No you don't. You need to catch 75k in general. You can take as many years as you want for it.

I'm pretty sure it's 150k for the Angelic Plus, but always looking for more responses from people that are around that number of fish/junk.

I'm at 132k on The Fishing God and she didn't get a rod. But it is no surprise that my 309k fish on this account netted me one.

Zamenhof says she gormt one with 160k, so 150k is what I'd say too.

I got a shiny new plus rod and my fish total was 196k.

So I can narrow it down to under 200k. smile

Made some minor updates to the first post including the addition of the following:

Special Note: When the script to grant the rods is run, it only checks for those who have fished during the current month. If you reach the required amount and stopped fishing at the end of the month fish at least one bucket during the next month to get your rod to grant on the following Sunday.

This is probably going to be a fairly rare scenario and should only occur during the first Sunday of each month, but in the event that it does happen to someone else, the information is there for you to pass on to friends that might run into this situation.

Do note that if your trading pass is disabled or you don't have one... chances are pretty good you won't get your angelic rod till you have a working pass. D;
