If by "out and about" you mean "out of my room," every day. If you mean "doing something in particular with friends," then maybe once a week.

Occasionally I do-- maybe 3 or 4 times a week (7 day period). I get so wrapped up in what I'm saying or I'll open a second tb and start something else really quick, and I forget to finish the post. Leaving TNP hanging is a normal thing for me. I'm surprised I haven't been called on it more often.

How often do you wash your hands with soap and warm water after using the toilet?
