Although on the bright side, I finally figured out how to get this scene moving again since I accidentally (half intentionally) wrote myself into a corner.
The solution is to tie it back to a previous scene that otherwise would look out of place. (Talking about creepy cullen syndrome scene, but the dude wasn't cullen-ing)
