwise."
It is with this that we can hold fair tribunals and keep order within the different forums and the Academy ensuring that all members, no matter their status or ranking, receive equal treatment. That no member is held to a different standard when it comes to the rules of this Academy. Every Administrative Staff Member holds that true to their being as they shall be unbiased in their judgments and their enforcement of the rules.
The Tribunal Forum also holds the other processes such as Suspension, Appeals, and Probation for the members of this Academy. All of it is addressed and made clear so that nothing is overlooked and every member gets a fair chance, even in punishment.

Recruitment Thread The Elemental Academy Recruitment Thread is for members of the Academy to reach out across Gaia Online to find and recruit people to the Elemental Academy. It's main purpose is to serve as a recruitment thread only so please no role-play unless you are a staff member wanting to see a "small" sample of what a potential student is able to do.
The recruitment thread is a place where you can go to talk about the Elemental Academy to other Gaia members letting them know more about it and showcasing the Academy itself to them though they must still submit an application. Please note for the students and staff of the Academy that there are rules posted in the Academy and that the rules of the Academy do apply there as well as it is an extension of the Academy even if it isn't posted in the guild itself. It is encouraged that all members try to participate in this thread to help the Elemental Academy in its growth of students. You can check out the Elemental Academy Recruitment Thread in the link provided below.
