Nice theme but the head area is seriously lacking in details. The hair is a bit on the long side and covers up the finer details on the shoulders. Perhaps consider an edgier, shorter hair style? Or even just playing around with Sketchbook pins.
Oh and a nose would be nice XD

This is really theme-constant, I like it <3 it's good for a low budget avatar, but I think you should change the mouth to one of the other default poses, and the eyes to something more sinister. If you're going for the cute witch look, then just change the mouth. I feel like you could use a black hair bow or a circlet too. And I think high heels instead of those sock/boots would work even better! I see a lot of potential in this ^_^

Your avi looks pretty cool! I would suggest balancing out the light frosty blue colors to the mid section and bringing that that dark blue to the head and legs. As it stands now, the mid section is too dark compared to the rest. 6/10

tbe 8/10 the leg mod is a bit distracting...if you want a white leg mod theres a white recolor of the one you're using. I think it's In Silence I Judge.

I like it, mostly because I like simple avatars. Legs are out of place. Maybe try one of the other fighter items like Aura Specialist or something along those lines. 7/10
