indent Liam entered his apartment some time later. He didn't know how to approach Riku again. What would he do? He didn't want to apologize to her. She would know who he was! He was a wanted man. He sighed, deciding to pt it off until the time came where he would run into the woman again. The next morning Liam woke up and walked out to go and do some shopping.

"TOOO THE MALLLL!!!!" Momoko said energetically and pumped her fist into the air. It was great for a Saturday morning! Spreading her arms, she pretended that she was an airplane and made those sounds as she entered the mall with Riku.
"Good grief," she said, looking at Momoko's behaviour. She so energetic even in the morning? Riku just wanted to satisfy her friend and maybe get things off her mind.

indent Liam walked to the mall once he had finished grocery shopping. His wardrobe needed some updating since a new season was approaching and he needed to get ready for the change in the weather. As he was walking, he noticed Riku and a pink-haired girl. He bit his lip before deciding to follow, glad he had went home and put away his groceries instead of leaving them in his new Volkswagen Beetle.

WHAT THE HELL? ✶

Momoko stopped acting immature when she entered the mall as she was a total different person. "Well, anyways, I wonna buy Christmas presents before projects starts slamming into out faces," she said, liking to be well-prepared instead of doing last-minute.
Knowing her friend, she nodded. "Yeah, I need to buy some supplies," Riku replied, needing more wristbands.
"THE DISNEY STORE!!" she realized and quickly entered the shop, leaving Riku alone.

indent Taking his chance, Liam "accidentally" walked into Riku. "Oh, sorry." His voice sounded different. Not totally different. Just more knowing and mature. He looked her up and down. It didn't look like she had a baby, which was good. He guessed. "Why are you just standing here?" He asked, blinking a little since he had stopped walking.

Riku stared behind her friend as if she was a crazy lunatic as she felt someone bumped her. She turned to the source, a male with red eyes. Holy s**t. She thought that was Daniels for a second. Looking in her bag, she checked just in case he didn't pick-pocket her. Good. Nothing was there as she pretended to look at her phone for the time so that he wouldn't judge her or something. "I got ditched...," she responded to his question as she looked at the male then the Disney store.

indent "What kind of friend ditches another one?" Liam said before shrugging. He was trying to pull off a cool, flirty guy persona. She seemed to be onto him. He needed to get rid of all of her suspicions. Liam blinked as he looked around, "Do you want me to get you something?" He asked, planning on buying her something.

Riku was highly suspicious after hearing the man wanting to get her something. He was probably a kidnapper or wanted sex in exchange. Now her guard was up high. "No, it's okay. I better find my friend before she gets lost," she said to the man and ran to the Disney Store.

indent He made a face, not amused. She had a rift to be paranoid but how would she get forward in life if she didn't take a stranger's hospitality. Liam shook his head, walking around the mall to simply wander and pick up the ladies for a fun time. He would find Riku later.

WHAT THE HELL? ✶

Who the hell was that guy anyways?! That was just creepy. Shaking her head, she tried to forget what she experienced right now. She found Momoko obviously at the stuff animals section. She seen her room before. Tons of stuff animals from the Disney store and other animes shops.
"Woahhhh~" she said observing all of them.
"Which one are you going to buy this time?" she asked her with a sigh.
Momoko just noticed that Riku was with her as she came to her senses. "Where were you?! I was looking for you!"
Riku gave her a weird look. She was the one who ditched her.
"C'mon you're going to stick to me like glue," she said linking arms with her.

Several hours later, they were both hungry as they made their way to the Food Court. She haven't seen that guy all morning, so that was a good thing as Riku relaxed a little.

indent Liam headed over to food court a few hours after his time of aimless wandering. The male ate some Chinese food in the corner of the food court, not sure what to do with himself. Riku wasn't going to trust him. Maybe if he saved her so he could get back into his life. Liam stared at them, a little bored, making it very subtle.

Riku and Momoko ordered their food from McDonalds, finding seats near the corner after a long time walking around to find seats. It was sure packed since it was lunch time.
"Time to eat!" Momoko said, sitting down.
Riku looked around. Holy mother of... Oh god. Holy s**t. What kind of coincidence was this? The stupid man was here! What the hell?! She took her seat as if she didn't notice the guy facing her back towards him. "Itadakimasu," she said quietly.

indent Liam noticed the change in Riku's body language. He had been noticed. He took a deep breath before he got up and threw his garbage away. The male walked past the two girls before dropping something into Riku's purse. It was the hilt of the knife she had used while they had escaped from the kidnappers in the woods. Without faltering, Liam continued to walk, deciding he would stop by her house that night.

Riku was too busy coming up with plans, unaware that someone dropped something in her purse.
Momoko wasn't paying attention to anything expect her food. "I'm going to get a happy meal next time~"

indent Liam knew where Riku lived, a little surprised he remembered after all the time that passed. He had tried to forget everything. But Riku could not leave his mind. He sneaked into her house with ease since the guards were gone. They were more focused on secretly watching her in the mall. Liam slid into a hall closet that was empty and waited.
