I can tell you tried to match but there's a few nitpicks I still have about the avatar.
The hat and dress matches well. Nicely done on that. But I think you could use different eyes,
sleeves, and legs because there's so much white in those parts while the hat has much smaller
accents of them. The Vivacenote wrap thing should be removed; it just makes the avatar a bit
all over the place. Try to match everything to the hat's color scheme instead. 5/10

Love the face! And Unlucky is just adorable. I've got one nit-picking thing though: Princess of the Universe... This is actually one of the few avatars I think a halo would look better~
Nothing big and fancy! Just a simple, small one like 11th Anniversary Dark Halo, Crimson Blood Halo, Angelic Garnet Rose Halo or maybe even one of the animated halo's... Just spewing a couple that come to mind ^_^
Or maybe a flower-wreath or a headband?

the only thing is that the animated long draw doesn't layer behind the burning animation, so it doesn't have that yellowy colour. it sticks out a bit. i love everything else, though. the theme is very clear, and pretty funny.

there's something strange going on here in terms of shape
the arms get lost in the hair and the dress and overall it looks pretty bulky
i'm not quite sure if this avi is a male base though - it kind of looks like it might be?

color combination is nice but it needs to be balanced better

scarf hurts it, would be better to go Stray Dogs - lone scarf.
That'll give you a sword as well.
Holding a sword and gun at the same time is very off balancing.
i'd take out the sword and put the gun in the forehand.
it is nice, i can see it being a classic rpg character in the future.
Try adding dynamite heel - goggles.
