If you have created the image 100% yourself then yes this works. But if you've just found the images and stuck them together that still doesn't work. It's against the site rules for anyone to profit off work they did not create without the original creator's permission

i have real images that i made myself from other people's images but i got permission from. but i didnt get that in writing or anything i hope that still works.

Sorry, but I have to have some sort of proof to be sure I won't get in trouble for it. That's why the form specifically asks for proof of permission :/
