Are you guys part of an FRG I'd suggest joining one unless they suck where you are. We even had a FRG in the Guard and ours was good, they really took care of us.

His deployment is going to be 6 months. It's weird, because most submarine deployments are only like 3-4 months. And they haven't told him if he'll be able to come home for a week or two in the middle of it. We almost literally don't know ANYTHING about his deployment except for the location and length :/

And thanks, everyone. Today seemed to be a LOT better. I guess I just needed to vent? I still haven't moved his stuff, but... I'm not totally miserable anymore.

We're required to attend our FRG. But they don't talk to Chris or I, other than the polite hello's from the superiors. The only time it was /fun/ was when we had one of his Team Leaders from a few months ago. It was a free bowling one and they actually involved us. But since his leadership changed, not so much.

Though his newest Team Leader is nice. He helped us deal with the car salesmen.
