Again, it is likely not everyone knew that. Heck I hardly use tektek for anything. It's possible many people here on Gaia don't know what it is. Just try to consider maybe people don't know that people knew an item set.

Take any of the Semester items (the one being shown is the Crisp Semester) Sweater pose, throw on Portrait of a ________ Deer (shown is Scottish) bottom pose and BAM perfect coverage without any weird cutting. IMO a nice replacement for the Counterfeit legs which isn't particularly cheap to get, especially with popular colors.

Have a tektek because I'm too lazy to list.

They all have nice blue-white, weird purple, and blue jewels.
Pendant and Cecil also make nice bows when both posed on the head.
(Midnight Craving skin for contrast of course.)

It's probably all refreshers, but it's more relevant than ever because
you can mix and match these old, somewhat cheap items with the
new popular "Polar" items and a bunch of light purple recolors items
that have been released lately.

I was trying to match the browns and this was about as far as I got. I did try the Spearmint Marionette Restrung and the green matched the Lucie green but not the brown. Not at all.

also the neck ribbon on the dress blends in nicely with the ruffles on the top
there's a tiny gap where skin pokes out but you can easily cover that with a white undershirt
