No, it's not made by Gaia at all. It's an extension you can put on Google Chrome, that changes Gaia's layout in a bunch of ways and gives you new functionality. You can have whatever convenient shortcuts you want in that "Shortcuts" dropdown in the header, you can change some of the site's colors around, you can make formatting posts your favorite way easier, and collecting Daily Chance is a lot easier because you can use all of the different carts on a single page.

Do you use firefox or g chrome? There's an add on called bettergaia that lets you change colors, backgrounds, shortcuts etc!
