Okay well as for Fumiko she had been at the academy way before it had opened as she had met one of the Principle which is the First Xanders grandfather. She has been with him ever since she had come to Earth and been found by the Principle brought to the still built academy training her or teaching her etc. So she has been there ever since it had opened the school and became a teacher there as the Art Teacher. But because her history and being a well known demon in the Demon angel wars from centuries called the Blood Rose Demon. So maybe with her past she has a sense of despise or something same with angels since she couscous of being killed because of her history but of course no one knows that demon is her as of yet.

Yumiko is new so you will eventually meet her when that time comes.

Xander well then he would know of him since his the grandson of the first Principle and all so they would have met when he had come to the academy and such. Like the Principle introduced him to Xander as their first meeting and such. Maybe like when his in his class everytime he would tend to sleep during class and such. When he gets found out Gabe would with slam his desk to wake him up or hit him on the head to wake him up. Like maybe even though he is the grandson of the first principle Gabe wont be always lay back with him. Idk how you want him to treat him just a thought in my head haha
