I always sleep with a fan on me when it's hot out....though I point it more at my legs than anywhere else.

^ Sometimes I feel quite certain that you and I must have been separated at birth. 3nodding

I sleep with a fan on all the time to block out noise but I usually have it pointed away from me unless its hot.
Last night was by no means hot, but I guess it wasn't cool enuff for fussy old me so I had the fan blowing at my face and now I'm sick ;-;

sad

I've started putting on a cd with relaxation music/nature sounds while I go to sleep and start it again when I wake up in the night...so I don't hear every little creak in the night and be kept awake worrying. sweatdrop

That's what I thought.

Most the time I've been sleeping better than I used to...or not taking as long to fall asleep at least.

I'm pretty bad with sleeping myself sometimes.
There are nights when I swear it takes me 2 hours to fall asleep.
My brain just wont shut up. gonk

Yeah, that really sucks.

I haven't been that bad lately. There was one point when it took me 2 hours to fall asleep then I woke up every 2 hours... sweatdrop each time it took me about an hour to fall back asleep.

~I like to sleep with a fan on, too. ^_^ I prefer the white noise, as well as the breeze to keep the air moving. I don't like stale, stuffy air.~

yeah, stale, stuffy air sucks.
this time of year usually just having the window open helps with the air though.

~My current bedroom doesn't have an outside window, or I would probably do that a lot of the time. =[~

Same question as Jayden...
I've never had a bedroom without a window in it (for that matter, there's not a single room in my house without a window). I think that would make me claustrophobic.

I like to have windows too
I don't like to turn on lamps during the day, I prefer natural light

The only room I've ever had without a window was a bathroom in my old apartment. Well the kitchen didn't have one either but there was just a counter between it and the dining room and the dinning room had a window.

I like light... sunlight is my friend...without it I get really depressed.
I think that's why I haven't been playing video games much lately...it means hiding in the basement with the curtains shut.
