Project Ticket Email Issues

Hi guys!

We've been having some intermittent issues with Project emails not making it through! The issue seems to be affecting yahoo emails, so please contact us again (on a different email provider if you can) if the following affect you:

- You have submitted a recolor ticket before 09/01 and have not had your ticket removed or received an email. Your email may have bounced back and we need more information from you. If your ticket has been removed that means your order was accepted as is and is proceeding as normal!
- If you've submitted a question to Project Recolor since November and didn't get a reply to that question
- You currently have a submission from a yahoo address and would like to give us a different provider's email address. You can reply to your order with the new email!

You do not need to email again unless these circumstances apply to you. If your order bounces back now I will PM you on site asking for a different email to contact you with.

New Gaia Pledge and Flair system

Hello everyone, today we've released new Gaia Pledge items, along with a new system that should fix any of the issues with the forum flare not showing up.

All existing data should be migrated, but if you do not see your forum flare, please save your avatar again and things should work properly moving forward. Thank you.

Gaia Pledge item grant problems being fixed

We've received reports that some of you had not received your pledge item after submitting payment. We are looking into the issue at the moment, and anyone with missing items will have them delivered shortly. We will send you a PM as soon as your items are granted.

Gaia Pledge item fixed again

Unfortunately the last fix for purchasing the Gaia pledge items didn't work, so a new fix had been made. We will soon be granting the missing items to all that purchased pledge items between Saturday to Monday. Thank you for your patience. 3nodding
