11th Look at us~! Our first fae of the month, Malachi!! Not to say that there will be one every month... but... oh, heck. Never mind. And Gage grew too!
12th The Meta has unofficially started! Sign ups are still open in the main guild forum, but the meta is located in it's own subforum. ^^
14th So many updates, all at once! Congratulations to the two new roleplay managers!!

31st Crap, I keep forgetting to fill this out. Well, pg. 31 holds a preview/sample of the type of dragons that will eventually make it's way out of the 030. There's a new set of certs up at the guild, so all owns go there to pick it up! And finally, jar number 24 has started to glow.
VO's Gage is here too! And also, the current batch of fae have discovered their gifts. ^^ Whoo!

25th The new thread is being set up now! It'll open officially on the last day of July. Er. Hopefully? Heh. Hope everything goes smoothly.

I. No fighting, sniping, or being mean to any of the other lurker's and fae guardians. I'm not saying we all have to get along, but keep the drama DOWN, and move it to PM.
II. What happens in the rp, stays in the rp. If another fae dislikes yours and says mean things, do not start yelling at the owner OOCly, because they are just trying to remain in character. The thoughts of the fae do not always reflect on the owner's.
III. Keep the drama down. Updates are fine, as long as they are occasional. We care about you, really, we do. But keep it dow

I. Prices are subject to change. Don't argue.
II. If a flat sale involves an rp prompt, some kind of question, etc, no editing your post. You will be disqualified.
III. No buying a pet for someone else without running it by me.
IV. Payment plans are available, but the fae aren't that expensive! So if three months go by with no payment, there's no excuse.
V. If you don't win a fae, if you miss the flat sale, if something happens and I cancel it all together, I'm sorry. But real life is a pain sometimes, so please wait for the next one.
VI. Some people will get free fae. Some people will get special fae. You can't ask. I won't give it to you. There's a reason behind my randomness, okay?
VII. If you buy a fae, and then disappear with no reason, I will take the fae back and you WILL be black listed unless a good excuse is given. Then you'll go on the grey list.
VIII. Rules are subject to change any time. If you have questions, run it by me! I'm not that mean.

I. No Powerplaying.
II. Literate RP only. *Actions like this* is fine in chat. But not in rp.
III. Keep the drama down. Yes, we like plots. We like conflict. But please keep in mind that not everything has to happen to your fae, and that no one likes too much angst.

I. Please be as realistic as possible. Kids are kids, remember that. These pets are fae, they don't have life threatening illnesses unless created that way, and anything 'wrong' with them will be because of a plot line, etc.
II. Do not give diseases or medical conditions to your fae without consulting before-hand. Chances are, fae cannot be inflicted with them. A common cold is fine, but lung-cancer and schizophrenia is not.
III. Fae powers are assigned by Naeodin. Unless other wise noted beforehand. Usually by the time your fae is about to discover their powers, I should have given enough hints and the nature of your fae should make it more obvious so that it's not gigantic leap in the dark. If you don't like your gift, there's nothing I can do about it. If you have an idea for a gift, please run it by me beforehand.
IV. Your fae will grow as fast as Naeodin wants them to. They will only be eligible _after_ I've PM'ed you the growth form. Even if you've met all the requirements, I might not think they're ready. So please keep this in mind.

The Oh-Three-Oh Project is about revival. A long time ago, the fae used to rule the worlds in power and glory, disguised as gods and demons, muses and spirits of the other realm. But something happened, tragedy struck the Seelie (light) and Unseelie (dark) courts. It wasn’t only about the low birth rates. Their population dwindled to catastrophic numbers, but what affected them also was a disease that had no root and no cause.

A crippling disease.

The fae were rumored to have died out, to have been stripped of their powers and turned into tiny faeries, invisible to the naked eye and while immortal, caught in a trap of flesh that offered neither escape nor salvation.

Until now.

Shy is a genetic scientist who, through a magic of science and magic has discovered a way to resurrect the old fae. Involving jars and ‘gifts’, he plans to bring back the fae to their full power, by any means necessary.

The jar’s act as an incubation pod, the gift has homing signals to certain fae, and once within the jar, the faerie are reborn once more as children.

Children, with no memories of their past and no inkling of their future.

Shy seeks guardians for these jars, for the future children until they have rediscovered their old name and have come upon a new power.

That, is the Oh-Three-Oh Project.

A simple jar, it is to be used to house the degenerate form of the fae until it has aquired sufficent energy to reincarnate itself. It works in the form of triggers, where the placing of an offering and the arrival of a fae will start off a series of magical and chemical reactions.

The jar in it's glowing stage, this proves that the reactions have been successful. Now the guardian only needs to wait until the child reveals itself! Different glows have different properties, so proceed qith caution.

A child is born! Fully able to read, write and speak like an 8 year old, they will be a handful. With no memories of their past life, it is during childhood that they will have to relearn all the lessons life likes to throw around. They will discover their power, and become fully integrated into the 030 project. Congratulations!

As teenagers, the fae will recieve half of their memories as well as finess their gift. They will undertake a quest in which they will emerge with either a weapon, or a companion from the nether world. As teens, not only do they have to bear more responsbilities, they have the troublesome H curse. Hormones!

Your fae has returned to you, and clearly of either courts! You can see what their gifts are because it has taken form, and do you see physical manifestations of their gifts? Because they are still young adults, although they are not quite immortal, they have become very hard to kill. However, because fae are naturally loyal, they decide to stay with you a little longer.

This all depends on if your fae has passed their final quest. They can come back human, stripped of any more glory but able to reincarnate in their next life, or as one of the mighty fae! Any physical manifestations of their gift will have completed, and now you are the proud friend of an myth.

Very few fae will reach this stage, as well as humans because… well, it means that they've been alive for so long! The fae will be an elder, fully capable of wreaking desctrution on the world except... well, you've raised them. What do you think? And the human is living, expectant to their next life. Either way, they are happy, have lived a rich life and…hey, is that a jar they're leaving you as a present?

The 030 Fae are not RP required. That is, you do need to make posts, but if you don't want to rp with others, that's fine too.

hint: This can take a while, especially the questing part. You can speed forwards, however I _will_ determine how far your fae's gift has gone. If we haven't publically acknowledged that they can do a certain trick, they won't be able to do it. Just a precation. ie: a Fae who has not discovered the ability to telepathically speak will almost never attain this gift.

Flat Sales cost 6k, and will 90% of the time be concept contests with certain themes.

There will rarely, if every be auctions at the 030. I don't think we generate enough enthusiasm to make it worth it.

If customs are available, please submit the form below, calculate the total price and then PM it to Naeodin. Once she recieves and confirms it, send the trade along! Items may be accepted, but gold is better.

A custom fae's cost can vary. If you don't understand how the form works, ask either in PM or on this thread, and I'll figure it out for you.

For owners of fae who want another one:
If your first fae has not reached teen stage, then you MUST apply for another one using the full custom form, meaning it will cost at least 8k. most of the flat sales will be held for newbies only.
If your first fae has reached teen stage, then you can knock off the first 'basic rate', as you have already shown me your capabilities of handling one of the 030 projects.

Welcome to the breeding program. Shy has finally decided that the fae are old enough to consider breeding. Now, while teens aren't really encouraged to breed yet, it is possible! So, this section will now cover rules, just how it is done ICly, and anything else you need to keep in mind.

1. Your fae must be teen stage at the youngest.
2. There must be an existing role play relationship. While rape is possible, folks-- we're going to keep it clean and tidy. The relationship needs to be secure.
3. Should your fae decide to breed, children will be given away. Very rarely will one of the parents be able to keep the child-- they've got their own issues, and Shy is wants new guardians.
4. A small payment needs to be made of 10k for breeding. That's five each, unless an agreement is reached.
5. There will rarely be miscarriages, stillbirths, or any of the like. Because of this, the moment they succeed with a child, Shy will monitor both man and woman very very carefully.
6. Pregnancies are available for male x male or female x female relationships. And Shy is willing to do it any way they need to.
7. Children can be conceived with other species. This, in a oocly sense will require permission from the creator of the other species and some talking-- but it is entirely possible.
8. Likewise, you can have children outside the 030. But please let me know before hand, and make it somewhat compatible. >< I don't want my humanoid babies try to get it on with a full grown dragon.

er, right. Well, if they are interested in having a lovely relationship with their soul mate, they need to approach the both of us. Because while the fae are fertile.

Sometimes it doesn't work. We'll take the both of you under our wing for about a week. Think of it as a honeymoon!

ICly, your couple will reach a decision to try for a child. The fae are fertile, but not that fertile. Very rarely will they be able to get pregnany without some kind of help. ^^ If you would like to consider this surprise option, contact me anyways in the thread, guild, or through PM.

You'll need to show me one role play post, 1 post and 1 journal entry after I've confirmed this involving the decision, actions, etc. It's up to you. >.> But at a low rating, please? Events involving Cupid and Eros are not needed-- but you can use this as a spring board. This is to make sure that you've seriously considered this option.

After, you'll recieve an image of your couple. Hey, we can do pregnancies any way! And besides, Shy likes the big belly look... >>

How the child is cared for is up to you. If you both nominate a user, then they will 'recieve' the child for a 4k fee. This is just to ensure that they know what they're getting into. XD A normal flat sale with a role play prompt will be used, where both of the parents will be judges.

The reason I don't encourage parents from keeping their own children is because there will only be 30 original fae.

No. Not unless you give me something in return. So look at number 1.

Please post in this thread, or pm me and I'll reply. I might even put the question up here, because it's probably something useful.

5. Information getting a fae:
At most signups, you will need a offer a gift. It can be anything you want, ie: a flower or a pair of shoes, and only written in words. A fae, attracted by the gift will choose the stay with you. The fae I draw will be slightly affected by the gift you present, as well as their personality.
The fae can be male or female, and while it is partly up to me, it is up to you as well. I will send you the child image with basic statistics such as name, hair and eye colors, etc, but you can decide. Is it a pretty girl, or a very pretty boy?

6. How many fae am I allowed to own at one time?
2. One must be on teen stage, unless you use the custom form, or unless you get twins. If both fae have reached adult stage and one is being considered for elder stage, you can apply for another one.
