The other void of brightness and instead colored black and white. But the way they looked at each other there was no denying the love and adoration that they felt for one another. A True Friend Who is Wishing?: Ozzie  Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: She'd stumbled upon the hill a few times now, seen others come and go. Some, a while later, suddenly found themselves with...company. Ozzie hadn't put two and two together until recently, when they started flocking to the hill again. This time, she was prepared. With the small, precious rock firmly between her teeth, she made her way up the hill, careful to wait until anyone else there was finished. Some cast her glances, others were in much too much of a hurry to even notice where they were walking. Some, even, stopped to wish her luck. Finally at the altar, Ozzie placed her precious rock down next to the other offerings. Some were grand, some were simple, and hers was eaily lost among them. Still, she puffed out her chest, and stared skywards towards the star. "We...We are lonely." She began. "We know our family is there...We love our only kitty and papa..." Pausing, she thought again. What was it she wanted? "...We want...someone to come with us. To go with us places. We...We want to be free. With someone who will stay with us...We don't want to be lonely, anymore!" All but yelling at the star now, she waited. And waited. And waited. She would wait, moving only to allow those who also wanted to speak to the star to place their offerings and make their plea. A True FriendWho is Wishing?: Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: Shaylee is soft, gentle, and fervently devoted to those around her. Her family raised her to believe in the best in all creatures, the best in every one, and see the kindness even when those she speaks with may not have the kindest words. All in all she's a fairly positive and balanced mare, feeling more at one with the universe at large than just most. 10 Things I Like: Flowing hair, fluffy tails, paws, claws, wings, pastel rainbows, chains, crosses, fishnet, cyber goth stuff 10 Things I Don’t Like: extreme gore, holes in flesh, too much yellow. The color of her coat was dark, and against the shine of the star she was a shadow moving across the land. Her steps were light, the package she carried in looked dainty. If one were to observe her steps, a glimmer of pulsing color would flash as she stepped, her legs shimmering with sparks of color. Finding the altar, she sighed, then smiled to herself.
Carefully she laid down her gift to the star, blackest flowers of the night, from her own garden, grown with care, wrapped in a lace gifted to her from a passing tribe of humans. They'd left it in return for some of the fruits she grew, viewing her as the guardian of that particular grove. Her offering was pinned with the broken claw of a lovely feline that she assisted heal their woes. And just to be sure, she'd found a glittering stone that seemed appropriate. Taking a deep breath she gazed up to the wishing star, "I have heard that you bring good fortune, friends, and family to those who implore you, oh wishing star. I implore you, a friend to share my grove with, to teach, to help, to stay. Loneliness has plagued me, family is far from me, but they are well."
She bowed her head, then opened her glowing eyes, and gazed upwards, "Tis a small wish, and I hope it is heard." Carefully the shadow like mare moved from the offerings that were lain with care around her. She would return to her grove and hoped that perhaps the star would grant her the solace of another's company.

A True Friend Who is Wishing?: Arcticus  Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: Well my momma would say I am very silly! I like to have fun and that often means stuffing my face or whole body in snow, throwing it around and once I tried to hang upside down from a tree limb like a bat. *he looked around with a blush* It didn't really work. I would really absolutely love a friend to play with. My Long Lost Family MemberSoquili in search of a relative: Relation (mother, father, brother, sister, etc): Sister Breed (first choice): Unikirin Breed (2nd choice, must be mini, common, or uncommon): Unicorn What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? A bundle of white calla lilies tied together with a white satin ribbon. Short IC Response: Midnight climbed up the familiar hill slowly. She had come here more then once to pray to the unusual star. For whatever reason the star seemed to have a direct link to the spirits. She had witnesses its abilities to bless couples with children, even those that couldn't produce them without aid. Other times it had brought people life long friends or even returned lost mothers and fathers. Midnight wondered if it could do the same for her beautiful sister.
She had been forced to leave her wingless sister behind when the skinwalkers had invaded the valley. For years she had feared that the decision had led to her sister's death but still she prayed every day that she was wrong. Perhaps praying here might help, perhaps not, but any niggling doubts that she had about the stars efficiency were brushed aside in the face of hope.
Quietly Midnight approached the alter and set the pale flowers down, they had always reminded her of Miranda. "I'm sure you're tired of hearing from me by now mystical star, but I have come yet again. I am begging you, please find my sister. Please let her be okay." Midnight took a deep breath. "Please return her to my side. I fear that I will never find peace or happiness without her at my side. So please, if you can find it inside you, bring us that peace. Let me feel joy again. That is all I ask."

I am that, but, I am also a caregiver for the young. I teach, I watch, I protect, until they are able to take care of themselves... Or I was, until the Alpha sent me and my twin here, to these strange lands. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful to be here, but these lands are so foreign to me. I miss home. And I miss, well, I even miss Nat'eli, even though he is here with me. The mare had discussed her idea with Siana and while the other mare seemed ambivalent towards the idea of a child granted by the stars she had been able to help gather the gift together that represented the hope of both mares. Miniel had only been in Siana's life for a short time but already her presence was a boon. Laughter came more easily between between the pair. Miniel dropped her gift to the ground and gave herself a moment to compose her thoughts. "You once granted another pair the wish for a child and that result was my mate Siana. Now we ask for you to grant us the same wish. I used to think that I would spend my life alone, soaring through the skies just watching the world below me. I feel you, I know you are still alive. I need someone to rule beside me, someone I can trust implicitly. I need my sister. I lay my pride at your feet - something that means the world to me - but please, let my sister come back to me." She shook her head, not holding out much hope. Her sister hadn't been by her side since they were fillies, teasing their brother, back before her pride caused a rift she was sure would never be crossed. She had to try.

With a tap of his front hoof he thought on it as he looked up to the stars above. "This is really odd, but I'm rather okay with talking to you like this. I rather think of myself as a adventurer, though I don't like going anywhere alone. I have this idea for a true romance...but I don't have much faith I'll find it." he chuckled. "Its alright though.
