Its an obvious recolor of Scent of Death, which is the Animal scythe, but I can't find a listing for it anywhere to even tell you what its called @ ~ @

That's what I'm thinking. This isn't the first time there's been a Leaked item in an Announcement (matter of fact, it's a semi-regular thing. I think there's a "leak" every few days now), and to know Scent of Death's getting a Recolor is exciting!!! Hopefully it'll be 250GC like the original!

Since there are three other items to pick from on that tier, this is the only time they are saying its going to be offered, AND its only till the 14th. I'm a little panicked trying to scrape together 30 bucks XP

Yeah, that one was definitely nuts. Depending on today's releases, I might be able to convince my Sis to snag it for me. Not 100% certain on that, though. I'll go search the MP, see if it's popped up yet.
