i totally feel you on the chick fil a xD
we just got one last year
and it's so freaking good

try taking your lunch wherever you go
or making it at home if you stay at home
i find that if i set it out the night before
and i pack it all up in my lunch box
i don't end up going out for lunch at all
just pack something relatively healthy and low on calories
but that will fill you up
ramen happens to be my weakness and addiction
so i dont know if i can stop eating it! D;

also, i've never tried zumba
is it any good? =o


Zumba is so much fun, it's high intensity and burns calories so quickly! If you like to dance, then you'll love Zumba.

Ramen is amazing nnngh. I only eat Shin Ramyun, super spicy! With all the spiciness it keeps me from having it too often ^_^

Most days I actually drive home for lunch to eat so I'm not tempted~ But I went with my boyfriend & he's not dieting so... sometimes I give in JUST A LITTLE. Even if it's just a small fry & 8 nuggets. hehee.

driving home for lunch is not an option at this point for me
i live a half hour away from work
and even though i get an hour lunch
id never get to eat D;
lol

zumba sounds fun
although i'm not much of a dancer
i've thought about getting a personal trainer though
sounds interesting
seeing what he/she says for me to do
and if i can do it xD

I technically work about 15 mins away from work buuuuuuuuuuuuuuut I dont drive the speed limit and I usually make it there in about 8. hahaha

Hello. Dream me a Defect had me check this link out and I'd like to join. I have a lot of information I am doing with my work right now (we are doing a biggest loser challenge). So I can try to update this thread with the goals and how the point system works, if anyone is interested.... its a 12 week program but i'm on week 3 I believe so if anyone wants to jump in, I can type out the information! smile Just quote me!

Ugh, seafood, noodles (SHARING THE RAMEN LOVE), rice, sushi, eggs, and boba are my guilty pleasure foods. Dx

Seafood is so expensive though. I can't afford salmon on a college budget. Lol. xD

Today! Rest day. Working on cosplays all day for Katsucon. I'm going as Samus Aran and Yoko Littner. Haha~

Food:

Sauteed mushrooms with a bit of soy sauce
3 scrambled eggs with spinach and parmesan cheese
More tilapia, spinach, and rice for dinner
Oatmeal
(Probably yogurt and a protein shake later... Maybe some kimchi too.)

Leg day tomorrow! I'll be at a hotel, but they have a fitness room. I'm pretty excited to see what they have to offer. : D

And then touch-up + HIIT cardio day on Saturday.

I haven't had boba in toooo long. My co-worker tells me of a really yummy place in my area... I should probably go check it out next week!

Netted 1271 calories~

I had a pretty great day food wise. Except for the fact I eat way too many processed foods.. leading to an overabundance of sodium. I feel like it's an area I need to improve buuuut I know it will cause me to have to actually MAKE things. :< That's a whole 'nother story. Need more motivation!! Hahaha.

I didn't partake in Zumba yesterday because I had a lot of laundry to do, but luckily laundry is a pretty good activity for burning a little bit of calories.

Today I hope to do better ^ U^ Zumba tonight when I get home from work!

The more the merrier !! :3 I don't have a way to make the join form I promised just yet, but you can just join by simply introducing yourself & your goals.~ I'm interested to learn more about your program! My university is also sponsoring a Biggest Loser-type event, but I didn't have the guts to join it. Maybe next semester. emo lul.
