Yeah I went out for a light jog this morning too because the weather was nice. (was rainy the past few days) And now more muscle ache x'D

sometimes when i work sunday mornings and i'm in cosmetics i have to hang tags for the weekly specials

which involves a lot of kneeling and squatting

i'm so out of shape my thighs ache for several days after lmao

I remember my english teacher used to make us do squats if we didn't finish our homework sobs. (he's a PE teacher too)

Oh man, Kyou. If you've been going hard non stop for like 6 days? def take a break but at the same time. If you break now it'll hurt more ;; <3 best to get blood moving through those stiff muscles! just make sure you end it with a good long stretch D< if you don't you cramp the worst.

Hahaha well I'm not going too hard? I like... train hard (hike or run) for 1 day, then next two days I do some lighter training instead like walking with weights. But I had not taken a break in at least a week I think.

Thing is, when I was done walking the stairs yesterday my legs felt fine. Then today happened |D;;
