Serenity Greys

Serenity bowed in a thank you and walked into the room. She looked around, seeing a single bed, bathroom, closet, and a dresser. Content on what was in her room, she sat down on the bed and laid back exhausted. She had been walking for nearly half a day. A few hours spent in the forest though. Letting out a yawn, Serenity closed her eyes, resting.

"...Such an interesting presence..", the figure stood in a clearing, off in one of the deeper parts of the forest, slowly removing his garb, but only the top. A surprisingly taut and toned form, masked by shaggy, indigo fur starts to be revealed, random scarring adoring his sides,right over both parts of the rib cage, creating ugly contrasts to such striking fur. The next thing to go was the mask...which showed a humanoid face of beast and man, hidden beneath the long shaggy locks of fur like hair that fell over his face as it hung freely. Four sharp fangs, two on the top for canines..and two on the bottom, nearly tusk like protruded from his mouth

He was an odd looking creature...far from beautiful,or handsome..............but his appearance wasn't ...hideous....just strange...

Sending a glance back the way he'd just came from with those wild gold eyes, he wonders if the girl chose to stay at the inn...or move on. It wasn't his business though..

Serenity had not fallen asleep. She sat up on the bed, undoing her long silver hair and letting it fall against her back. Standing up from the bed, she moved over to the window, looking out at the vast forest. Thoughts of the man soared through her head, wondering if he was alright, also the curiosity of what he looked like.

..Flexing his arm, the beast man absently pressed a hand against the visible muscle,other hand curling into a fist..testing something. That arm had been giving him a little trouble as of late thanks to a small....quarrel with one of the other forest monsters. He never did wash the blood off....forgot about it, so small clumps of dried crimson lingered on the fur, staining it.

..It was just simple carelessness. What exactly should he do? Being all proper wouldn't serve him much use out here. Although, he did have to admit....sticking it out here could be boring...not many of the creatures that made up his home spoke a strong verbal tongue...and the elves guarding this place didn't much care for his presence as it was.

After Serenity had finished cleaning her clothes and getting back into them. She walked out of the room and headed outside. She stretched out her arms and legs, before sitting down on the grass. She felt the light breeze against her skin, and the warm sun gleaming down (if its still day time).

He nodded his head to Lulu. "Umm yes yes every thing is fine." He said holding his tail nervously. "Im just a bit.... overwhelmed but how nice everyone here seems." He said in a very soft and she voice.

((I can only make a post or two before work but I wanted to get in a few before I go.))

"Koda..I'm not sure what upbringing you've had....but we have no reason,nor desire to cause you any harm.",Lulu said,finally voicing her thoughts. His personality was so timid...so...subservient almost, and it bothered her. Moving over to him, she leaned down and gently wrapped her arms around the boy, pulling him into a light hug.

With a light poof sound his tail puffed out from being caught off guard by the hug but he did not push her away rather he froze unsure of how to react sine this was his first hug. It was starting to seem that everything people had told him over the years about how unclean he was, how a half breed has no place in society, How he should not be allowed to be around people just might have been... wrong. Her embrace was so warm and gentle. He could not help it. It was something he had not known. His eyes slowly began to drop tears for reasons he did no know or understand. Small sniffles came from him as he tried his best to hold it in.

Lulu simply held him,her hand gently rubbing the young boys back as he cried,"It's alright..",she whispered soothingly,kneeling down just enough to lift Koda into her arms,and carefully bring him over to another empty room. Using her hip to bump the door open , Lulu shuffled over towards the bed and took a seat,lightly placing him on her lap, but not letting go.
