When is the Halloween event scheduled to begin?
And how long will it run?

When will housing be upgraded again? Like the size. I've been waiting since, '07'? I've been waiting for there to be a more fancier version of housing, as well as better housing furniture in the Faktori. :]

Third or fourth week right before Halloween and usually runs for two weeks. It has been known to start right before Halloween on that week and run into November. We shall see.

I was just curious, but do the servers refresh or switch at 4 am Pacific? Because every night like clockwork Lake Kindred will freeze and the forums will not load if I try and do anything in that time span between 4:00 and 4:01 a.m.

7:00 - 7:02 am eastern for me and yes... it is a server refresh or switch or whatever. Questions like this go to Q&A. But I asked this same question a couple years ago.
