It's perfectly coordinated, but feels a little cluttered in my opinion. That may well be because I tend to focus on the avatar itself looking good, rather than the items or the space that you're given to use them in looking good.

Honestly, I still say it's a 9.5/10 because I don't know how you pulled it off and it just works.

8/10 I like what you've got going so far but the ribbons on the thighs make the shape look a bit awkward. Also you might want to try either slightly bigger eyes, darker eyeshadow and some blush or shading in the face.

I've wanted to rate your avi for so long and now I can MUWAHAHAHA~!
I absolutely love it. It's so amazeballs that I can't even deal.
The use of the mask (I never thought anyone could use it so well), the color scheming and coordination (which is done fantabulously might I add) and the pose is just perf~ The use of the Japanese characters was a nice touch too, to give it that 'anime/comic' feel. You did really well achieving what you were going for. 10/10

I LOVE what you have going on up top.
The teals/navy with the light blues.

but I feel like it all gets lost to a big white blob at the bottom.
Maybe try adding more teal/navy throughout.

The black halo on top and the little ankle wings seem like an afterthought, though.

Well, you did well using both but it's just so...boring and simple. I'm not saying you make it complex just it needs...more life? Simple avatars, or even just black ones, can be very well done if done right.
9/10 for using black and Durem Deport stuff.

As far as your avi goes, I give it a 6/10.
I see your theme.
But I'm OCD about matching.
I want to see more of that peachy beige floating around in your outfit to make it feel more polished/cohesive. The cream skirt isn't quite right.
