- Camera collides with nearby colliders which prevents it from turning when close to walls
arrow (for camera to player distance may I suggest using Unity raycast function instead of literal collider boxes)
- The asset for charging electric vehicles has TESLA brand on it, if not a sponsorship then maybe it needs to be changed to something else, also it doesn't really match the stylized zOMG/Rally/Town art if you know what I mean

Would it be possible to add the old emotes from Towns 1? I think those got reused in other flash areas including zOMG back in the day. smile

Its using 100% of my cpu and laging to 1 fps. I have a Ryzen 3600 and RTX 3060.

Hello Everyone!

The new Towns is close to release, but first, we wish to test out the new Rally that is also built in 3D running Unity.

You can now access the new Rally open beta through the following URL

https://www.gaiaonline.com/rally3d

Please note that the game is still rather large, at around 90MB, so please be patient while it load for the first time.

The overall engine is still very unpolished, so do expect a lot of small bugs and glitches.

ninja very laggy with occasional freeze up of both processing and control functions. uncertain if its missing or was left out but unable to place vehicle ? also when trying to click on the little icons fer social and such it tends to act as though directing the avi this is most often the case when trying to click on the x button on social. as per moveing about i'd recommend adding option to toggle a onscreen display to turn cam left/right by about 5/10/15 degree intervals with a interval toggle. also note surface collision of avi feet vs unleveled floor/ground. on occasion there's a odd flicker of lighting and pixilation i suspect this is do to the odd color effects that drip down by the arcade and when they are too close to cam while cam is toggled to above view mode.



ps when putting this under post style sakura the display cover up a portion of the typing.

I can't ride the Ferris Wheel or fly my private plane crying Hahaha but seriously it's looking really good. It would be cool if Rally was integrated within the rest of the Gaia world map. Is Rally supposed to be situated in Barton Town? Durem? Maybe some of the cafes allow us to buy items? I am always game for sipping some bubble tea...

yes i agree with this it would be nice to have interaction with the area even if its simple as walking into shops, bumbing a ball around exctra
Rally beta is a tad bit laggy sweatdrop otherwise the load isn't bad. Can we access the new Towns while its being re designed?
No problems except for a bit of lag while loading. Since I'm not a rally reg, it will nvr matter anyway.
at this point ill just wait for the app as there's still too many issues
it keeps logging me out
for the few seconds it does log me in all i hear is towns 1 music which does not match rally in any way if you ask me

at this point it may be useful to find a new dev to fix up mobile rally so users can use that
After trying again the quality is good but on a mobile device it still does not work for me when it comes to chatting. And what's more, after I close the text button the game freezes
Seems to work best one desktop at least for me, I also like the addition of the cute little rats by the trash.

The classic area could then be called Old Barton Town if a new Barton Town is being made for Towns 3.


...I definitely think that Rally Island needs to be renamed Downtown Isle De Gambino. sweatdrop

Adding to the previous feedback, one of the clashing elements on the Rally Island part of the map is the pool literally at the exit of the Rally parking lot. Its an adorable pool and I love it, but please find another spot for it. It makes it difficult to leave that part of the area. Also consider making the ball in the pool interactive? Maybe it can be be pushed around by other players' avatars in the area.

Please add loading screens that will show when first loading into Rally and when changing areas. The loading screens could be classic Gaia artworks/wallpapers, concept art for rally 3d, and/or helpful tips about Rally's functionality.

When the game is fully launched there can be a rotation of these artworks whenever you load up the game or change areas. Perhaps there could even be a community contest & winning entries would be added to the loading screen rotation?
