Amick sighed marking his place and sitting the book down. He couldn't stop wondering if Sera was still sitting in the snow. If she was, she was a fool just like his brother. He leaned back in his chair glancing over towards the dark side of the library. He couldn't feel her prances as much as he felt everyone else in the inn. Which was another reason why he didn't like being around her. He could tell that Vincent had a dark area around him even though he played nice and his brother was a different story.

Finally getting up from his chair he walked across the room and into the dark again. Small flames of blue light came to life around him to make sure he didn't bump into to anything. Once he reached the window again he hesitated to move it aside. Why would he care? He didn't care if she froze to death? He cared because he didn't feel like handling a dead body. Once he was sure with himself he pushed the shade aside.

His eyes widen in a instant at what he was looking at. An extremely large animal had approached Sera. He thought the animal had missed took her for being dead but looking again he notice something on the animals back. Amick crossed his arms and lend on the cold window to watch if a fight would come out of this. A slight grin formed on his face in amusement. Then again he was slightly bothered by the fact that he couldn't feel the auras of the other two just as much as he could from Sera.

Seras reaction to Novak was both different and the same as everyone else he had come across. When ever he approached a human they ran in fear and if not they readied themselves for an attack, as if Novak was going to eat them. He never had any interest in eating human flesh or attacking anyone; the kind wolf just wanted help. He was a peaceful animal with the power to destroy what he set his mind to. Even though he had been through a great deal of hardships he would never forget his puppy years. The years that kindred his heart and mind. What he did not expect was the flames and heat that expanded from her body. She was the first person that Novak came across who truly had the capability to fight him.

State your name and business. He repeated Sera's words to himself, lowering his head slightly again to show he would do nothing. His blue and green eyes never blinked from the fiery gems that glared at him. On the inside he was extremely happy. Why? This girl could use telepathy that most people didn't have. That meant she would be able to understand him. The joy that swelled inside of him almost bubbled in his heart. The only question now was; if she would be able to help?

My name is Novak. I am looking for shelter and warmth that could help my friend. She has been sleeping off and on these pass few days, and eating nothing. I fear that she may die if I do not find the right help. Please Sera help us. Novaks voice was slow deep and misty like the voice of an ancient sprit about to tell a fantasy story; naturally a calming voice that meant not danger. It was a power of his, a peace keeper he was. It was a sham though that not everyone could hear him. Also, without knowing he read her name from a section of her mind must of which were closed off. He noticed that she had closed them off unconsciously herself. Novak had no other power except for telepathy and the effect his voice had on people who could hear him; leaving his mind to work in the most extraordinary ways. Surely she would help or at least he hoped she could. If you could, I would like for you to warm her up and maybe provide her with food. I'm not even sure if she will wake again, but I have good sprits that she will.

He was assuming that she was the owner of the building behind her. Sensing that someone was watching; Novak lift his head looking towards the windows of the library. A man was watching them with glowing sliver eyes, or maybe that was just the sunlight. This males mind was different but not as different as Sera. Puffs of clouds formed around his mug as he looked back towards the girl. The wolf sat back and aloud his body to lie down in the deep snow to rest. He only trusted Sera because she could hear his voice. If it were anyone else Novak wouldn't have allowed anyone to get close to Ikea. Ikea short breaths became slower the longer he waited and she clenched his fur making him shake his head. There he sat hoping that Sera would understand that he was not here to fight. That she was the only one who could help him. That she was the only one he could trust.

Vincent smiled as he came up to a door marked 'laundry' and opened it slowly, noticing how much simpler things looked back her versus the rest of the house. He liked things this way and it definitely made him feel more comfortable. He walked over to the older looking washing machine and put his clothes in, looking around for some laundry soap.

He glanced down, on the machine nad then up at the shelf above it, seeing the soap at last. He reached up and popped it open and then quickly poured a bit inside.

He closed the lid and turned it on max. Now all he had to do was wait.
Sera felt a tremble course through her body, the flames flickered and dimmed for a split second before roaring back into life. This being's voice felt so alien to her mind, almost hypnotic in a way, she couldn't help but listen captivated by each word. But what hit her hard was the fact that he had called her something, he had definately used a name when addressing her.
Sera. Was that who she was? Yes of course, that was it. How could she have forgotten such a simple thing?

Brushing all this to one side with a feeling of disbelief, Sera lowered her hands and continued to watch Novak and his friend with a growing interest. More and more this all felt like a dream and Sera still couldn't ignore the creeping and nagging feel at the back of her head that had joined with the usual dull throb.
The flames still curled about her limbs, but in a slower and more gentler way, rather than harsh and searing. The soft orange reflecting in her eyes and glowing embers drifted about her long red and blonde hair. Behind her she could feel the eyes of Amick watching their every move; but why? Curiosity?

Her attention turned back to Novak and Sera straightened up,
Hm... Right. She seemed a little sceptic at first upon hearing what Novak would like; warmth, food, basically help for his friend. But the fiery glow of her eyes dulled and returned to a bright blue and her hair turned back to the usual honey shade as the flames slowly dispersed. Well I guess I can sort some food out, this place has a lot... there's a whole room filled with different kinds of food. Some good. Some bad. I don't know what she'll eat though...
It seemed a little strange that all of a sudden she had gone from wary and about to attack, to someone who was very open and friendly - but then that was just the way Sera was, quite the skitso.

As Novak lay down in the snow, Sera quickly turned around and dashed back into the kitchen. She took just a few minutes gathering some food, as she knew where most of the good stuff was kept by now, and then came rushing back outside; arms bundled up with fruits, meat and various packets of things. Sera threw them down onto the ground close beside Novak and then stared at the female, tentatively reaching out a hand towards her.
Is it alright? Um... She won't bite will she? Sera asked, her hand already heating up as a steady warmth ran through her body and down her stretched out arm.

User Image Novak watched as Sera ran to find something for Ikea to eat. His frightening feeling that Sera gave him had vanished as if it was never there. He could have sworn that Sera would have attacked him, but he suddenly felt attached. It was all Sera's fault though, because she had treated him so kindly he wouldn't mind her around. He moved his body turning on his side and using his head to nag and push Ikea over. It was kind of hard because she was still holding onto his fur but she slowly moved to his belly where he wrapped around her. He was a huge blanket in a way.

His ear twitched and head snapped in the direction of Sera hurrying towards him. He looked at all the strange things she place on the snow. Novak nor Ikea have ever seen these things before. She was fed through test tubes and now she had to some how use her mouth to eat. He watched her reach towards Ikea slowly before pausing to ask him if it were safe. Honestly, he didn't know. Ikea never tired to harm him but he also didn't know too much about her. The weird thing about Ikea's mind was that it was completely blank. He called her Ikea from the words written on her back.

Thinking it over, he finally answered. If you are providing warmth I don't think she would harm you. She just might cling to you the way she holds onto me but I can't give her as much warmth as you can. If anything does happen I'll calm her down so you don't have to worry. Novak never really seen Ikea awake. He seen her open her eye a few times but that was it. He kept his eyes on her allowing Sera to touch his fur to reach Ikea a little easier.

It felt as if someone was holding her throat to somehow stop her breathing. The darkness she walked in was so cold she couldn't feel her body. She was numb and the only warmth touched the outer limits of her mind. She could tell it was there but nothing was as warm as what almost caused her to glow. Her mind could feel it. It was some how waking up to a brand new world. The closer the warmth became the more Ikea's mind could paint the picture. It looked like fingertips coming from the darkness. It soon turned into a hand and that hand was so completely and utterly warm.

Ikea parted her lips and fluttered open one of her eyes that peeked past the uneven strands of hair. The icy blue color of her eye matched Novaks. The daze look she gave Sera was empty. Her other eye was covered by a patch for very good reasons. She felt like ice was slowly melting in her chest. The female painted Sera's face in her mind before slowly letting go of Novaks fur. Her shaky hand reached for the hand that felt so warm without her having to touch her. A small smile and an unintentional attachment formed inside of her. She had to think hard of the words she wanted to say but they never came. She just looked at her with a childish smile as if Sera had become her new mother.
Sera really had no clue what she was supposed to be doing right now, her left hand hovered close to the unconscious pink haired female, the air shimmering around her fingertips due to the growing heat. Her other hand rest against Novak, and Sera's eyes were locked onto the female,
You call her... Ikea... right? Sorry, it sort of drifted towards me... but I see why you call her that... she has it written on her skin. Sera said, glancing at the markings on the female's lower back. I hope you're right... about the not harming part...

She could feel a mental shift, but it was faint, and everytime Sera tried to lock onto it, the feeling slipped through her fingers, but she was sure that Ikea was slowly waking. Without meaning to, her body tensed and a few flames ran about her skin, the tingling heat spreading from her lower back as usual.
The moment that Ikea's lips parted, Sera blinked, her eyes instantly shifting colour to a bright green and then to a golden brown. This female was sparking up a lot of her curiosity, for one thing, why did she have one of her eyes covered with a patch?
Frowning slightly, Sera tilted her head to one side, observing the girls reactions to her outstretched hand and could still feel her muscles tensing when Ikea reached out a hand towards her with a small smile.
What's she... Sera let the sentence drift off, as she began to feel wary all over again because this strange girl was now smiling so honestly at her. Hmm... Well at least you're awake.

Sera tried to shake of the peculiar feeling she got from the girl's mind and pointed to the scattered food on the ground,
See this? All this. It's for you. You have to eat. It's good. Sera nodded reassuringly, speaking as though she really was talking to a child and not someone a year younger than her. She even picked up some of the food, an apple, and took a bite from it to show Ikea that the food was safe to eat. She sat on the ground, the flames dispersing once more around her, but the warm glow still remaining about her bare skin.
Thanks to you, I now have a name. Sera smiled a little, taking another bite from the apple as she looked towards Novak, This is my help for you.

User Image Novak didn't mind Sera reading his mind at all. He had done it to her and had nothing to hide. He watched the movements from Ikea in amazement. He had never seen her move so much since he had been carrying her around. He knew Sera could help him. He felt as if he owed her something in return.

Ikea let her hand fall and turned her head to look at what ever Sera pointed to. She then looked back at Sera to make sure she had seen what she just saw. Sera's eyes changed color. Right now Ikea didn't know what to make of the female. Her voice seemed so loud in Ikeas mind that she pulled her hands over her ears. She closed her eye tightly before relaxing and running her fingers over the technology on her ear. Sera's voice wasn't to loud; its just been forever since someone had talked to her the way Sera did. She wasn't up long enough to hear from Novak.

The frail girl watch Sera bite into a red object telling her she had to eat. Slowly Ikea sat up on the side of Novak looking at the items on the floor. She lifts her hand to touch her ear again before looking at Sera as if Sera knew why they were there. Her body loved the warmth coming from Sera. The warmth had made her forget that there was something covering her ears. She leans on the side of Novak just to steal more of Seras warmth.

Thanks to you, I now have a name. Is what Sera said. Ikea almost completely ignored it because she had no clue what was going on. She just woke up to some nice female. Novak on the other hand said thanks lowering his head to watch.

Ikea then looked at the items with question before a few lifted into the air and hovered before her face: A bag of gummy bears, a green able, a banana, uncooked meat, and soda bottle. The wrapper holding the gummy bears came apart and fell to the ground, and the banana pilled itself. She slowly took the apple from the air and bit into it the same way Sera did. She watched her slowly learning what she was supposed to do. Her own eye lit up like a candle with to much oil. She began to pick and pull at the items around her shoving almost everything in her mouth.

The poor girl filled her mouth up until it was impossible for her to close her mouth. She looked like a fish with an open mouth and large eyes. You could see the various foods in her mouth and her slobber sliding down her chin. Although she couldn't close her mouth she took the soda bottle and tried to but that in her mouth as well. Yeah, the WHOLE bottle. She looked funny and her mouth was stuck. When she noticed nothing was going down anymore she began to panic. The ground shook slightly and small balls of snow rose into the air.
This whole ordeal was pretty wierd, but even though Sera knew that, she also felt quite calm and relaxed, as though these sort of things happened to her all the time.
Ikea hadn't said anything yet, and Sera was practically bursting with questions but held back, giving this girl time to get her bearings. Sera felt like reaching out and prodding the thing that was covering her ears, the strange object and she also felt compelled to hand the girl some clothes rather than the wires she seemed to have on. But Sera didn't exactly have much to spare clothing wise, wearing very little herself.

Her hand lifted and scratched the side of her head, many questions darting about, curiosity burning like the flames that leapt from her body occasionally. Sera didn't have a clue what to do with this girl, did she need medical attention? She looked alright, but what was going on in her head? Sera wasn't getting anything yet.
Novak seemed pretty intent on just laying there and watching, no doubt he was resting, after the long journey full of worry for his companion, now he could rest assured.

Sera licked at her lips, lowering the apple from her mouth and staring at Ikea, a few items had lifted into the air of their own free will - well that's what it looked like, but Sera could tell otherwise. She tilted her head to one side, taking another bite from her apple and watching as Ikea began to do the same, copying every move that Sera did with the apple. Everything apart from swallow.
Her lips quivered as she felt like laughing at this sight, such an innocent face, crammed with food yes, but a sweet look about the eyes. Sera was sitting there in a daze, about to laugh at the sight of Ikea trying to cram a bottle in her already full mouth when alarm bells started ringing in her head - at least it felt like they were.
Idiot! What are you doing! Swallow the damn food! You're gonna choke!
Sera gathered that Ikea was already getting to this point as the ground began to tremble and snow lifted into the air. Without warning, she leapt from where she sat and slapped her hand hard across Ikea's back, trying to make the girl cough everything out.
Amick frowned when a fight did not break out between the two. To him they just looked like they were sitting there staring at each other. His eyes narrowed on Sera running back into the building. He then watched the large wolf sitting in the snow. He seemed to want to protect the girl with every part of his body. Good thing the doors of the inn were wide or else the thing wouldn't be able to walk inside. He doubt that the animal would want to leave the small girls side. The idiots shouldn't be setting in the snow. He though to himself walking away from the window and out of the library.

He walked down the stairs, towards the kitchen, and out the back door. Amick watched Sera through food down in the snow. She reminded him of a child bringing food to a stray cat. He lends on the door frame with his arms crossed acrossed his chest. He wanted to laugh as the girl shoved everything in her mouth but he held it back.

Amick stood up straight when the ground began to move a little causing the lights in the inn to shake. He walked over to the two a little pissed because the girl didn't seem to know how to handle her powers. "Chew you damn food and go away. You'll bring nothing but trouble," Amick shouted his cold voice seeming more effective in higher volumes. He narrowed his eye on the wolf that carried her here. An unstable mind wasn't welcomed but if Emir saw her he would gladly let her in. Just like he did with Sera and she didn't even know her own name; they both were fools Emir and Sera. He looked to Sera with the same cutting eyes. "You leave as well. There is no place for you here," he finished. It was like killing two birds with one stone.

[Aiko bringing back the long post lol]
((ooc: Just like old times. ^_^ ))

Sera quickly turned to direct her attention towards Amick who had just come storming towards them angrily, shouting at Ikea cruelly. He didn't have to be so harsh, and where was Ikea and Novak to go? They would surely not be welcome anywhere else, and Ikea and Novak too, both needed rest. Sera could see this, and she didn't like Amick's judgement towards this matter. Her mind seemed to click, she could hear many thoughts rushing about Amick's head, much conflict and she saw what he thought of Ikea and her as well. Unstable.

The moment Amick looked at Sera with the same anger, and shouted at her to leave as well, a part of her mind let slip a few fragments of her forgotten past. And these memory shards flashed before her vision, seeming to meld with reality.
To Sera it appeared as though time was skipping, flickering before her eyes; one moment she was looking at Amick standing above her, the next it was a looming dark figure, with the barrel of a gun pointed close to her face. Sera's eyes widened and for some reason, as she glimpsed this scene, information just seemed to flood into her consciousness; she knew every detail of the gun being pointed at her face, it was a semi-automatic pistol, a Desert Eagle .44 Magnum to be more precise, a favourite of hers.
But all of this didn't seem to be helping her situation, it just seemed to prove Amick's point, she was unstable; her mind was buzzing at the moment with newly recalled information.

Shaking her head, everything returned to normal, it was Amick standing there, not some lab coat creep wielding a gun. She scowled at him and refused to speak, not trusting her mind to communicate at the moment and then looked over at Ikea and Novak to see how they took all of this.

"Ah... my apologies, I don't...?"
The appearance of Vincent hadn't really phased her - for all her well-bred manners, she *was* a farm girl. A bare chest was nothing, yeah? After a moment, she caught on.
"Oh! No - no, it's not an issue, it really isn't!" She smiled, trying to be reassuring - she really wanted to get on with people, because (if this really was free, and there wasn't some catch) then she would certainly be here for several months, and would have little to do but converse; and conversing with people who you didn't get along with was tedious - and she would be very, very bored; there was only so many nights you could get drunk on your own.
"Um, kill you? I don't think I'll be doing any of that - you look like a big strong man to me, and I'm sure you'd overpower me in a second" she waved a hand in an embarrassed manner, taking a little step backwards.

Vincent's clothes had finished washing and he quickly removed them from the washer and stuffed the into the dryer, smiling with satisfaction as he turned it off and left the room, letting it run its cycle.

He opened the door and looked around quickly before closing it behind himself and turning to walk towards the hot springs. He wanted to take a dip and he really need to clean himself, so what better time to do it? He opened the door to the mens and walked into the hot spring, removing the towel before stepping in. He had set it off to the side and he did not want to get it wet as he would use that one to dry himself off.

Not like he really cared if anybody saw him naked anyways.

The food exploded from Ikea's mouth and over the snow; most of it was huge chunks, impossible for her to swallow. She placed her hand over her chest taking a few deep breaths before settling down. The snow fell to the ground and the grown stopped shaking. She turned the patched side of her face to look at Sera. She didn't need to fully turn just to look her in the eye. She wasn't blind.

The small girl finally moved leaning forward and hanging over the side of Novaks leg to pick the larger chunks of food from the floor. Ikea took her time this time re-chewing the pieces she spit out. It was kind of nasty in a way but she didn't seem as if she cared.

Then a male began to shout creating a different kind of sound in her ears. His voice sounded a little muffled but clear. It was the covering on her ears that made him sound funny or it was because she never used her ears before. Ikea paused in the middle of putting a piece of an apple in her mouth. At that time Sera was looking at her. Ikea looked towards Sera and back at Amick before putting the apple in her mouth again. After she finished eating it she climbed off of Novak and stood there staring at Amick; without a though rolling through her mind. She could tell that Sera was having a little trouble with her memories and didn't like the way Amick was bringing them back. Unlike Sera, Ikea remembers everything that happened in her creation.

With a cold and mischievous grin Ikea lowered her head. She put her hand over her ear tapping a button on the side. The white covering moved and shrieked into a small ball that looked like pearl earnings. Her whole aura changed and she almost seemed like a different person. Finally she raised her head looking at the tall man in the distance with such a smile. It seemed as though she didn't care if he was right. In a way he was, so what was the point of getting mad about something she already accepted? He was causing her friend trouble and Ikea wasn't going to stand there and let it happen. She was going to fight.

Novak stood up and walked in front of Ikea looking at her. As if to say don't do it. She lowered her gaze from Amick and turned towards Sera. Lets go. She finally spoke to her. We don't have to listen to him. He's not even the real owner to have the right to tell someone they have to leave. She was blocking her thoughts so that he couldn't hear her, and make it seem as though Ikea was ignoring him. In fact she was.
Sera couldn't believe what she was seeing, but then again she could; didn't understand how or why, but Sera felt a slight understanding as she watched Ikea's transformation. The way the thing on her head changed when she'd tapped a button, the movement of her aura was completely different, and there was a dangerous silence to her mind. It all felt quite exhilarating, and Sera's heart couldn't help but quicken its pace as the adrenaline started pumping, it seemed a natural reaction for her body to do, tensing for the action.
Her mind was still buzzing, mostly with the information she had just re-acquired - weaponry training - and there were a few incoherent images tossed in as well, that Sera could only decipher as some method of torture.
Though what she determined as torture had actually been a weekly occurrence in her past pitiful life, necessary experiments to be conducted - without fail.

Shaking her head, Sera slowly stood up, staring at Amick with her silent fury that presented itself in the raw form of flames that licked and seared at the ground. But Sera knew this was no trouble to one such as him, but the flames continued to crawl about her body, because the anger wouldn't leave her just yet.
She felt like standing back and watching whatever fights would break out, to see if this would feed her hatred, a sick and sadistic darkness lurking at the back of her mind.

The moment Novak stood up and moved in front of Ikea, Sera turned and watched them with a narrowed gaze. She was trying to calm down now, pushing away those cruel thoughts of a past she did not recognise. The flames were slowly dimming.
Go? Sera said, and stared hard at the ground; Ikea was right that they didn't have to stand there and listen to him, and the more Sera listened to her, the more shocked and angry she felt. Sera had been sure that Amick was an owner with his brother, but Ikea was saying that he wasn't and that he didn't have any right to tell them to leave. Well if that is the case... Sera mused and then glanced at Ikea, choosing to ignore Amick as well and changing their topic quite briskly, There’s this place in the building, you'll like it. It had lots of hot water and rocks. It was really nice. It's called a 'Hot Springs’.... Good place to warm up. Rather than smiling brightly at this tantalising thought, Sera kept a blank face and simply inclined her head a little to Ikea; her mind shielded from prying eyes.
Amick continued to watch the both of the girls with narrow eyes. Even after flames covered Seras body. He didn't like the way his body seemed to react towards hers. Blue flames curled over his skin before quickly vanishing. He pressed his lips together slightly raising his head towards Ikea who stood up like she wanted to fight. Her smile and aura was uncomforting, but that gave him all the more reason to not want her around. Now there was two strange people the Amick notice more the others already here. No one was completely human.

Amick didn't have the right to say who could stay and who could leave. He could only mention to Emir and give his opinion on what he thinks, but he would have a solid reason. They didn't know that or so he thought. Finally he thought of why he cared so much, perhaps his looking out for his brother. These girls would only cause trouble.

Without saying a word Amick turned and walked away. He didn't have time for unstable women. Deep down apart of him wanted a fight.
