HI misa, doing paleo diet and pumping muscle now I'm only like 10 pounds from my weight goal to 165 c:

eek I was 90% paleo a year or two ago for a year. Rice and granola aren't paleo. Apparently potato is becoming accepted for those who do moderate to heavy exercise. Also coffee is also in the grey zone, unless its that bullet-proof stuff.

Random health update: blood test came back today saying I'm low in vitamin D, so I guess I don't get enough sun. Thought process every time I think of the sunshine>>UV rays>> thymine dimers>> THYMINE DIMERS!!>AHHHHHHH!!!!

Missa! I'm so glad you're still running this. I have been away from Gaia for months, but I was poking around again recently and want to get back in on this!

Fitness Goals : To be a healthy weight before I'm 30. I was down 60, went back up 20 in 4 months over Christmas and have lost ~25 since then. So down 65 total. I still have almost 100lbs to go to goal though, so I need some accountability.

Any other Details You'd Like to Share : I follow a low-carb lifestyle (keto) for reasons of being high risk for diabetes, and also because it's what works for me! If you would like to add me on myfitnesspal, let me know!
