I remember selling mine for like 300k a while back. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to re-buy it this afternoon and got it for 66k. Not bad at all. Hell, even 150k isn't terrible for some awesome horror mods.

I have no use for the head thing
and the boots are too big for me

As a continuation of your post I've also noticed other creepy-esc items to be cheap including:

Das Cleaner at 17k (come on guys it's a Pyramid Head item)
The Maw at 14k (it's got a mouth on your stomach pose :.D)
Field Creeper at 8k (awesome scarecrow stuff and crows need I say more?)
Mare of Fear and it's brother Mare of Anxiety are sitting at 15k and 27k respectively
Tropical Disease at 15k (3 creepy skins in one!)
Limbs of Fury at 25k (great for adding subtle creepy)
Rhogog at 30k (creepy tree and eyes people)
Hell Prison Guard at 35k (there's even a great leg mod in there)
Rotting Undead Eyes at 40k (these are some of my favorite on all of Gaia)

bonus item: Did you know 24k will get you a Loch Ness Monster, a great wig, and bagpipes? It's true!
