MINIPET SWARMS:
Sightings of rare minipets are sometimes seen around various areas, it looks like someone forgot to close their minipet pens. Oh well, finders keepers! If a sighting of a rare minipet occurs, the booth zones will be listed, and anyone rping in that zone (ie: in that booth) will have a chance of encountering a rare minipet sighting. Good luck!
