I'm not really getting much personality from your avatar. The color and clutter balance is good, but it doesn't feel like a character. Its a decent avi, I'm just not sure what your going for overall.

If you going for character I'd suggest some type of expression, or an easier to read face, and some clear story telling elements.

Good color combination.
Really matches the character although the hair pins bother
me for the sole reason that it's out of character-time-zone? XD
But it's just a tiny thing and the color makes up for it.

Just never been a fan of the elven tops but you work it well.

I've always been a fan of the purple/green matchup!
Hmm..not so much feeling with the orange-y gold but it
makes a good break up point but it's too centered around the chest
area and it makes it look center heavy....

My avi is a cosplay of the Slit Mouth Woman but I'm going with the brown eyes vs the dead pale blue or white eyes you usually see from the movie version. (Though you may not be able to see them with the bangs)

Nyaaaaaaa~ I love the greens throughout the form, but unfortunately the little bit if bluish-white for the levitating effect is throwing me off, Overall though, I really like it! 9/10
