Bonus GCash Coupon: Visual Error

Our last update didn't stick! If you're redeeming the weekly deal coupon or any other bonus gaia cash coupon, there's a visual error found under "2. Order Summary" on the GCash page. It's been showing some astronomically large numbers, but please refer to the original coupon announcements for the correct amount of GCash that would be awarded with redemption to avoid confusion.

Wishlist limit updated

The wishlist deletion bug that happens when the wishlist is full had been fixed. We also raised the wishlist limit to 1500 items now.

Item Restore Tool for Marketplace and Trade

For anyone who had experienced item loss during the recent server migration, we've setup a tool to seek and restore your lost items.

New Payment Page Is Ready

The new GCash payment page had finished updating, and the coupon error is also fixed.

Payments page fixed yet again!

We just released another patch that should fix the payment issues from the past hour.

We also received reports where some Gaians did not receive their tier rewards from the old payment page on Tuesday and Wednesday. We are working on granting your tier rewards as we speak. 3nodding

Trade Error Fixed

For those of you that are encountering errors when completing trades with the "item not in location" error, please try completing your trade again. 3nodding

Tier Bonus is fixed

The bug with the GCash tier bonus had ben fixed, and the 10% sitewide bonus sale had been extended to 2pm, PDT. Sorry for the delay!

GC bonus item coupon fixed

There was also a bug with the bonus item coupons that had just been fixed.

For those who had used your coupon previously, your missing item will be granted before 3pm, PST. Thank you for your patience. sweatdrop

Gaia Pledge Items Restored

For those who had purchased the latest Gaia Pledge items in the past two days, your items had been granted to your inventory. Apologies for the delay. The new payment system had been causing a lot of issues. sweatdrop
