I'm completely confused why Nyx is checkmate'd. The Shocker I'm neutral about because those are some sweet a** kicks but Nyx? I dunno.

Well, I mean, I don't like any of the OTHER poses on it. I just like this smirk because it's not all goofy, and the skin was a nice match for this avatar.

Here's the thing. We can't say reaper's playing favorites anymore with this because she doesn't make items anymore. It's been exactly one year since the airship saga came out of hiatus and all Gaia has is a pin and one lousy Gold Gen item. Nyx has a pin and three direct reference items since the failed merger. I was told the Monday after the first Nyx item came out to wait for Spring. The first day of spring came and nothing. Earth Day came and nothing. Now that it's the anniversary of the return of plot to our site it's the perfect time for a Goddess Gaia item and what do we get, a Checkmate colored Nyx. I'm starting to wonder if Gaia really hates the goddess they made or if it's because her look isn't all cutesy and some form of Lolita that they refuse to make her an item. Because they shouldn't go saying we'll see her in the spring when they have no intention of making anything for her, even after we've been polite about it and asked several times where it is.
